Worst management ever seen in uk and Aberdeen, especially the manager...these teams are degrading the brand name itself..i prefered dominos over papa johns, was my mistake to try papa johns ...

During my recent visit to Papa John's Summerhill, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the friendly gestures from the manager, Kaur, whose hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience. The customer service was impeccable, with prompt delivery and excellent quality pizzas that exceeded my expectations. It's clear that the team values customer satisfaction, making it a place I'd gladly return to.

Great Freshly Made Pizza! Good price deals, menu has a wide selection of toppings choices (easy to customise) with changing specials & a decent variety of side orders & desserts. Have been ordering regularly (2 years) for family pizza nights - food is consistently good - staff all very helpful. (£30 to £40 spend gives us 2 dinners for 3 people using the offers)

We live 30 miles away and have had a loved one in Hospital, we tried here one night and WOW!!! Went back again and the same our niece even told her parents it's the best pizza she had ever had !!!!!! Also when we walk in the door and order the staff take the order and immediately wash their hands where you can see them and go straight to cooking your order you can see everything our niece was mesmerised I'm gutted I never got the names of the workers although I would say they are possibly the franchise holders as they could not be faulted and food was 10/10 and so was service Thanks

Ordered off justeat last night and no food was delivered. Have screenshots up till 23:29 saying estimated time between 22:55-23:15 tried calling the restaurant several times with no success.

Got the oder on time with piping hot pizza full of toppings, i loved it.

The cheese should be melted, the crust should have some crunch to it, the toppings should be well-cooked and the whole thing should be served piping hot. 🍕😍

We were all very tired after a bad night so decided to get the little ones bathed early and order pizza. Placed an order and as usual added on extra to make it up to the delivery threshold (because going out for food at bedtime with a toddler and a baby would completely defeat the purpose of getting takeaway). Husband watching the tracker with baited breath comes through and tells me it's ready for collection. Disaster! Never mind, I'll phone them and explain the error, we qualified for free delivery so it shouldn't be an issue. Nope, delivery is impossible, absolutely nothing they can do. No explanation, just not possible. They're already dead to me but we've paid and we want to eat, plus it's only a few minutes along the road. Husband heads out, baby immediately wakes up and starts crying, toddler shouting to get out of the bath. Husband messages to say not only is the order not ready, it's not even in the oven yet. Turns out they forgot to make half of it. Bye bye relaxed evening. One star feels generous.

Given pizza on wrong base we didn't want or really like. Phoned store as soon as this was noticed and was told they'd take note of my details and would make up a free pizza on next order. Tried to cash in on said promise of free pizza within 2 weeks of original order to be told they had no record of it, and without giving the person's name who i spoke to they wouldn't be making the pizza, despite this being a very small store with 1-2 ppl working at nights when this order was placed, and me being able to give order #, date, time, etc.

Pizza really good and tasty, friendly staff.

Just always look at the orders properly cos they just may not give you the entire order you ordered and even after you call them to let them know, they refuse.

Tried to order only to get the 25% off discount! When ordering the website did not recognise our postcode since it’s new buildings. I phoned this shop up and when explaining that what was happening. The worker taking my call just hung up the phone on me! He was quite rude on the phone to. Won’t be going there or ordering from that place again! The customer service it’s not great at all! Don’t not Recommend Using there website or ordering from the store!!!!

Driving home one evening I passed Papa John's and stopped for a takeaway. Bad decision on my part. Ended up with food poisoning after getting a pizza from Papa John's in Summerhill. 1st and last time I will use Papa John's. Avoid like the plague or you may just catch it.

My daughter ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 sides on Saturday evening from the shop at Summerhill. When the delivery was made, she noticed that one of the sides had not arrived. She went to see if the driver was outside but they had gone. She tried contacting the shop for at least 40 minutes but either no one would answer or the phone was picked up and instantly hung up. I was away from home for the evening and I also tried on her behalf but there was no answer. We will never use papa John's again.

Not good at all, Staff not friendly and was over charged. I tried to contact head office but so far have not gotten anywhere. Id advise going around the corner and getting your pizza from Domino`s

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tried to order pizza in 3 different locations. All was clearly not bothered about delivering at 9pm despite saying they were open till 11pm. Made excuse I was in wrong area of Aberdeen. When complained I was laughed at over phone and made to feel foolish. I asked for names but was refused. I asked to speak to manager and they refused his details. Altogether I cannot believe the negative, unhelpful and frankly insulting attitude of all. Disgusting and I will be looking into taking this much further. Pity as I enjoyed their pizzas in the past even thought they mostly arrived cold.

Good tasty food served (to takeaway) with a smile. Can't fault the service or flavour. The deals ( two for one) is excellent value. I did a full days work and was starving but couldn't finish the small size pizza, they are so big, GREAT VALUE
