The general demeanor of some staff at this store gives Dominos a bad name. Extremely abrupt, unhelpful and unfriendly when they make a mistake and are asked to rectify it, both on the phone and over email. Lots of exclamation marks through emails which comes across as aggressive, I noticed a previous TripAdvisor review mentioning this too so seems that I'm not that first person to have had a bad experience like this. Completely unnecessary when you've been polite. I'm sure not all staff at the store are as unpleasant as the 2 I had the misfortune of speaking with.This is my local store but I'll always go to Livingston now as it's a much more positive experience. Manners cost nothing. Selling pizza can't be hard and definitely shouldn't involve speaking to and treating customers like crap.

Ordered pizza for my boyfriend whilst I was at work. There was a long hair cooked through it that he didn't notice so had to spit it out. Really disgusting so phoned to let them know and the manager was really rude. I said I didn't want anything and was just letting him know because it's disgusting. He put me on hold and came back saying firstly you ordered the pizza at 1 and are calling 5 hours later (you'd think someone that works in a pizza place would know that lots of people eat cold pizza? Plus it has reheating instructions on the bottom of the box because people don't always eat it all at the one time) then he said secondly, it was 2 men working earlier so it couldn't have been theirs and that he wouldn't be entertaining me. He wouldn't let me talk and kept talking over me, very dismissive and defensive. He also kept calling me doll on the phone. His whole attitude was rubbish, not everyone is out to get money, I was only phoning to tell them and was made out to be a liar. The hair was cooked through the pizza so it was definitely delivered like that. I'd have accepted a sorry and we'll look in to it because we use that Dominos quite a lot and that's never happened before but the managers response was so unprofessional, rubbish customer service skills and from what I've gathered he has a bit of a reputation for it. Won't be using them again and have sent a complaint to head office. Not nice being spoken to like that after a long shift.

I was walking through the produce aisle in the local Tesco one evening when I sneezed so hard I accidently browned my trousers. It didn't help that the night before I had eaten nothing but gummy bears and Red Bull, yes it's a liquid but I like to freeze it and consume it as one does a meal. I ran as fast as exposition would allow to the gents, unloaded the rest of my cargo if you catch my drift and pondered what will fill this now empty void within me. After several hours in there I recalled an occasion where I had ordered a delivery from Domino's Bathgate and was flabbergasted by the professionalism of the driver in that they didn't urinate in my garden or bat an eyelid when I answered the door head to toe in pink slime. I knew this was a service I could trust!That's when it hit me...this isn't the gents, it's the fitting rooms. After fighting my way out of yet another incident of mistaken identity of a toilet I decided to place an order for pick up. I needed the walk, no joke here just trying to keep my steps up, plus I was scared to sit down again. Called ahead and they called me by my name, but how did they know my name already? Are they psychic? Is it because I already told them my name at the start of the call? Or is it that I've been ordering the same thing from this specific dominos for years and just can't remember due to a recent gazelle kick to the head? Who could say.I arrived at Dominos exactly when I said I wouldn't, I thrust myself forward but the door was locked. The staff within signalled to me that they would be out momentarily to parley. They opened the servants door and I asked "Why is the grand entrance sealed, preventing me from crossing the threshold to your palace of delicious tasties?". The 7ft pizza courier with the kind of abs that you could grind steel on advised me that due to current Covid-19 restriction they could not allow me into the property but would retrieve the pizza for me.He asked me my name, I laughed mockingly "AH HA! I guess your ability to read my mind doesn't work in person does it man witch!" He replied "Oh it's you, one moment".I thought to myself "Good lord, he sees into my minds eye, I do hope he doesn't know about the recent trouser browning". Crushingly I realized I had said that out loud. A agonizing moment of silence and stillness passed over us. The pizza transportation specialist kept his composure, with nerves like that of a legendary warrior. He pulled himself away from the gravity of the moment, returning with pizza in hand, piping hot and ready for immediate consumption. I took it from him and walked away with all the dignity I could carry and let me tell you, I don't lift much. I returned home, sat down and opened the pizza box like it was the briefcase from pulp fiction. Once my eyes adjusted to the golden rays of sunshine I finally saw it. The most perfect, weighty, large stuffed crust pizza these dilated eyes have ever seen. I ate every last crumb of that cheesy delicious, and I knew peace, at last. TLDR:Food goodStaff friendlyYour diet should consist of more than gummy bears and red bull.

