Went in for pizza and the man at the front said there was no garlic and herb dip. The man (ginger I asked for his name but I have forgotten I am sorry) gave us some. Such a lovely man and was lovely. Pizza is nice and most of the workers are really nice.

Sunday dinner was very nicely presented and delicious.

Good value for money pizza but local parking is a nightmare. Tonight’s pizza wasn’t as hot as normal which could be down to the different staff and the food preparation area has had a makeover and they have a new drinks chiller unit. Would suggest you use CTK car park and walk across from the chippy at the lights.

I’ve been buying pizza from them for quite a few years now (8 years). When they make a mistake, they neither correct it nor offer refunds. Just so you know, they’ll tell you to keep quiet and eat their error.

First time ordering and it was fairly disappointing. Chicken tandoori pizza had been left in the oven too long, cheese had become dark brown over most of the pizza and the vegetables had started charring black. Herbie pizza looked a lot more appetising as it wasn't burnt. Pizza's lacked sauce making for a very dry pizza particularly the chicken tandoori that was already overcooked. Other places usually provide a dip per pizza, no complimentary dips provided. Order confirmations/emails lack information about the delivery address and name so if ordering via their website, ensure the details are correct first time around as there's no way to check them later (may be possible to check if you create an account).

I had the worst experience with Papa John’s tonight. I placed an order for two pizzas, but when my delivery arrived, there was only one pizza. The driver not only tried to lie to me, claiming there were two pizzas in one box (which is obviously impossible), but also got up in my face and started shouting at me. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it and even tried to lie about that too. Thinking I could resolve this with the restaurant, I called and spoke to someone claiming to be the “supervisor.” She was just as unprofessional as the driver. She rudely told me there was nothing they could do because the store was closing, then started shouting at me, refused to give her name, and hung up on me multiple times when I tried to get help. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I’ve never dealt with such rude, unprofessional behavior from any business, let alone a major pizza chain. Papa John’s needs to seriously rethink how they train their staff and handle customer service. Until this is addressed, I won’t be ordering from this location again—and I’ll be warning others to avoid it, too.

Ordered a home delivery, the kebab was ok, my partner ordered a cheeseburger with salad and mayo, no salad unless it was invisible and invisible mayo, burger was like rubber, how can you get a simple order wrong. Delivery was poor, had to walk down the road to go and fetch it, guess home delivery depends on who delivers it.

I think it's the worst food at pizza planet, every time I eat there I get stomach aches, especially when I eat lam doner, I don't recommend it, the service is not beautiful, look at you! pizza planet deserves to close

As always the food was delicious and fresh 😋 Ample parking is available.

Hicimos un pedido de una pizza y un acompañamiento. Uno de nosotros es vegetariano. Los poppers jalapeños vinieron con una tira de pollo. Llamamos a un d fue avisado que enviarían jalapeños frescos. Al abrir la caja solo 2 estaban allí. Llamaron de nuevo para que les dijeran que estaba bien que enviarían más pollo. Después de 20 años de usar este lugar, honestamente diría que nunca más

Went in for a coffee and cookie with the husband after work.Coffee was disgusting couldn't drink it cookie was sweet but ok. The woman behind the counter was on her phone via headset the whole time we were there she even got our order wrong. There were 2 other customers after us and she was still on the phone. Customer service was appauling. I have worked in Retail before and you should never be on your phone whenn serving customers.

Food is not good we ordered southern fried chicken just tasted like deep fried chicken no southern fried coating or any think asked for spicy chicken wings and was BBQ wings and IV worked in kitchen for 26 years I can do a better job and make food taste better then wat I had tonight I rate them 1 star

The best pizza place in Coventry they sell quality food they will never let you down with service and the place is nice and clean
