Great hot food perfect definitely again 😁

I tried to order a takeaway over the phone. I was told to order on their app. The app wouldn't let me place my order. I rang back and asked to place my order over the phone but was told that I couldn't order over the phone. I explained that the app wouldn't let me place the order but told that I couldn't order unless I ordered on the app. Oh well I will just have to make a sandwich then!!. I will never use this business again!!!!. I used to be able to place a phone order in the past. I am probably not the only customer that they have lost. Don't understand why people can't order by phone anymore. Oh well, it's their loss and other takeaways in Sidmouth will get my custom in future.

Very generous portion for the price. Also, everything is halal (which is a bit of a rarity around here!!). The Kebab meat was lovely and tender, not burnt/chewy. The chilli sauce is spot on, I would defo recommend that!! lots of lovely fresh salad to accompany it. The only thing that let it down slightly were the chips, as they were bog standard frozen ones. Considering the reasonable price that I paid, I can't really be complaining, but trust me when I say fresh spud chips would be a game changer!! I've also been told that the majority of the food (chicken, kofte, etc) is prepared fresh on site. Will defo be trying them very soon and posting a review!! I would defo buy the kebab again, but in a pitta or on a naan!

Nice friendly phone call to see if serving late, arrived and ordered food, chicken burger was really soft tender and tasty lots salad and sauce, fast service, clean, tidy and organised. Definitely be returning Thank you

Had some pizzas from here whilst on holiday. Reasonable price and decent tasty pizza with plenty of toppings. Friendly staff. Cash only but ATM close by.

It really is Pizza and Pronto! Ordered online to pay by card while I waited and was ready super quick and piping hot. Got home and it was delicious. Excellent pizza and highly recommend

Mixed kebab, fantastic. All dishes packed separately, arrived hot and in great time. I'll recommend Pizza Pronto to any kabab or pizza lover. 10 out of 10 for quality and friendliness.

My husband and I each had a donar kebab. Unfortunately it really wasn't very nice. The salad was lovely and fresh but the meat was tastless and not very warm. Infact I was quite worried while eating it as I wondered of it'd been cooked enough!

Lovely couple of 9” pizzas ordered, but we had a 12” Hawaiian pizza also delivered. Thought we should do the right thing and call the take away, and they only came and collected it!!! Feel sorry for the people that got a semi-warm 12” Hawaiian pizza!! Our pizzas were fab though!!!!

Pizzas are good, kebabs are good too, burgers are ok, always clean and tidy and very helpful and friendly staff

Sent out wrong order after admitting they thought i was another customer.. after recieving order i had aload of abuse from the staff.. all they had to do was swap a chicken kebab for a donner kebab and all would of been happy! But they shoved aload of abuse down the phone. NOT WHAT YOU WANT IN A PADEMIC!!

First time use after 3 years in Sidmouth. Worst night of the year so a good job this food was hot, tasty, well cooked and filling. We had a mix of chicken and doner kebabs. The doner was what you would expect but the chicken is cubes done on a grill. Very nice. Particularly enjoyed my mixed chicken and doner kebab with chilli sauce and salad. Will go again and would recommend.

Absolutely disgusted. Not only was the order wrong but they actually made my son cry with their rude behaviour. I travelled to and from there 4 times to be greeted with a rude and inconsiderate attitude and inferior quality overpriced "food"... not even an apology was offered. An hour between correcting their mistake. 11yr old's birthday ruined and meet with nothing but abuse. U had one job pizza pronto. The clue is in the name

Pizza pronto, it was a delicious pizza. We popped in while on a camping trip from Scotland. Would definitely recommend for any locals.

We ordered after moving to Sidmouth and the food was amazing! The Donner wrap was the nicest spiced Donner meat I've had in a very long time and my partners skyscraper burger was also very good! Definitely a great value for money and this will now be our go to takeaway!

I had the most tasty Donner wrap I think I've ever had and my partner got a skyscraper burger which was also very good! All the food was plentiful and even the small chips had loads to offer! This is now our go to takeaway and definitely will be recommending to all that come here!

This serves freshly cooked food so be prepated for a short wait as it is worth it. Good service and value.

Have been using this Kebab shop for almost 4 years - every month we usually buy at 2 kebabs. We expect prices to go up but this is not the issue!! Tonight we actually (for a large kebab meat) got less than HALF what we got 2 weeks ago :-( so its not just about the price they are now giving good customers less than half for the full price.. NOT ACCEPTABLE However its your loss since we will now try somewhere else.. Once you start losing loyal customers any business will start to decline..

