Wrong order, wrong food, called and they confirmed that driver made mistake, but failed to redeliver right food. Out of pocket and had to request refund. Bad form chaps

All of the food was great! Mozzarella sticks probably best I’ve had, proper homemade wedges, special garlic bread was delicious and the donner wrap was very tasty too. Driver and I’m guessing the owner was very polite. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again in the future.

I have been going to Pepe's since Sept 2005 & have always had good food. Today i ordered a pizza and some chips only to find that they were cold, but my hunger was overwhelming. The food order that came to £14.00 was not value for money. I decided to phone Pepe's and make a complaint. I explained to the lady on the phone, and the response was "well it's not my fault" Having been in customer service for a few years, this was not the typical response of somebody that is skilled at their job. I asked for the manager & all he did was offer me £10.00 back for soggy cold chips & a cold pizza. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER EAT FROM THERE.

Se ordenó ayer con amigos y el tiempo de entrega fue de más de una hora por solo 4 pizzas y un lote de papas fritas. Cuando llegó la comida mis papas estaban un poco calientes. Las pizzas eran de una calidad bastante decente y los ingredientes parecían ser de alta calidad, sin embargo, ten cuidado con la pizza que pides. Las pizzas normales eran perfectas, pero cuando pedí la pizza de la fiesta de la carne pusieron tantas coberturas que la pizza se deshizo e hizo que fuera imposible comerla. Normalmente, no es de quejarse por consumir demasiado, pero cuando hace que la pizza no sea comestible. Todavía recomendaría este lugar pero quédate con uno o dos ingredientes ya que será suficiente!

We went on a Sunday for lunch, we had been a few years ago but its much better now. The meats are lovely - plenty of choice for side dishes. Lovely dessert - I had sticky toffee pudding and a good liquor coffee to finish. Very reasonably priced food. Nice décor and atmosphere. Good staff. Clear ordering instructions. Easy parking. Busy but not a long wait really. Would go again and would recommend. Not posh dining but a good friendly family pub - many thanks to all.

Only 1 star because 0 isnt an option, cold pizza with no sauce on it at all, basically cheese on toast. Managers got a serious attitude problem, will never use this store again

Absolutamente carne de perro, la carne en la pizza y la carne de kebab tenía hueso molido 🦴 ordenó £ 45 de despojos, ya que mi hija quería pizza para su cumpleaños 🤢 bueno los niños están sufriendo ahora! ¡Mi hijo no puede salir del baño y mi hija ha estado enferma!

Staff have always been nothing but wonderful to me, never had an issue with the food. Since moving last year it's been good to have this place as a reliable constant amongst everything.

Solo tengo 1 estrella porque alguien apareció con algo. Extorsionantemente caro. El orden estaba irremediablemente mal y la comida era la peor que hemos tenido. Nunca más.
