Nice cafe with good selection of pastries, sandwiches, salads etc. They also do woodfired pizzas which are pretty good. Can get quite busy, but there are plenty of different seating options and tables outside for nice weather. The coffee is pretty good.

My girlfriend and I stayed at The Fox and Maple while visiting family and friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When we arrived, the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming; it genuinely felt like staying with friends. Our room was fantastic value for money: clean, spacious, tidy, and surprisingly quiet. We had a great night’s sleep and loved the little touches, like the selection of teas and coffees provided. Dinner that evening was absolutely delicious, and to our surprise, there was also a karaoke night! We ended up staying, singing a few songs, enjoying drinks, and having an all-around brilliant evening. We also stayed for the Sunday roast before heading off, and it was top-notch. It honestly felt like a proper home-cooked meal, full of flavour and heart. Overall, The Fox and Maple is a fantastic village pub with a cozy, family-run vibe. Whether you’re popping in for a meal or planning an overnight stay, the value is excellent, the locals are friendly, and the staff make you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place that makes you wish you had one just like it back home.

Ordered a late night takeaway from here, the deliveryman was very friendly and polite. The food was really tasty - we ordered a large al falafel special pizza and some falafel wraps - it was all delicious and reasonably priced. If you ever consider ordering...

Had a Diavola and a Prosciutto e Funghi pizza delivered on a Friday evening. Pizzas arrived quickly and piping hot. Great quality ingredients and fantastic flavour. Will definitely order again

Este restaurante está ligado a nuestro restaurante italiano favorito “Bosco” Hemos comido aquí 4 o 5 veces. Todo era de primera categoría. Esta noche la pizza era de primera categoría, pero el servicio era terrible. Habíamos reservado para las 7 pm. Al entrar en el restaurante éramos las únicas personas dentro, mientras que alrededor de una docena se sentó fuera. Pedimos 2 pizzas. Nos dimos cuenta de la cantidad de colecciones de Deliveroo, Just Eat y Uber Eats que llegan al restaurante. Después de 50 minutos llegó una pizza seguida 10 minutos después por la pizza de mi esposa. La pizza era excelente, pero el servidor nos dijo que tenían un problema de TI que era simplemente ser******t. Somos fans de Bosco desde hace 15 años y fans de este lugar desde su apertura. El Manager anterior fue brillante. Era profesional y eficiente. Hoy nos han follado y nos han mentido. Buena comida. Servicio atroz.

This is no longer at Pinetum Gardens near St Austell! It is 30 minutes away in Truro which the children weren’t going to be able to last. Such as shame.

Really nice pub but tried the pizza for the first time and the tomato sauce was really sweet?? Don’t know if this was an accident but it was a shame because the toppings were delicious but ruined by the sauce :(

My local pizza and kebab shop. Their wraps are great and highly recommended. Chips are always hot. The guys behind the counter are friendly and the delivery man is very happy when you tip him.

Absolutely dreadful, the man who works there is unbelievably rude, i ordered before had a dreadful experience where he actually argued with me over evidence I sent of the state of the food I wouldn’t even feed to a ferret and refused to resolve the issue. I thought I’d try again as my usual place wasn’t open and again absolutely horrific however not worth the brain numbing agony of trying to complain. I definitely know from now on to stay away from this place so no, I wouldn’t recommend.

We ate here with our friends. We ordered separately and slightly annoyingly the orders came quite a while apart. We had a sausage pizza, kid's macaroni cheese and a kid's chicken pizza. The food was good.