It’s a best pizza, burger and kabab centre in Sidmouth. Always helpful staff. Spl lamb kabab. They also started wraps and desserts. Always like to take away from this place.

Went in and asked for cheesy chips, told me it was 4.50. Must think they're based in central London!

After seeing previous reviews on the 'rudeness of staff' felt compelled to write a view. Staff are lovely-so helpful with delivery locations (had a few obscure places had pizza delivered to-not a problem! As for "little understanding" maybe don't be so bloody discriminatory and open your ears/explain politely that you don't understand-seems lack of understanding is your problem not theirs!

When the food is delivered it’s all ways cold. The last one we had (WHICH IS THE LAST ONE FOR GOOD), We had it delivered and they got the order wrong ( ONCE AGAIN )?, so we phoned them and they said next time we order they’ll knock of the difference, but I insisted the delivery guy came back this the money. ( They did not like that ), The Donna meat tasted funny ?. I’ve noticed in the past that when you go in to the takeaway, the Donna meat heater is off and only when you order a Donna kebab they turn it on for a couple of minutes before slicing the meat off. One other thing, when we order over the phone and say (NO SAUCE) we still end up with sauce? This is the worst kebab I’ve ever had.

The fish is generous, very fresh and in a light golden batter with large, fat, crispy chips. We are locals and get there when they first open around 5.30 pm and always been received with respect and served quickly as possible. The price is also a tad cheaper than others in the area (the others today were not open anyway so thanks to Chico Land we were not disappointed). Parking can be an issue as it is on a fairly busy residential road but there are one or two spaces and if you dont mind a short walk you could park at Lidl further up for nothing.

Awful service. Ordered a take away pizza but when the guy arrived he gave us a lot of attitude because they had messed up our order. He was very rude and did not try to help solve the situation. Defiantly will not be returning. Simply awful.

It's a business run by a very nice family, the food is delicious, Kufta, shish & donee Kebab is amazing also there pizza is really good. I recommend it for hungry people who likes meat.

its definitely not my favourite food but its ideal if you fancy some greasy naughtiness. great when drunk, and the kids seem to like it too. altho its practically the same i think chico-land have a better menu.

If I could give it no stars I would. I have had alot of shish kebabs in my time and can without any hesitation say that it is the worst one I have ever had. I didn't have one edible piece that I could chew as it was all gristle and the poorest cuts of meat going. My friend had a doner kebab and the meat was taken out of a pot and was stone cold. Let's just hope we are both not ill as have just tried to eat it !!!

Shish was inedible, low quality rubber... Apparently others have had the same experience. Maybe the elephant's leg is better?

Si pudiera dar sin estrellas. He tenido un montón de kebabs en mi tiempo y shish puede decir sin ninguna duda que es el peor que he tenido. No tuve una pieza comestible que podía masticar ya que era todo el cartílago (ver foto más abajo) y los más pobres cortes de carne va.

A good chicken shish, well seasoned and tender. Plenty of salad. The wait wasn't too long. I will go there again.

grease, grease, grease, and some meat. when you are drunk the place is a lifesaver at one in the morning and you need something greasy to survive. just dont go sober

Good pizza and delivered to a nearby hotel which was convenient for us on a recent stay, no hassle and delivered on time.

Just had kebabs from pizza pronto, overall very good though the lamb shish was a poor piece of meat. Could do with a bit more salad and the pickled chilli...

Bought chicken strips walked less then 200 metres home to find the chicken temp was *40c* now anyone with any catering experience will know food should be hot held at 63 or above NOT 40!!!!!!!! And now I'm regretting it. Sort it before I get environmental health involved!!!

Visited here whilst staying in Sidmouth good choice of pizzas with a short wait. The pizzas were very tasty and reasonably priced. Would visit again when in Sidmouth and would recommend to others.

I think I must be the best customer ever in Pizza Pronto, I'm eating there almost every night, food is cooked quickly, very friendly staff !I recommend if you don't like to cook like me !

Very good pizzas, I had a big order, the pizza had lots of toppings and the price is about average, I wanted to try the chicken kebab, as chicken on the skewers and then chargrilled, they looked tasty, and while waiting for my pizza, a lot of people was ordering them. The place was very clean and tidy.

just travelled from ladram bay for 2 kebabswas a bit worried if they were going to be any good but they were excellent, we had large and they were plentifull

Food always been good when we had it and always fresh

The order was incorrect, got corn instead of prawns on the pizza. The pizzas were greasy and over cooked. They were over price for the quality of the food. I previously worked in pizzerias over the last 11 years and I was very disgusted with the quality of the food. I would not recommend eating here.
