When the manager told us …” oh our system sometimes works and sometimes they don’t ..“ What kind of a response is that ? Does your organisation really doubt your own systems ? In a nutshell they made us feel dishonest. We are all law abiding professionals and university educated . They took us for some ordinary ethic minority unprofessionals. The staff had no idea of the offerings and therefore couldn’t correctly advise us at the outset, in which case they should been trained and be knowledgeable about your product offerings to Tesco Clubcard holders / vouchers . Eventually the systems conveniently worked for the manager , and that was on our constant persistence that something is wrong with your systems . They actually swapped the tills to allow us for the legit "free doughballs" which we had ONLY ordered because the waitress advised that the free DoughballsCOULD be used in conjunction with the Clubcard vouchers. To then be made to feel like it was OUR mistake . HOW CAN IT BE OUR MISTAKE ? We are the customers. Your staff should be fully aware of your own terms and conditions. I am sure you will agree, if the staff member has advised us of the rules, spending our evening reading the T&C's is not our idea of an evening out. It wasted our 40 precious minutes by which time the kids were getting impatient. If we are dissatisfied with your final reply , we will have no alternative but to take the matter to social media, press, Tesco CEO , and their marketing chief officer. We anxiously await your response .

THIS FOOD WAS DISGUSTING, REALLY BAD, TO START WITH THE DONNER MEAT WAS SHINY AND WEIRD IVE NEVER SEEN THAT TYPE OF MEAT BEFORE, THEY DROWED MY KEBAB IN CHILLI SO COULDNT EAT IT ANYWAY, NEXT THE PIZZA WAS WORSE IT TASTED AWFUL AND WAS DRY AND VERY DOUGHY, THE CHIPS WERE NO BETTER, LIKE POTATOES FILLED WITH OIL BUT VERY HARD AND WET , I THREW IT ALL IN THE BIN , AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY ITS DISGUSTING REALLY VILE

Ordered large classic sloppy guiseppe pizza for delivery and very dissapointed. Have never had a problem before but this time the filling was very sparse...infact it was non existent in the middle. I would say the pizza was mostly dough with a little filling and not a lot of taste. Ordered extra sweet red pepper and for£1.50 I got 4 pieces not much bigger than a 1p piece. On the positive side delivery was quick and the dough tasted OK but think in future I will go elsewhere

We arrived at 6:55, were spoken to by 7:05 and told that the people at our table were paying the bill - they left at 7:15, and we were seated at 7:18 We were served quickly and the drinks came really quickly - though my brother who just wanted water had to wait ten minutes for a glass to drink it from! The starters came by 7:50 and the first two mains came whilst we were still finishing our starters so we were impressed - until the rest of the mains still hadn't arrived ten minutes later. We asked the waitress who said she'd check, five minutes passed and we asked the waitress again and she came back with the receipt to check what we'd received - evidently to tell the kitchen to cook the 6 mains that we hadn't received! The two people who got their food were finished eating before ours arrived (pictured). I was quite surprised that we were still expected to pay full price after having to wait 20 minutes for the rest of our food, and our main waiter didn't seem to know it had happened. It was packed and incredibly loud. Delivery drivers were waiting 10+ minutes and giving up and walking off. I understand it was Saturday evening but if you can't handle being full, maybe don't have as many tables. I don't understand having to wait when we had booked, either make bookings longer so people are actually finished in time for the next booking, or put signs on the table to tell people that it's booked and they need to be gone by a certain time.

Over 2.5 hours late. Cold pizza delivered that's already started to go stale it's been sitting around for so long waiting for a courier to actually pick it up and deliver it. the restaurant even made the order a second time because of how much time you took, and the order still arrived in this condition because of your terrible service. the worst food delivery experience I've ever had. the app said the courier was waiting at the restaurant for hours when they weren't. definitely abysmal.

One box had been opened as seal was broken. Lots of the topping was not there. The other box had not been opened but there was hardly any goats cheese. Both pizzas were cold. Never order pizza express online again. This is twice from here cold pizzas