Not sure who cooked my order today, 1/1/21 we have a domino's at least once a week and just wanted to say the pizza I received was the best I have ever had the presentation was a beautiful specter and the taste devine very well done look forward to what you produce in the future l, hopefully from the same person who prepared my pizza tonight can do it most nights the address will be 17 King Street in Armadale so keep an eye out thank you so much

Terrible customer service when food order went wrong. First and last time I'll ever order from here.

Son is a regular customer and had no previous issues did tonight, staff refused to help, were rude and refused to give names for a formal complaint. With pizza hut in bathgate customer service is important, very poor. Won't use again

Order from here quite often, always a fast delivery and the food is always good. Pizza hut have some better deals at the bathgate branch than dominoes but the food is slightly better here!

I have been waiting 5 hours for one whole pizza the service is atrocious never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever waste your money on this you get better service from the co op

Always good and tasty, always hot, always on time. No better place to get a pizza. Highly recommended.

I have to say that this isn't my favourite place to eat pizza but it certainly isn't the worst. Good service and good delivery times. Very good with specific orders. The only thing I would say is it's a little expensive but it's good food so you can decide how much you want to spend.

Food was hot and was made quickly. Service was excellent. Only complaint really is the price, which isn't too bad. Gluten free was fabulous!

Why even bother with these thiefs they never except any responsibility for any damaged foods and you always have to go to head office to get a reasonable response and once you do that they like to ban you which of course is truly professional.

Love domino's. Never had any problems. They always have great deals too. Reasonably priced and very tasty. Have ordered many times before and will continue to do so

I paid for the but one get one free deal received 2 pizzas 1 damaged called up to complain after arguing with a irate woman claiming to be the manager I was then passed to her husband after more bickering about the fact that according to them a pizza can't get damaged once in the box they sent someone out to collect and leave another this turned out to be a trick as when the driver appeared he came to the door without a pizza and said he needed to see the damaged pizza first I gave him this and he went to the car and drove off. Please read on it gets worse. I called the shop received more abuse from the lady sorry woman and was again passed to her husband who had me and her to deal with clearly. He asked if I would wait till the following week till he was back because he couldn't let her know I'd be getting a replacement his words by the way at this i gave up and starting dealing with the franchise HQ and after 9 days of calls and emails I received a voucher for a pizza but was told I'm banned from Bathgate but not Livingston even though the same boy owns both. All this because I go the 2 for 1 and they wouldn't replace a damaged one. Sad and very unprofessional

Dominos pizza is the best pizza shop you will every find in Bathgate and the staff are very friendly.

We got a voucher code (think it was buy one get one free) and used it to place a telephone order which was accepted. They then called back saying that they had decided not to accept it and we'd have to pay more. They were actually quite rude on the phone. The pizzas aren't the worst, but not the best. Plenty of other pizza places in Bathgate.

Me paraba y esperamos en recepción para que te sirve para unos 5 minutos completos como los tres jóvenes detrás del mostrador mantienen tratar con sus clientes más importantes en el teléfono. Después de llegar por una chica que no podía trabajar el hasta, y nos dijeron que sería de esperar 20 minutos, parecía caos organizado detrás de la ventana. 30 minutos más tarde las dos pizzas llegamos.

Went to visit friend's in bathgate, called Domino's pizza ordered 2 large pizzas garlic bread, potato wedges and juice for 22.99 delivery was free.My word pizzas when delivered were roasting hot, boy were they good.Fantastic, really truly enjoyed the food.
