The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Waste of money as was very expensive for such low quality food. Tried eating as there was no other halal food option but throat didn’t accept.

Ordered from here and they missed a couple items, rung up and spoke to a nice woman and she said she'd get it sent out. 5 Minutes later i was rung by an aggressive angry man accusing me off stealing from them saying they checked Cctv and items were put in the bag, I never recieved these items and i'm disgusted that a company can even allow staff members to shout down the phone. Not ordering from here again i do want my dinner.

This place is the best kebab shop on the whole island, I used to live locally to it and would order a couple of times a week, now living in a different town my wife picks up a weekly phone through order without any hassle. I went myself for an order and could not believe it but you can order on Uber eats and get it delivered any town! I was in instant heaven and put in an Uber delivery, a couple of large kebabs and a quarter pounder were delivered in around 30mins from order( Friday night) and were extremely well packaged plus piping hot. The quality of the food is exceptional The portion sizes are amazing The staff are very friendly and accommodating Keep it guys can't wait for our next order Thank you

Stopped off here on our way home instead of ordering a home delivery. The staff are friendly and happy the place is clean and hygiene certificates are in date and on show. The food was hot tasty and freshly cooked the burger was delicious. Thank you we will be back again soon.

£40 to get 2 kebabs delivered to East Cowes. Meat was overcooked and unbelievably greasy. My partner specifically asked for no mushrooms, but of course, there was. Won't be ordering from there ever again.

I called to arrange delivery as uber said kebab house was delivering to my address, I was told delivery would be rejected. I was then told they would have to change the hours on uber to stop delivering, this is not true. With a take away business myself it's 1 button on uber to say stop accepting orders. The women on the phone was rude and just tried to get rid of me when all I said was just to stop accepting orders on uber rather than saying you can get a delivery. Very unorganised. And then I get a ridiculous reply, I was only pointing out that if tour going to use uber then learn how to use it. You can press 1 button that says don't accept orders, I can order from you on uber right now! Why not just turn it off, I was very polite on the phone and was met with rudeness. I was very understanding thank you very much, and only tried to help. As an uber business I'm just going to report you directly to uber for false advertising.

Cool delivery guy, just maybe kitchen/delivery read notes added for delivery. Would give you 6 stars if I could for the class replies to the wastemen expecting the moon on a stick from Kebab shop. Keep up the good work lads!

The service was awful, the staff had zero manners and no sense of customer service. My food was cold and I didn’t receive my chips. Overall a very bad setup/business and strongly recommend everyone to stay far away from kebab house IOW. The delivery driver also couldn’t find my address therefore I had to walk 10 minutes to collect my food. I had young kids waiting longer than needed for their food and then having to eat cold food! Anyone with kids would understand the struggles of ordering a family takeaway and trying to cater for kids!!!

Ordered a plain doner kebab and doner meat & chips Kebab was so dry and no taste to it and doner meat and chips was also very dry with no taste.

Good kebab and pizza before but resent ordered a pizza and it was really really good definitely the best in newport atm and online ordering is back and super fast delivery 5 stars+

Tonight my order came short of my chips, first time my order has been wrong in what must be 30 years of ordering from this establishment. So after a quick phone call the chips were walked to my door from the shop within 10 minutes. I have aways enjoyed the food (chicken kebab with mint sauce and chips is a 5*), and always great service if I go in. But do now feel even more ashamed that I click delivery when I'm less than a five minute walk away! Thank you, guys!

I like their mixed meat wrap with garlic and chilli sauce. Highly recommended. So far the best kebab on the island.

Amazing, such nice food and service!

Ordered online, hot food was delivered 25 minutes later. Had one small Donner wrap and one small mixed Donner/chicken shish mix. Both were fantastic with fresh salad and neither of us could finish them! Will definitely be ordering again.

Kebabs are great and son loves megaburger (occasionally). It's worth trying the Kofte kebab, made on premises. Also worth trying are the pizzas, which are square, so no wasted space in the box! Salad items always fresh and well presented. A real treat to have during these lockdown days, lifted the spirits last week diving into mega kebab. 👍 M.A.R.

Rejected my online order and then told it till take 2 days for money to go back in, and then told it was my fault for ordering when they were closed yet it wasnt and the order website was still open for purchase and not closed. Absolute joke!

Ordered 2 pizzas and wasn’t pleasant to eat. Pizza was swimming in grease, literally no tomato sauce on the base, way to cheesy and had no flavour due to there being no pizza sauce.

I went in here on my way home on a Saturday evening, the staff were friendly and polite and the food was cooked to order. The cheeseburger was tasty with the salad which was fresh and the pizza was good too. Everything looked clean and I will be eating from here again when it’s time for a takeaway. Thank you.

Ordered a doner wrap online expecting it to be wrapped but when it was delivered got a box of meat with a tortilla wrap folded up on top of the box. Just pure laziness especially when you order a doner wrap

Make sure you check on the phone the price of what you ordered. Charged me £24 for small donar and 4 chicken strips. I get there's a cost of living crisis but blimey I presumed the donar meat would be gold plated. I ordered a small donar kebab and 4 chicken strips and it come to £23.80

Two customised pizzas and garlic bread, free 1.5ltr drink with a deal ordered online, the website could do with some updating, although functional, same template used for most fast food premises. Handy estimated time for collection. Turned up, food was ready, staff friendly, no issues. Food was good, we prefer these pizzas sometimes than the bigger franchises.

Chicken options are nice however lamb doner and kebab was not as delicious. 3 stars because overpriced for the quantity they offer. Good customer service.

