This was the best food I have ever had it was nicely organised and the delight to eat this was just wonder full top chefs delivery was fast eveythink was on top

Always good food and Monday pizza deal is great

Pizzas we're okay but the service is terrible. Pizzas were nearly an hour late and when we called to cancel we were advised that it was too late as the pizzas were already in the oven, they then hung up the phone. We will never order from Mega Pizza again. Avoid!

We stopped in Chippenham on our way south after a day trip and were tempted by the look of this Italian restaurant. We had no booking but were shown to an upper room, which was empty, but soon filled up with other diners. After ten minutes we were able to place our order. Then we waited, and waited some more. Others around us were served, and we still waited, until the waiter came and apologised that our order had been mislaid! We had to place our order again, and now it was 40 minutes since we had arrived. Another 25 minutes we finally got our meals and more apologies from the waiters. The food was average at best and combined with the long wait, we were not entirely happy when we left. They had indicated that we would get a discount, but I only saw that we had not been charged for just one £4.70 side salad. Never mind. We are not often in Cirencester and unlikely to be back.

We had a daily special of mushrooms in a scrumptious creamy sauce on sourdough toast, followed by a vegetarian pizza with pine kernels which was also delicious.  Although there was a large table of 10 on the weekday evening, we were served efficiently & thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We were there on holiday but if we lived nearby, we would definitely visit regularly.

First time ordering/using Zia tonight. Will definitely be using them again….friendly and helpful staff upon ordering. Food arrived timely and was really nice. Can definitely recommend these guys over the usual local pizza alternatives! I’d take a photo…..but there was nothing left!

After visiting this cafe on numerous occasions (following our dog walks at Beckhampton) and receiving excellent service & food, I am extremely disappointed to say that today wasn't one of them. We ordered x2 toasted sandwiches & x2 pots of tea. Our tea came out within a few minutes of ordering. Our toasties came out approximately 35 - 40 minutes later, and by this time we'd drunk our tea! I'd asked the young lady serving if we could have a refund for the toasties as we'd been waiting an age for them. In addition 2 gentleman bikers had been served their meals. the same 2 bikers who'd arrived and ordered their food some 20 or so minutes after us. Literally 10 seconds after asking for a refund, our toasties magically appeared! Brought to out table by the owner nonetheless. The MOST DISAPPOINTING thing about the whole episode is that we did not even receive an apology for the length of time we'd had to wait. In fact, not a word was said as the toasties were placed on the table in front of us. I'd consider us as pretty regular customers of this establishment, and ones who were looking forward to the new diner opening next Summer. However, today's debacle has somewhat jeopardised whether we'll even bother visiting the cafe again. If the owner thinks this is good customer service, I suggests he finds an alternative business.

Extremely well priced, good quality (delivered hot) and always delivered fast and within the specified time frame. Can't fault at all

Lovely meal with great service . I didn’t expect such good food from a restaurant chain but it was hard to find fault . Attentive staff but very unfussy .

What an unpleasant experience! This was once a good venue with excellent food, polite staff and generally clean and tidy. But now the staff obviously don't care and can't be bothered to be courteous. The food is very poor and certainly not value for money. The windows, the floor, the carpets and.the upholstery are filthy. I didn't have the courage to use the toilets, my life is too valuable. The tables are sticky and not wiped down. And there were more badly behaved, barking dogs than customers. Why do they let dogs sit on the chairs, probably why the upholstery is so unpleasant. There was a time that you had to book to eat at The Boathouse and we took friends there, but we wouldn't expose people we like to The Boathouse's poor food, duty and general lack of care and hygiene. Definitely a venue to avoid, which is a shame because the location is fantastic.

Just had a family ( Birthday) meal here and the service and food were fantastic, Sians ( the manager) gave us fantastic service and helped us with the ordering via the app, thanks to our wonderful service we will definitely be returning.
