SK Pizza in Stockport

Adore this place, come here almost every weekend and they even gave my kids free juice would absolutely recommend. Brought my mum from London here too

Shame there is not a zero star option ! Ordered online and after an hour the order was apparently delivered and then it wasn't delivered but attempted delivery Contacted the shop who couldn't give two hoots and said "we make them but don't deliver them " and "take it up with deliveroo as nowt to do with us " If they don't care about money taken and fulfilling orders then I dread to think what their hygiene standards would be like Have the hassle now of trying to chase a refund and sorting out food from elsewhere

Friendly staff, but awful food. Went here for a kebab after a few drinks and it was the worst kebab I've had in years. The meat did not taste like meat.

Staff were good and friendly. Unfortunately I’ve been throwing up and sat on the toilet since Saturday morning. I’ve seen a few reviews on here where people have food poisoning so it would seem in one of them. It’s a real shame. Obviously won’t be using again

This is my first time and I had the hot lips pizza and chips. The pizza was great and spicy as I expected, still craving as we speak. The chips were good, but I feel the quantity was less than expected. Beef lasagna is not that great so please avoid it.

Food is good but have to say the portion of chips was pretty poor. Ordered LARGE Donner and Chips in a tray and it was like ordering a spirit and mixer….. Decent amount of Donner with a splash of chips. For £6 you would expect to be more chips…..apart from that it tasted good. Would be more stars if the portion was better for a large. Staff were good and friendly who I spoke to 👍🏾

Best place I’ve ordered from lately consistent every time. Food is hot and arrives on time. No one does Pizza better and the wings are always fresh you can tell they’re not just sat there for hours. Every Friday now this is my spot for me and the fam. Thank you lads!

Oredered £10 kebab got a donner kebab coated in mayonnaise. Rip off. So disappointed.

The food was amazing the best I’ve ever tastied everything was hot the chips were crispy and nice and the salad wasn’t soggy normal when I get salad it’s soggy and this wasn’t drinks were freezing. Every meal chicken burger meal, chicken wrap meal, burger meal was perfect defiantly my new go to so Thankyou! :)

Was inside on my tea break at work (Night road worker) Ordered pizza and cheesy chips The guy making pizza touching all the raw meat put his hands straight in the cheese and put it on my chips after touching the meat without washing his hands The pizza was still doughy and just tasted of burnt grease and the grease and fat was dripping off it as I was eating it, left a horrible taste in my mouth 100000% would not go back here

Abraham Lincoln once said "It's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years." And this exceptional pizza pie resonates that quote perfectly. Once you have bitten into the delightful food, you will quickly conjure up the image of Adam and Eve eating from the forbibiden fruit. What punishment will I receive for such a divine delicacy upon my taste buds? After a handful of the perfectly crafted starters (notably the onion rings) and a square pizza, I did indeed believe the "forbidden" food would banish me to the gates of feeling overwhelmed and sluggish the next day. One that would be scarred across my memory for eternity. However I rose in the morning full of joy and happiness, reminiscing on the delicacy from the night before I would also like to add the time keeping skills are impeccable of the delivery drivers. Never too early. Never too late. Every member of staff deserves as Blue Peter badge for their contributing efforts for providing Stockport with simply the finest takeaway around.

For many years we've been a customer of SK Pizza or as it's now known The Pizza Kitchen and on the odd occasion they've been late delivering but tonight has been the last straw. Phoned order at 7.20pm told it'll be 40mins to an hr, an hr & 10mins later we phoned back they said it's on its way another 25mins later it finally turned up cold. Never using this company again.

Ordered food at 7pm food came at 8pm and my kebab was absolutely ridiculous, looked like it had be slapped together, no salad that I asked for and 6 pieces of meat on it! Rang to complain just after 8pm and was told we would have another sent out, that was at 8:02pm... 9:20pm I am still waiting for the bloody kebab.. rang shop to cancel as it will be cold now, got a very rude response when we said we'd been waiting 2 hours and they were not helpful at all, so iv ordered food from another takeaway now. Absolutely disgusting would not recommend at all.

After a mix up from when I last ordered whilst baby sitting in reddish 2019 new years eve. Got my order tonight sk6 area. Hot spot on and delicious. Thankyou square pizza for the communication to get it to us. 200% recommended 👌

Was charged £17 for a £12 pound order haven't bothered to ring back because giving the delivery driver directions to my flat was like talking to a brick wall 👍

This is a long one, but I'm afraid I will never order again. The pizza's was all mashed up as it looks like it was dropped. Whilst the service was good, it was a case of "lost in translation" with delivery. I usually order using my card, however today I paid by cash, and the delivery driver didn't mention it and I honestly forgot as it was a force of habit, and also he went off fast. When I got in, I realised I forgot to pay, so I called him up and said come back for the money, he told me "he is just the delivery driver so nothing to do with him", then an hour later the manager called asking why I don't want to pay the driver. We sorted it out, despite the call being a bit tense at first and eventually someone came for the money. I hope this is a once off and you know what, it could have literally been a one time event and the staff I spoke with do sound like decent people, on the plus side.

