Not that great. The person who served me specifically asked me to write a review. Shame he didn’t check that the pizza was nice before it was sold to me. Reviews tend to polarise people with the only people writing them having either positive or negative opinions and experiences. I used the Caprinos app, which I have used before, and ordered two pizzas (at about three fifteen) for collection at four o’clock. Went in just before four and they were ready for collection. Didn’t look at them before I paid for them - which was my mistake, because when we got them home (about five minutes away) they were over cooked. They were also cold - now I fully appreciate that food does cool down, but the previous three or four times, they have still been hot when we got home. The pizzas appear to have been cooked on receipt of the order and not in time for the specified collection time. It’s not difficult to work out when they have to be put in the oven as it has a set operating time - you just work back from the collection time to know when they go in. I need stress that the previous few occasions that have ordered from Caprinos have been really good, but we were let down this time. Perhaps we were unlucky - but you don’t want to rely on luck if you’re ordering food. Fair to say, it’s going to be a while before we go back. If we go back at all.

Ordered yesterday for dinner for delivery to Bratton - decently priced mega deal when ordered direct from their website. Food came quickly and was piping hot - can highly recommend the vegetarian supreme, chicken strips and carrot cake! Would definitely order the same meal again
