Domino's Pizza in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

I had a delivery to a nearby hotel. The food was piping hot and tasted nice. I was limited due to only being able to eat vegetarian options. Only problem is they sent me a bottle of Fanta, instead of water that I requested.

There was raw chicken found in my bbq chicken pizza and they hung up on me when I complained over phone I am absolutely off the walls and there will be a comeback of todoroki giving birth at Bodmin domino’s!😡😡😡😡😡

Great pizza, fast friendly service, slightly disappointed that because I didn't use the app I paid a lot more 35 pounds for two pizza's, it was nearly double the price by the looks of it, kind of unfair especially when you don't know about it. Had great fresh pizza though, it was lovely

Great service double decadence a little lacking in cheese sauce, the guts at the new Launceston branch seem to do a better double decadence. Bodmin up your cheese sauce.

Phoned up to say the wrap is tiny, she says they should be about 10 inch I think she means 8 her bf must be lieing haha, but anyway she just says its just been wrapped diffrent there should be the same amount of filling, how do you fit the same amount of filling into half the size of the original wrap? We order at least once a week for the past couple years, I won't be ordering again from you guys, all the money and one day a bad wrap and your staff at bodmin don't care.

Yeap 3 orders since we moved in... Luckily all the delivery drivers are familiar with our location.. Now we've order at the right time of day..and to be frank it's been absolutely lovely... I think when it's all said and done... timings on these other comments lead me to say... Its a really small unit, and bodmin is quite a large community I'm guessing they experience the pressures all local restaraunts and takeaways suffer in peak trade hours... and I'm guessing like all local fast food outlets that deliver there's plenty of space to get lost around the back lanes of Bodmin. I hadn't had a dominoes for nearly 5 years prior to moving because I had numerous bad experiences and my personal experience with the bodmin crew has been exceptional... Bit disappointed anchovies arnt on the menu but to be honest 26 Quid for 2 fully loaded large custom pizzas in 50% promo is pretty reasonable... So I'm saying... 10 out a 10 for service during my phone orders and 10 out a 10 for pizza production & execution & delivery... 🍕👍😋

Contrary to some other reviews i was able to order in store without a problem, i was served instantly and told it will be 10 minutes, as i was hungry i went back in bang on the 10 minute mark and there was my pizza. The pizza was exactly what i would expect from a Dominos pizza so i was happy enough. While in the carpark i noticed countless delivery drivers popping in and out collecting pizzas, from what i saw they try as hard as they can with deliveries

pizza was late which I don't mind but i was in the shop for 10 minutes before I spoke to any staff, it wasn't busy and i could hear plenty of them in there. i made eye contact with someone and still nothing, only got to talk to someone after shouting hello a few times quite loudly, and then was told it would be another 5 minutes :(

Like the place itself was fine, but the ordering system was weird. You had to use an app and then wait, wich would have been fine if the app actually worked.

A slight delay with our collection this eve (30 mins late) but it was worth the wait, delicious pizza guys, keep up the good work and ignore those that are rude and impatient when things are out of your control.

Hardly any cheese which is weird for a pizza... Poor service on collection the girl who handed it over was very miserable.. will not recommend this dominoes to anyone.

Absolute joke of a system. Cannot order in store. Must use the app. Can't even call. Stood outside for half an hour just to order. Staff were completely unhelpful too. Luckily we won't ever have to use this store again.

Ordered online for a collection, arrived around 20min after ordering to be told we'd have to wait at least another 10min as they'd not started to cook food yet. Explained that the slot online stated 15min from ordering and the chap started to waffle about me downloading the dominos app as this would be better. Food was bang average and the service was pretty poor. Overrated chain food, stick with local authentic businesses.

Manager ...so he assumed anyway messed up our order missing lots of sides he promised a refund not happened when I went into store to rectify this Tom had vanished, Tom was clearly full of utter Dough!!!

Told delivery within 30-40mins an hour later no pizza!!! Rang them was told it’s on it way after having a missed call ONCE so rang number back NO ANSWER !!! Then told by manager that a woman knocked and knocked!! Which she didn’t as we was waiting at the front room window! Then he said lady rang 3 times, but funny enough only 1 missed call which I’m happy to prove to the manager if he wants. Total utter lies from this place. Bad customer service. This isn’t the first bad experience from this shop.

Need to download the app to order, but after that very quick and painless. Have decent free parking for customers collecting.

