Very bad service, staff don’t care about queue system.. made customer wait and serve other customers first. Staff made me wait 25 mins for 4 burgers and chips order and priorities other customers who came later then me. When I asked why he has not followed queue he was bit rude. I asked for refund and he refused to give me refund. I ended up left with no food and no money.

Everything was alright apart from the chicken in the burger we had, it was really really dry, v hard and we couldn't eat this so it was unfortunately put in the bin. I have had burgers from here before this is the 1st time I've experienced this

Great tasting food at a great price, value for money for sure!! The owner was polite and respectful along with his employees. We went for the recommended Mix Donner on Chips along with their signature Spicy Chicken Burger meal. Both were reasonably priced and tasted excellent. Food was freshly prepared, and they were good size portions. Small shop with big taste, no hand washing facilities nor was there any seating, we had to stand and eat which wasn't convenient but the service and food made up for that. Do give it a go when passing through Gatley, Cheadle

Ordered a donner kebab and they sent a chicken kebab, rang up to tell them they had sent the wrong thing, said they would send the right food straight away, 1 hour later nothing arrives when i call up to query where the food was they refused to send the food saying its too expensive for them, when i advised although it may be expensive i didnt make the error and they did and they should rectify it the man got angry and hung up, when i rang back to query why he had hung up he got very mad started shouting down the phone and hung up again, terrible customer service and the food that did come correct wasnt great either.

1st time trying this after a youtube review Was a little disappointed there was no chicken donner kebab (sharwarma) and was told only after 5pm do they make the chicken kebabs but do have it as a topping for a pizza so went for a mixed donner calzone for £8.50 my initial thoughts was BANGIN Absolutely delicious calzone rate it 9/10 however they made it with garlic butter which still tatses nice but it seems like a mistake as there shouldnt be garlic on this as seen on the menu , I really wanted it with pizza tomato sauce. Also there wasnt enough chicken donner on it ,they only put 20% chicken donner and 65% normal donner 15% cheese. I also ordered there lunch time special between 11am-4pm spicy chicken burger and chips £4 Rating 7.5/10 I like that the spicy sauce was slightly different to others places and it was more on the mild side , I felt the burger fillet wasnt as fresh but it still was tasty . Could do with a double dip of spicy sauce next time, chips were very good . I will be back for the red sizzling chicken donner it did taste delicious on the calzone Menu and pics uploaded from May 2024 All lunch time offers £4 Update : 2nd visit Finally got there red chicken sharwama (chicken donner) on nan Rating 9/10 Amazing 😋 Superb chicken donner flavour one if the best out there it brings back 90's vibe only improvement would be the nan...is not homemade it one of those big nan tortilla that was grilled ,would be so much better with fresh nan Also to note the menu just gives you option of either nan or pitta fir tge kebab but it doesn't tell you if you order small then thatbonly comes in pitta bread,I I was lucky enough to question this or else I would of ended uo with pitta bread they should really correct the menu and make it clear. I also ordered a spicy fillet burger extra dipped as last time it was mild and unfortunately it was the same even with a double dip ,the spicy sauce just doesn't Cling onto the batter however the fillet was hot ,fresh and succulent. So still respectable 7.5/10

Bit disappointed last night as ordered a sornto pizza for my son,he spent half the night picking the chicken of the pizza as he hates chicken.should have been pepperoni and onion,half the pizza didn’t get eaten,you guys normally get things right,just a simple mistake i suppose as could have been busy it was late,but rest of the food was good

AVOID. Food was disgusting. When you cant even cook chips right you know something is wrong. Microwaving old chicken in front of you and then serving it isnt acceptable. Staff seem very hostile. Noticed them shouting in another language and slamming down customers money. Also handling money with the gloves they use to handle food is a big no.

I waited for 10 minutes before I had to approach a member of staff. I had put an order in for collection. It had been thrown together last minute and the onion rings were stone cold as been sat on the side

Food is fine but it arrived very late. The restaurant was no help on where my order was. The Just Eat App was no help either.

The kebab meat was burnt and the chicken shawarma was burn and was all fatty and food was cold

Food was over 2 hours to be delivered. And arrived cold. Usually they are ok but today not good. I order from them a lot but today very bad. Poor service.

This place is the definition of cheap and cheerful. They have special lunchtime deals for a few quid and the little place is always clean and has friendly staff. Food is of a good standard too. I wouldn't rush out to try it but if your passing on your lunch and fancy abit if a bargain, give this place a try

FOLLOWING ON FROM REVIEW - I’ve actually been in hospital on A DRIP because of how dehydrated I was from this food poisoning!!! Still poorly a week later ! Will NEVER be ordering from here again. Not worth staying on a ward in hospital. Ordered 2 kebabs on Saturday, there was that much oil or almost water that my pitta was literally inedible and was sloppy and falling apart. The actual donner meat was mushy and my partner even stated ‘this looks like it isn’t cooked properly‘ but we thought surely it’s fine as we’ve had wings, burgers and wraps from here before with no issue. We both tried to eat as much as possible before throwing it away because of vile it was, in the night both of us were on the toilet straight through to the morning. Monday and today we’ve both been off work due to s&d, insane belly cramps, migraines and hot and cold sweats!!! I work in a hospital and they’ve confirmed it us 100% food poisoning. Questioned why didn’t we ring to ask for a refund and that it was disgusting but at the time we were that annoyed we threw it away and agreed we aren’t ordering from here again.

We have used Alaska Fried Chicken a lot over the years ironically not for chicken although my husband absolutely loves their chicken burger (he says it’s absolutely delicious, also my brother in law when he was over from Australia just raved about the chicken burgers), however on this occasion it was 2 10 inch pizzas and a portion of chips! All I can say is wow 🤩, firstly they arrived within 20 minutes after saying it could be 40 but the pizzas were so fresh and beautifully cooked with just the right amount of spice and plenty of toppings plus the chips were hot and freshly cooked! From a taste sensation, I have loved every piece and I have eaten the lot 🤷‍♀️… If you are looking for perfect pizza, a chicken burger or kebab whatever you like, this is a perfect gem on Church Road in Gatley! A++++++++

Absolutely rank food, finished work late, wanted to relax with something nice, what I got was soggy chicken and soggy onion rings, the kebab meat was shaved extra thin and was like rubber. £20 waisted on this place. Please do not order from here. You will regret it. -10 out of 10 absolutely disgusting food. Just eat should ban this place.
