Flamez in Stockport

The pizzas arrived covered in burnt cheese, the kebab meat was in a polystyrene box swimming in grease. We didn’t eat enough to comment on taste for obvious reasons but nah, it used to be quality at flamez! Won’t order again

Disappointed to say the least. Flamez has always been consistent but tonight was sub par. Ordered a chicken shawarma and donner on chips which didn't come with the salad and sauce requested, and ordered a chicken shawarma and seekh on chips which didn't come with any chips!

Awful kebab. Doner meat all in scraps, grey and tasteless. Packet naan pretty much a flatbread. Very poor quality kebab

I'll preface this by saying we always order the same thing, every time. The Wraps at Flamez are possibly the best I've ever tasted and the portions are always good! The price is amazing for the amount of food you get, especially value for money when making something a meal! The only bit I would say they could improve is to allow a choice of drinks with meals. However I also don't hold that against them. Easily one of my partner and I's favourite takeaways in Stockport!

Our food arrived at 10pm when we ordered it just after 8pm. Itvwas nice when it arrived but seriously it was supposed to be a quicker option than cooking at home.

Food was well below standards this evening, garlic bread with cheese was cold and dry, meets where over cooked, cooker / grill needs a clean very chard and chewy meats, burger was average, chips where soggy and oily, and to top it all off was late delivery, not happy and very poor to normal standards of food we usually receive. Please get back to a high standard.

Must admit flamez has always been my favourite but they have stepped their game up! The food is delicious and fresh! Highly recommend! The staff are amazing they are kind and friendly! Even have a laugh with you makes the environment’s atmosphere so much better!

Ordered a meal and came without chips , donner kebab was all the hard bits , garlic bread burnt. Never had a problem before other than long delivery time. Sadly won’t be ordering again

Ordered a single pizza which was good but took over 2 hours to arrive. I get some nights are busy but was annoying having to wait 2 hours for a pizza.

Fantastic delivery, very polite driver who delivered the piping hot food and the cold drinks were in a separate bag which is great! Nice and early too. Super tasty and delicious fresh food as always.

Nothing to fault Flamez for. Good portion sizes, the Chicken Shawarma was really tasty and delivered by a polite delivery driver and decent value for money (so far as delivery food goes) - will order from you again :)

What is the point of giving you a time, then delivering around 45mins later than the latest time in the window. When food arrived the Donner meat and chips had completely melted the polystyrene box causing the food to be tainted, so had to be binned. Delivery driver kept saying "nice one" when I explained how late the food was. Tried several times to contact the restaurant via the app and had no reply, so had to make several phone calls, and finally got through and was just fobbed off

very late they changed the delivery time twice ended up being an hour 1.20 min late

Food Never arrived. all I ordered was a kebab and chips I live about 20 minutes away from the restaurant and it’s been over 2 hours and every time I ring up they just cancel the call and the food isn’t even great tbh I just order from here because there’s no other kebab shops near me 😂😭

The only reason I put one star is because I can not rate zero. The food was shocking, and it was great food if you wanted stale garlic bread, day old kebab that was missing ingredients, cold chips rubber chicken nuggets and shocking customer service great place called FLAMEZ £35 down the drain.

I usually order all the time from here but today I ordered and they sent the wrong sauce on my kebab so I rang to let them know, they nicely sent another kebab out and also got it wrong again so probably won't order in future

great food as always only two things wrong but there not a big problem,I ordered lamb donner and garlic chicken but got tikke chicken instead of garlic and I was missing a portion of wedges. other than that it was great

First off, the delivery driver was so polite and lovely! Very kind and fast delivery, packaged well and delightfully hot! Then the food was honestly unbelievable! I’ve eaten from here a couple of times in the past but this time, the food was honestly a solid 9/10 in comparison to all cuisines and even restaurants, the chicken you can tell was cooked on an open grill as the flavours were super tasty and smoky, the Schwarma was to die for… incredibly tender and full of bold flavour! Highly disappointing. Order arrived with no salad on the kebab, and no side sauce, and soggy chips. Called the shop and whoever answered was rude when I told him and he said “ok what do you want”. Then called me back to say my order would be 20 minutes. I told him who I was and he had the wrong number he then said “oh, wrong customer “ and put the phone down! Organised chaos it seems to me. I would not recommend. Far better places out there.

Excellent menu. Loads of choice. Especially the pizza range. Great service and great tasting food.

Usually no problems with flames, but this order had no chilli sauce on the kebab, but it was swimming in mayo, that I never ordered and instead of cheesy chips, I received a small portion of regular chips.

Everything was good, we were only missing a portion of chips that we ordered other than that tho same great quality.

Twice I’ve ordered a plain garlic bread. Twice I’ve (1st) been delivered (2nd) collected, but not realised till I got home; cheesy garlic bread. As they are £2 more expensive I suppose I should be pleased. But, I don’t care for cheesy garlic bread; so I’m not. If I was allergic to cheese I’d be even more unhappy. It’s a simple order. Plain garlic bread. Will I risk being 3rd time lucky?

Took 2 hours and 10 minutes from order to deliver, rude over the phone and then they missed items on the delivery. Pizza is actually quite nice but won't be ordering again

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered at 18:30, I’ve cancelled at 21:13 with no show. Keep being told ‘he’s on his way’. If they’d have just been honest, I could’ve at least made something else. Lost customer.

Extremely late. Had to ring 3 times. Got talked over. Food was stone cold, chips were cold and soggy and ‘garlic’ bread was just a dry plate of bread. Didn’t send the big bottle of Pepsi we ordered so we had to wait a further 40 minutes for that to show back up. Extremely poor poor service. Never ordering again. Waste of money.

Hours waiting and still nothing…. Can’t even call the restaurant as they won’t accept their calls. Absolutely shocking will NEVER buy from here again and I heavily suggest that no one else does. Appalling.

Ordered at 16:20, food didn’t arrive until gone 18:00. When it finally arrived, the food was ok but nothing more. I’ve ordered from here a couple of times and both times it’s been very late, with no courtesy call from them. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Food wasn’t hot when it arrived. Rang the restaurant and was told our driver was on the way…30 minutes later he arrived. The wrong drinks and sauces were sent to us from what we ordered.

Love it here.The food is always great and service is always on top.The staff are always happy and polite..I wouldn't go anywhere else. 👌
