The customer service I experienced was nothing short of appalling. The representatives I dealt with were not only rude but also displayed an astonishing level of arrogance and disregard for basic professionalism. I would strongly advise against spending a single penny with this company, as their treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. Over the course of my interaction, I spoke to three different people over the phone, and each encounter was worse than the last. Their attitude was disgraceful, and it was clear that providing genuine assistance was not a priority for them. In all my years of dealing with customer service, I have never encountered anything so shockingly bad. It left me feeling frustrated and completely disrespected. Such behavior is inexcusable, and I would urge others to avoid this company at all costs.

Cheap ingredients, bland and well overpriced. What the hell happened to the old style pizzas with the decent bacon etc? Bloody awful. I never had a problem with you guys for many many years. Always ordered from you every since I was young. Even my parents ordered from you. I will not be ordering from you again!

I have had a lot of takeaways in my life and this, I believe, was the best ever!! So first time ordering from them for a collection and they ended up delivering it to me! Wow, and every bite was sensational! Will definitely be using this takeaway from now on...Bloody magnificent food!! Thank-you, Damion Kinsella...

Stopped in here before my train. Friendly, efficient staff. My other half had the mac and cheese and I had the lasagne which was brill. Could do with more veggie options but no complaints other than that!

My favourite kebaby was closed so thought I'd give this place a go. I should have just made a sandwich. It was delivered quickly and no items were missing but the food was bland and the pita breads were dry and broken. The lamb shish meat was alright but underseasoned and the doner meat was cheap, tasteless and rubbery and the garlic and chili sauces were cheap and pretty nasty. There are loads of better places nearby.

We noticed a poster outside this restaurant saying that pizzas were half price in November. We always love eating at Pizza Express but find it a little expensive so this deal seemed very good. We had to wait over five minutes for anyone to come and offer us a table, but once taken to our seats the waitress was lovely. We asked about the half price deal and were told it was only available via an online app (using a scan code). We immediately felt excluded as we aren't great fans of doing all that IT stuff at the table. My husband is 79 and just wanted to have something to eat. On this occasion a very helpful waiter called Oscar talked my husband through the entire online process and although it took us over 15 minutes, we were eventually able to activate the offer. The food was delicious. However. I do have to SHOUT at those responsible at Pizza Express for making this only available via an app. The process is NOT INCLUSIVE as it favours only those who are IT savvy.
