The staff were very nice the food tasted amazing and they didn't take that much time to make it the ingredients tasted fresh

I ordered a hawan pizza and chicken strippers. The food took over an hour to come bht when it arrived it was still warm to be fair The delivery driver also shouted and my dog and called it the spawn of the devil? What’s that about?

The pizzas are overpriced and definitely not value for money. Great to see three vegan options but after ordering two vegan choices and two meat options for the other members of the family - the vegan ones severely lacked topping - with barely any sauce and even less ‘cheese’ it was like eating a seasoned bit of cardboard. The other two pizzas looked juicy and full of topping albeit still overpriced.

Excellent tasty pizzas as always!! We were actually staying the the Beecraigs Camping ground, This was no problem for the delivery driver.

I orderd my domino’s over 2 hours ago and it has been out for delivery for oven an hour. It has not yet been delivered and I have phoned twice both times saying it should come in the next 10 mins . When it comes if I does it will be cold and the ice cream will be melted

Would give zero out of 5 if I could. Was told it would be 15 mins, waited over 30 to find it was laying on shelve and had to heat up at home, and I live 2 mins away. Over priced for what you get. And a girl employee sneezed right at the food prep area.

Friendly staff who explained which were the better deals to get and lovely waiting area. Our food was ready promptly and tasted delicious!

Dominos is getting better but it's still the case it is overpriced for what you get. I would not say people should not buy from Dominos it's simply you can get premium supermarket pizzas that are as good for less.

Ordered this evening at 5.05 pm, received a call saying it would not be more than an hour. 6.45 pm and still no delivery. Tried to call store 6 times no answer, finally got through. There was no apology and that it would be with us soon. Will never order from here again.

Decided to write a review to back up all the dreadful reviews previously, it was not my choice to get pizza, but what we got was not pizza, how this place stays open and is still in business is a miracle.

In my last review I said I would not use this Domino's again. Well, we did and my view has not changed. The pizzas we ordered were 25 minutes late, lukewarm, and we had to reheat them in the oven. I do not know what has gone wrong as the Dominos used to be pretty good and spot on with deliveries. Avoid.

Terrible service, no sign of pizza after after 75 minutes, but they say it was delivered after 45. Poor service from staff who appear genuinely uninterested in their customers. Can't rate the actual food though, as I never got to try it...

Spent £58 on 2 large pizzas with all the trimmings. 1st Pizza was burnt. 2nd Pizza was undercooked. So not to dissapoint family we ate them. This food has made us all very ill in our household and it is now Tuesday having had the food on Saturday and we are still experiencing food poisoning symptoms. We are very very dissapointed by our experience and will never set foot in this store ever again

They have good deals on for locals, without deals well over priced. The waits can be quite long but easier doing online so can track progress. The pizzas are nice but nothing special

Ordered pizza deal for me and my mum an hour and a half ago and still no sign, it's been 'out for delivery' for the past twenty mins. Tried to call the shop several times and no answer- if the manager reads this I'd like my money back

Había sido un par de años ya que tenía una Dominos. La entrega fue rápido, las 3 pizzas medio, 2 oferta rellenos era razonable, incluso la corteza italiana era sabrosa pero falla en las coberturas. Tan tacaños. No es suficiente. No se podía encontrar el atún en la/red de atún pizza de cebolla. Es una verdadera pena.

Después de esperar más de una hora, aún no hay pizza preparada. Llamé y me dijeron que iban a agilizar la orden. ¡Guau! No te preocupes, hay otros lugares de pizza para llevar en Linlithgow.

Friday night's treat used to be a pizza from Dominos, and I was customer a since it opened. Over the last months, the quality of pizza and service has declined.I can buy 2 M&S pizzas for 2/3 the price of Dominos, and they are better quality. I doubt I'll use Dominos again.

Being a chain I pretty much think that I know what to expect from a dominos... how wrong I was! We got a good deal on one of the flyers through the door and decided to give it a try one night we couldn’t be bothered cooking. Both my husband’s pizza and mine were awful, we ordered thin and crispy and this was the driest bit of pizza I have ever had the misfortune to eat. Tasted like a bit of toast and the amount of toppings was pretty poor. This Dominos is so bad that it has put me off doing any pizzas but homemade ones on the pizza stone in the bbq! A fraction of the price and 100 times better!

4 times I have used this Dominos. 1st time, they forgot to deliver our cookies, 2nd time they forgot the juice, 3rd they forgot our chicken strips, 4th they gave us a pepperoni pizza instead of ham and pineapple. Won't be using them again!

Ordered a Margarita from them and when i got home and opened the box i was presented with a burnt cheese on cardboard base which had been nuked in their oven.They had a cheek to charge me £7.99 for this rubbish.I phoned the shop and spoke to the manager who refused to admit there was a problem with the pizza, he then hung the phone up on me as i was protesting about the state of the pizza.I can honestly say this was the worst customer service i have ever had, and will never be using them again.

Pop in late one night as was staying with friend near by, Two medium Pepperoni Pizzas please I asked..do you want any extras on it ! no thanks said I......Ok that will be £23.98 WHAT!!!!!!!! £24 pounds for two Pizzas are you sure ....yes it comes to £23.98 and we've taken £2 off .......Dont brother I'll just take the one....that will be £11.99 ...Do Domino's know There's a Sainsbury just across the road where I can buy two Large make your own Pizzas for under £10.....Or I can set down in a Pizza Hut and have a full meal and drunk for hallf of that money..As for the taste of the Domino's pizza it was just average. Would I go back....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