Ordered food over the phone ithe food arrived within the time they said and was hot was very well presented lots of chicken a nice big portion well done to all would recommend to anyone very enjoyable

Sk pizza is always delicious, well priced and on time! The guys at the shop are fantastic and the square pizza is great if you have friends coming over and can't decide on a topping. Add to that a great choice of sides, burgers, hotdogs, garlic bread and you are not going to be disappointed.

Clean and tidy which is great. But i wasn’t overly impressed with the burger and fries. A lot more expensive than Luigi’s a few doors down. Taste wise no more than ok. Good portion of fries and meal deal includes full fat coke which is good.

Love this pizza place. Not come across one that beats it with taste and price. The 16' pizza deal is amazing for the price and very tasty. Burgers are great and so is the calzones. Only thing i will say is the donner kebab pitta needs to be softer. 10/10 for this place.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! (wouldn’t even of rated it 1 star if you didn’t HAVE to!) Ring to make an order and they say 45 mins, an hour after you ring to ask how long? They say it’s on its way so no more than 15 mins, 1 hour and half after and you ring to see where it is and oh it’s not even cooked never mind left and now it will be a further 25 minute late, no to mention they hung up the phone on me also! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and after seeing online they have a hygiene rating of 2 I wouldn’t of even ordered from them in the first place!

Be aware sk pizza asked me to use 2 separate cards after telling me the card was declined - it clearly wwasn't - They have illegally taken a total of nearly £70.00 from two accounts and told me to dispute it with my bank. I ordered a £15.00 meal deal and received nothing.

Under new ownership which it needed badly. Now it’s my favourite take away in Stockport by an absolute mile!

For people who say this is the best pizza in Stockport May never have been out of Stockport. It’s ok for price and good delivery time. I found it bit dry and not best in tomato base taste. Ordered one with extra chilli and not one bit hot. Next time I’ll go back up the road to homerun pizza as way tastier.

They don’t seem to know what a deep pan pizza is. The taste is alright but pizza should be what you order.

Made a phone order and agreed I could collect in person 20 mins later. A little bit of a language barrier over the phone but eventually overcame. Went to collect and had to wait a further 15 mins past our previously agreed time. Ordered the 4 in 1 pizza meal (came with 2 chips and a bottle of pop) and a tray of donner meat. The tray of donner meat was donner meat in pitta bread, which was either a mistake or a strange way to present a tray of donner. The pizza didn't look particularly great and the pepperoni was under the cheese (totally wrong in my opinion and not how any of the photos in their menu or on posters in the store showed their pepperoni pizzas to be). The pepperoni should be on top of the cheese! I didn't seem to get the salt & vinegar on the chips that I'd asked for, and I'd asked for lemon juice on my donner, that didn't seem to be there either. Now this seems to be a bad review, but the important points I need to make are that the food was delicious and I would go back. Despite a few niggles I'd definitely recommend this place.

Completely messed up my order when they did get it right my food was cold I had to return and get it freshly cooked.... 🤮 The staff didn't care didn't really want to know strongly strongly strongly advised that you keep away from this place.

I got a vegetarian pizza. The staff were miserable and unfriendly, and the cheese was brown, tasted burned. Greasy and not enjoyable at all. Just doors away is a very friendly place with cheaper, properly cooked pizza

Absolute joke waited 2 hours been lied to twice and now just been told the food isn't even ready and will be another half am hour. What was meant to be a New Years Treat has turned into a nightmare. Will never use again. I expected to wait longer due to the day but not be lied to over and over again. Lost a long standing customer due to very bad customer service.

Oh my god, best pizza takeaway by far! We have the 4 in 1 pizza deal and it is the biggest best pizza you will have have! It’s great for sharing with 6 friends on a Saturday night. Great service, great selection and prompt delivery. Highly recommended

Ordered on Justeat. They missed things off the order. Rang up to tell them and they said they would send the missing items out straight away. After 40 minutes we still hadn’t received the missing food. We called them again and they hadn’t even sent the missing food out. It took over an hour and a half from when we first complained the food hadn’t come. Terrible customer service. Never again.

We’ve been ordering from here for a year and we’ve never had any issues. Always delicious, massive portions, and never any “food poisoning” issues at all. We recommend the mixed kebab (donner meat and chicken - the chicken is chargrilled breast chunks), the royal burger (beef burger with cheese and onion rings), and the meat feast pizza. For novelty/a real talking point the 4-in-1 is brilliant. 4 small square pizzas all baked together for one big square!

Order here regularly for about 9-12 months, Bin good generally, great food delivery can be slow but it’s a busy take away so can allow late delivery, but tonight was beyond a joke! Ordered at 5.50pm and after 4 phone calls was delivered at 8.45pm, with the order missing stuff and when we complained they hung up, they have just lost a good customer
