It is great when you find somewhere of a high standard, to eat and support local people rather than multinationals. We loved this little find but our last experience left us not impressed HOWEVER THEN we heard there were new owners really committed so thought great let’s go back - which we did today after travelling 200 miles ( we do this trip fairly regularly but have had a break) to be greeted at 11.30 just the end of breakfast - so we were given the lunch menu - that seemed fine. On ordering we were told lunch did not start until 12. Whilst we accept there is a changeover and the person serving did ask if we could have breakfast we were told it was only lunch at 12. Sadly had we been informed “let me take your order and you will be first at 12” we would have waited. We were told we could only have cake or a cheese scone. Really disappointing as were wanting a meal and we would have been real advocates. We decided that the approach could have been a little more engaging and supportive. You have sadly just lost 2 advocates who are always committed to spreading the word. I wish you much success in your buisness and the future but we won’t sadly be back despite the lovely food. For us it’s the whole experience.

Favoured by the well heeled it’s a lovely place but has an overpriced and very limited menu. Pork sandwich = 4 small pieces of roast pork with a teaspoon of apple sauce with a small handful of leaves on ciabatta hmmmm! Sausage roll ( not warmed as suggested) with handful of leaves hmmm! Staff and service lovely- ,food descriptions promised so much but delivered so little;you are paying top dollar for the venue-disappointing.and you get stung with a service charge which you are not made aware of until you pay

Not sure if this has changed hands or just had a rebranding but the food was so much better than previously. We both had breakfast and it was hot, tasty and fresh. Would have liked to see American pancakes on the menu instead of French Toast though. Also the cakes in the centre table should all be covered up for hygiene purposes. Won't stop us going back if we ever fancy a breakfast.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Domino’s, but my previous 2 time experiences have left me genuinely disappointed. It’s clear the company is making some questionable decisions, both in terms of customer service and overall direction. First, the customer service has taken a serious nosedive. I’ve encountered rude staff, delayed orders. On one occasion, my order was wrong they were not believed me and ask me to bring pizza back which i took and gave to them. When I called to report the issue, I was got juat another and no effort to make things right even no sorry or apologies. Second,It happened yesterday i ordered pizza and got delivery but the pizza wasn’t in good condition. i called domino back again but the Manager Behaviour was unacceptable. As far as costumer is concerned his way of dealing with me wasn’t good and he asked me to check it on dominos website it looks same as delivered but it wasn’t as i attached pictures down below. I asked him to deliver the pizza again but when i got the pizza second time , the manager asked me to return the initial order then only i will get the fresh delivery. Worse still, Domino’s seems more interested in flashy marketing than actual quality or consistency. They advertise new deals and tech features, but if the food doesn’t arrive properly and the staff doesn’t care, what’s the point? It feels like the company is prioritizing image over integrity. Domino’s used to be reliable comfort food. Now it feels like they’ve lost their way. I hope they take the criticism seriously and start putting customers first again.