Yesterday ( 5 - 3 - 21 ) I hadn't had a pizza from anywhere for quite some time because it's always the same toppings but had a Domino's leaflet put through the letter box and decided to order that night 2 pizzas. A vegi supreme for the better half and an Absolute Banger for myself. I phoned up and the young lady who answered the phone couldn't have been more helpful . The other half enjoyed her pizza and i thoroughly enjoyed mine. Best pizza ever . Thank you

Three times in October I have ordered from the Bodmin store and I have been let down three times 1st it was 30 minutes late the second time it was 45 mins late and Luke warm at best and then again tonight over 45 minutes late so I cancel then guess what the order turns up 20 minutes later 🤦‍♂️ Won’t be using again that’s for sure !!!

Stopped for a light bite and wasnt disappointed! We all had a personal size pizza and drinks which came in under £15. Prepared fresh and really piping hot! Recommended is the Texas BBQ! Sweet!!!

Everything you want and need under one roof

Two separate deliveries to Lostwithiel from this store have been terrible. Cold food and a delivery driver that won't come to your door. And dropped the food on the first delivery!

Pizza was spot on, thank you dominos. But Camer*n. Delivery driving skills of a slug. He shouldn't be in customer service if he, a) won't walk to the door but will ring and ask you to come to him, that's Lazy. Or b) drop dips on the floor after frustratingly struggling to hand pizzas to gentlemen on crutch. Then proceeds to let said dip roll away for disabled customer to catch. Ordered twice and was met with appalling customer service, baring in mind he still asked for pizza to be collected from car after knowing about disability also. Glad we're on holiday and don't have to deal with that often.

My family always try to persuade me to pop in here and bring a pizza home with me for them. The daytime deal is great at £5.99 for a large pizza with single topping. Really delicious fresh pizza baked and straight out of the oven. The guys are always friendly and helpful. There is never too long to wait during the day.

I'm a big fan of this brand, they always deliver a top pizza and good service. This store has parking and a few tables should you feel the urge to eat your pizza straight out of the oven. It's not our closest Dominos and we're well out of range for any home delivery but it's worth the extra few miles. Easy to find in Bodmin

Always great service. Of all the many times I've ordered, which I mostly do online, I've rarely had items missing or not quite to the right standard and the delivery time is usually pretty sharp.

Usually good service apart from the time when we ordered 2 pizzas from home for collection. It said it would be 30 mins so we left to collect it 30 mins later as you do. Got there and waited for another 20 mins.” Oh sorry we have messed up your order we will have to remake it. Have a complimentary drink for free” so we got a 1.5l bottle of Pepsi which was nice but not good enough for this long of a wait, and had to wait over a hour for two pizzas!

Parking ticket from Parking Eye, total including court costs, £200.00. I will never use Dominoes again, and will be sure to pass this information on to anyone who cares to know.

Based in Bodmin on the main road through the town with parking at the side of the property. Staff are friendly and efficient. There are a few tables if you wish to eat in but only takeaway style they have no restaurant facilities.

Brand new building with a monitor that has current orders status on even before you walk in the door so as soon as you get there you know how long( or short!) You'll have to wait. Enough seating and tables to feasibly eat in if needed, snappy service and very willing to make up for a problem with an order with a free large drink or side or what not, which is often rare nowadays. Great pizza, great deals, absolutely recommend

Great but we didn't receive the cookies my friends asked for, but the service was good and received pizzas on time which were tasty.

Fresh pizza made right in front of you. Don't usually have pizza as usually it's " over salted" however the ham mushroom and pineapple was spot on, really good price and genuinely lovely local people serving us. Well done will return soon.

Possibly the worst dominoes I have ever ordered from got my pizza wrong three weeks in a row how hard isit to put the sauce your supposed to in between the double decadence crust wouldn't reccomend to anyone

Don't get me wrong I love dominos pizza. I do not love having to wait 10 minutes to order. This wasn't the poor guys fault, as he was the only member of staff in at lunch time. There are 4 tills, implying there should be atleast 4 members of staff in. Plus the 1 guy who was there was the one who took the order and made the pizza, so if someone else was waiting to order, it would take twice as long to receive our food.. Bearing that in mind, pizza was delicious as always. Just don't go here if you're impatient!

Ordered at 9.15 delivered 10.53 rare treat for kids but were asleep by time it arrived . i ate a slice it was cold arrived missing coleslaw and fanta . did have meatballs but prob not edible by this time so didnt fancy testing the heat on those . thanks for nothing, pizzas in bin, but its ok i have coleslaw to munch on and fanta to drink , oh hang on no i dont, damn ! Sort it out guys !
