amazing late night pizza.. love the bbq chicken one

Top quality meal Chicken shish very tasty indeed.

My 4th time ordering and food is always very tasty, quick delivery, decent portions 👌

We ordered a kebab for me and the wife to share. The onion rings tasted good but the kebab the chicken was juicy and full of flavour and the donar meat the best yet. Definetly better than the used to be. If the food quality stay's like last night then we will be back. 😀

Just had two more excellent kebabs from this kebab shop. We always come back to this one as we think it is the best on the island. We have tried most of all the others but they are not as good as this one. It is always very clean and we get brilliant service from the staff. Most importantly the food is always really good and fresh. The prices are fair and they always give good sized portions. We fully recommend this kebab shop so if you are looking for good food and good service then come to this kebab shop.

I must say before and after the rat fiasco and poor hygiene i was a commited/solid customer! However of late ive notice some really poor changes, not only have they put the price up, they have also reduced there large kebab to a kid size portion. You can take with one hand but not both. There has been a prominent figure lurking behind the counter, a familiar face from newport kebab house- so hes basically either working arms in arms with the other shop or hes trying to run these fellars into the ground, which from my experience hes sinking this place faster than the titanic!!!! Come on guys, people expect good food and service and usually people will even tip, but put the price up and mug people off, well you might aswell put up a for sale sign.....good luck I wouldnt rate it even a 4 based on portion to cost im really gutted

This place has hit rock bottom and now kept on digging. I continued to support them through 1 star rat issues and now they have a guy behing the tilll from newport kebab house/ another local outlet. So basically not only have the pushed there prices over the rate of inflation, they now give kid portions as as a large kebab!!! Im completely shocked but they have ratty man from the other kebab shop, either running them into the ground or driving business to the other kebab shop.....im gutted i always tip these guys generously but now id rather go without, theres another kebab shop 2 mins away offering bigger, fresher for less money

Our food was inedible, greasy, nor sure how old the pitta was, received a full refund but on Christmas eve thought we'd have a treat, so disappointing. Had to put 1 star to be able to post this but wasn't worth 1 star

As far as ‘kebab houses’ go, Wight grill can serve your expectations and then a little more. Decent attentive staff. Decent grub. (I’ve only had the pizza so far) upon stopped off here after several pints I took a pizza home for me and my wife, we found it really tasty and since have gone back 3 more times. You’d save money going to bigger chains for pizza if your buying 2 or more but with a 7 inch pizza for £5, 10 inch for a little over £6. It’s hard to go wrong. The dough and topping are good and I’d definitely recommend has the best Newport late night takeaway.

Absolutely amazing food at a great price! Delivered promptly and with a smile. My dietary requirement of no cheese on my pizza is always taken into account and they're extremely generous with the toppings, unlike other places. Thanks Wight Grill, you guys are awesome!

This should be a 5 star, amazing food and pizza blows the big boys out of the water. Beware of large though it's huge! Fast and clean couldn't ask for more.

Have been a solid customer over the last few months and it was the best take away I have found in Newport. Excellent portions, lovely fresh salad and great customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Worst takeaway we have ever had the doner meat was cold and greasy and the chips were lukewarm.

I've been ordering from here since November 2019. These pizzas are always amazing from here. The kebabs are better than anywhere else, kids meals are a bit expensive but good quality. I would highly recommend this place

Order: Large chicken wrap Large chicken kebab Small cheesy chips Small chips Chicken wrap was swimming in oil and so overly stuffed it couldn't be wrapped, let alone eaten. It was essentially a tortilla under a mountain of chicken, oil and lettuce. Chicken kebab was mainly filling and what seemed to be a quarter of a pitta bread mushed into the corner of the box. Chips were very soggy and sweaty even if cooked to an ok standard...

so when you spend and hour and a half calling to be ignored then see people with food from there dont bother waste of time go anywhere else

Payed £1 for 1 small bit of bacon completely taken taken advantage off🙄

Ordered a peperoni, chicken and onion pizza on their website, was genuinely the best pizza I've had in a long time, perfectly done, and I know it seems like a small touch, but GREASE PAPER UNDER THEN PIZZA! YES! Genuinely happy with this, keep up the good work guys, you've got a new regular.

The employees was unbelievably rude when told order was WRONG, blaming it on us and the kebabs where freezing cold when they arrived. And the employee that took our order and got it wrong started slagging me and friend off to other employees when we told them that they got the order wrong. I wouldn’t eat here ever again

Two stone cold regular kebabs. Dry and bland My order was : two regular kebabs one with mayo and one without mayo both with salad. What turns up to my door step was two kebabs with mayo which is a problem as my friend is allergic to eggs. I call up to tell them and I get yelled at by someone who I believe is the owner ‘You ordered that!’ Was his reply. Once I calmly told him that I know what I ordered as I wouldn’t let my friend order that. He screamed at me not to eat his food. He then told us that he will be delivering us our refund. Still waiting after 30 mins for it. Don’t order here. He was rude and ignorant, as we hung up we heard him slagging us off.

Ordered a quartre pounder burger and chips for tonight. Chips tasted old and oily and the burger didn't taste fresh, flavoursome and moist. Instead, it was dry and bland. I would not reccomend ordering from this kebab shop. I will not order from this shop again.

Absolutely apauling, I order from white grill all the time of never had a problem and the food has always been very nice a week ago I ordered for my family and the pizza was burnt and the chips were soggy as if they had been microwaved we called to tell them that we order all the time and have never had a problem but unfortunately that time the pizza was burnt and chips were soggy they apologised and offered a refund which I thought was very kind. This evening I called to place an order and they said sorry no delivery for you because you cause problems I explained I order all the time and never had a problem until the other day and that I hadn't asked for a refund it was offered but he still chanted the same thing at me... no delivery for you! Bloody ridiculous sorry but if you send out food that isn't right then you can't just block a customer and act like a child because you can't take criticism

Great food, not too greasy for a kebab house, but a bit tight with the salad! Quick friendly service and a fair price.