Kebab was good and nice fresh salad but not sure why I got charged another £5.40 to have the meat, sauce and salad separate and 1 extra pitta bread. Surely 1 pitta bread, 2 small plastic pots and an extra container shouldn’t cost this much extra especially as you could normally have the sauces over the meat anyway. New to the island and will now avoid because of this. Shame really. Just greed. 🙄🙄

Not very often I venture past my usual kebab place but I thought I’d give it a go. The kebab was lovely, fresh salad, shish meat was flavoursome and not dry (although may have been slightly too pink for some) and sauces were nice. The chips were great too, worth the visit and will definitely be ordering again

We’ve been getting pizzas and Burgers from here for years normally great! . They have changed the burgers and not too a good quality sadly absolutely awful! My husband had a pizza which we always ask for extra cooked as this is how he likes it sadly they don’t bother to do this anymore ! Hence it was uneatable he likes it crispy! Yeah I could have put it in my oven but what’s the point for getting a takeaway? . Also I’m allergic to tomatoes so I stated no tomatoes in my burger again they didn’t do. What I asked for and put 2 large slices in rendering the bottom of the bun inedible for me! THANKS! I’m never ever ever going back again WELL DONE!

Just bad, worst kebab I've had on the island and there's been a few, let's start from the bottom up, pitta bread ungrilled and stale, salad was 95% raw white onion and two thin slices of tomato, sauces were the cheapest possible cash and carry trash and the kofte was so burned it has the consistency of tutenkahmoons right club foot. Dusty overcooked and inedible. Avoid this place. Have some pride in yourselves, you work in an industry that has a lot of competition, unless you improve your business will be gone in two years. Chef of 20 years.

Price’s a joke now and was just thrown together. I’ve never had a worse kebab. I used to swear by them but not anymore as it was awful. And the older guy was stood there scratching his arm and then handling the food(Disgusting)

Tried to place an order this evening. As my some has an allergy to milk I asked a out the ingredients of the buger and burger bun in the child's meal options. When asked if there was milk in there the man on the phone answered "probably" so I asked if he means the burger or the bun and he said probably again. So once again I asked for clarity on which item the allergen was 'probably' in and he said the bun maybe. Absolutely livid that they can't even be bothered to treat allergys appropriately or check the ingredients I told him to cancel the entire order.

Have had kebabs from here before & they were good but last night had 3 mixed kebabs 1 cheese chips & I normal chip at a cost of £39 which I feel is quite a lot of money however if it’s good you have to pay for it, but last night it was awful we waited approx 1 hr & live less than a 5 min drive away, it was not very hot the chicken was so dry we couldn’t eat it & the Donna meat was so greasy it was dripping off the side of the plate😩 it was all put on top of the pitta bread making that like a wet sponge & the coleslaw that’s usually homemade was cheap shop one & the cheese chips well that was one solid bit it the bottom of the container😩, I am generally not one to complain but I felt like after all three of us chucked it away I had to , so I phoned told them & was asked to call back as they were busy & so left it a hour or so & phoned back spoke to a chap who said would give a full refund but could I call back again !! But then he took my number to call back, after a few min they called back & said would give half back & requested I package it back up so they could look at it ....really , but by this time it was in my food bin so I offered to take pics & send it to them but then they said no & would give me a full refund ! thank you I said but I was still happy to send pictures in , the refund was done & then the manager come on the phone I apologised I had to complain & said I would try it again to give them the benefit of doubt that they were just having a bad day but his reply was don’t come here again & to go else where ..... rude beyond words I really couldn’t believe it... all because he had a complaint about his food this is why I felt I had to leave a review about this. one gentleman I spoke to was fine but to the manager if you read this the food was very poor last night & learn some better costumer service .... if you had not been so rude I would not have wrote this bad review.

Normally great pizza but.....ordered hot n spicy pizza and tasted like a vegetarian pizza, no meat, no spice, very disappointed

We're opening a new store and the service is great, straight to the door, shame about the online ordering but I understand why, but good communication food smells and tastes amazing after 12 hour shift this food half way through the night is divine

Downed an absolutely lovely Shish kebab with either fresh chicken or lamb. Fresh vegetables and pickled 🌶, which made it a great meal. Other great food available with delivery service if you want!

Fabulous square pizzas 😍 base is classic, doesn't taste heavy/doughy. Kebab House special is heavenly and so garlic bread with cheese 👍 YUMMYY!!

Very good food, square pizzas are a must. ASLO YOU CAN ORDER AND PAY ONLINE VIA WEBSITE OR APP. Can't say how long I've been waiting for that on the Isle of Wight. Football half time big orders now simple with one click.

Used for first time the other day, wasn't bad but I wouldn't rush to order from here again tbh. Burger & chips were so so - had better, had worse. My usual takeaway spot from Newport chip shop at top of town is far better than here.

Rude and obnoxious service they need some training on how to communicate in a business and how to treat customers! Will not ever use this establishment again.

The lady on the phone was rude at this point I should have followed my gut instinct and cancelled the order but I was hungry and not local so I continued with my order. It took about an hour to arrive but the driver was very polite. I opened up my order and was pretty disappointed with what I saw! For £16 For a kebab with a pita bread and some cheesey chips and a bottle of coke. I ate the meal which tasted ok but then spent the whole night on the toilet with the sh#^s!!! It's now the next day and I still have the sh!%s! So o am leaving a 1 star review and would never order from here again!!!!

Only ever had the chicken kebab, donner kebab and chips but nothing to complain about. Well cooked chicken, lovely dinner. Well cooked chips and all great portion sizes. Normally collect but today we asked for delivery, was told 45mins, they arrived within 30mins so bonus.

SHOCKING!!! We have used them before Ordered today for delivery. They took order and gave a delivery time THEN they phoned back and said that they were too busy to deliver to us tonight They should be ashamed of themselves!
