The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Been going for years and recently it has gone down hill. I supported this business when they were going through a bad time due to a colleague which won't go in to. Tonight I didn't realise that that I didn't spend enough to get a free item and when I got there the item was missing but someone like have phoned me and I would have just ordered and paid for the item as this meant a member of my family only had chips for tea.

This pub restaurant is amazing the, food is spot on & good value for money. The bar & waiting staff are incredible only 2 of them !! They work so hard thank you so much 👍 However, the management need to ensure they keep their experienced & hard working staff by appreciating their work & giving them a well deserved break & maybe, employee extra staff !!

Great fish and chips. Would have been better if I picked it up myself, it was rather cold by the time I got it!

I had a takeaway from here so cannot comment on service/atmosphere… but the food was disgusting. The worst lasagna I’ve ever had, it’s like someone poured a whole bottle of salt on top, alongside it missing the top layer of a lasagna. The cheese was so thick and chewy, and there was cheese on the garlic bread that we didn’t ask for - alongside half of the baguettes were burnt. The burger was also very unappetising as we left half of that too. Overall poor experience, which I am gutted about as it was my first time eating here, but had heard great things.

Honestly this was our go to takeaway for years but sadly it’s gone downhill. Much smaller portions these days and the pizzas hardly any toppings. Prices have soared as well. I’m afraid they’ve let greed take over.

I ordered a cheeseburger with additional jalapenos which I didn't get, the meat was dry, there were few toppings, it wasn't very warm. kebab for £11 very little meat. I won't be ordering for a long time although I used to be a regular customer, the quality and quantity have deteriorated. What a shame

Portions are ridiculous really. 15 quid for a little bit of beef and rice at salt and pepper co. Ridiculous really
