The picture is a pizza from another chip shop(Minerva in Howden)Showing it's not burnt because I had got one from vittorios takeaway and it was burnt but the pizza chef said all pizzas are like that but clearly as seen on the picture this one is not.Was a loyal customer but will not be returning!

My review won’t be a good one, and today’s visit with my family was our last. I don’t recommend the atmosphere, the service, or the food. Today was my son’s birthday, and he chose Pizza Express. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us terribly – no smile, no friendly approach – it felt more like a funeral than a restaurant. Then came strange looks and whispering in our direction, which was frustrating and uncomfortable. I’ve worked for many years as a waitress and manager, and what the staff showed today was a complete lack of professionalism. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate the food a 3. We asked for our leftover pizza to be packed to take away, and the woman (possibly the manager) brought a box over and simply slid the pizza off the plate into the box like she was throwing it in the bin. Both my husband and I were embarrassed. Overall – a disaster.

First time going in food was really good, serice was excellent from Laura and Louise, will definitely be back again

Since being diagnosed with coeliac disease, haven't been able to enjoy takeaways or find many that do GF (glutenfree) food, that are decent. La Capanna, do a minted, GF pizza! Always my goto now. Got one last night and it was amazing. Thank guy.

I popped into Pizza Hut for a takeaway. I was greeted and served by Danielle. She was very friendly and attentive. Danielle was telling me about the meal deals they have and I ended up saving some money on my takeaway. It was lovely to have someone so cheery and lovely to go through the options and give me the best deal. I will definitely be back because of Danielle and the other staff that were so lovely and chatty as it made me feel so welcomed.

First time here . Opening day for new management and looking at these photos its like a totally different place. Food was lovely, Coffee superb. Didn't realise they had an undercover area oustide at front and a garden at rear so will be a regular stop for me when out with my Dog

Good value but quality can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the fish is amazing and sometimes ok. The woman that works there always uses her fingers to handle the hot food, money, her glasses and never washes her hands in between. They really need tongs and to put her on a hygiene course.

The general demeanor of some staff at this store gives Dominos a bad name. Extremely abrupt, unhelpful and unfriendly when they make a mistake and are asked to rectify it, both on the phone and over email. Lots of exclamation marks through emails which comes across as aggressive, I noticed a previous TripAdvisor review mentioning this too so seems that I'm not that first person to have had a bad experience like this. Completely unnecessary when you've been polite. I'm sure not all staff at the store are as unpleasant as the 2 I had the misfortune of speaking with. This is my local store but I'll always go to Livingston now as it's a much more positive experience. Manners cost nothing. Selling pizza can't be hard and definitely shouldn't involve speaking to and treating customers like crap.

Really good pizza quick and friendly staff. We’re in a total of 5 mins from ordering was great to watch our food getting made and boxed. Will be back

Food was borned Not taste at all money was wasted ,can’t eat , it was cold And people complaint about the burning food before us

The shop is prob one of the most un hygenic places ive ever had to attend as engineer. The guy handles cash looks like hes dressed as a office clerk no handwear. Goes straight to scratching his sweaty head to touching raw rood to hot food. The floors are absolutely mucked. Everything is warm. Im in disbeleif how it trades.

The staff were very nice the food tasted amazing and they didn't take that much time to make it the ingredients tasted fresh
