Where has the cafe gone? Its all stripped out 😲 was not expecting that! A refurb??? This was the best cafe in town!

Took our grandkids for Sunday lunch. The roast was horrible came up cold, lamb was fatty and chewy, vegetables undercooked!

the food in this place is brilliant always piping hot delicious the staff are always very kind and helpful i recommend everyone to order from here. will definitely order again.

I ordered a meathead pizza with cheesy garlic bread side and a coca cola, the driver arrived and didn’t follow my directions entered in the website, they forgot to put any toppings on my meathead pizza, it was just cheese and forgot to deliver my coca cola, and the pizza wasn’t even good, the garlic bread tasted like cardboard. I called and got my proper order free of charge but still, how do you mess up an order THAT bad.

Ordered spicy chicken strip and coated cheese . Pic of selling items looks different , then I see after arriving , about taste , chicken oily , very thin coat , not taste just a spicy can feel , cheese are better , but still not best taste of . Not recommend for order . Better order in McDonald :)

I ordered my food. NOTHING has come and we called the number they provided and the phone was hung up on me. I am seriously annoyed by this Papa Johns.

Save up 24 points to get a free pizza but you still have to spend £15 to get it delivered? Not really a free pizza is it then? Looks like I'll use my points on a collection and go back to the other big pizza company we all know.

The young team who work here are so professional. Even on a really busy Friday evening they were polite, kept checking in with me as to my order status, somehow managed to keep answering the phone despite being really busy and kept smiling and were polite. Exceptional team

I am beyond furious with the service I received from Pizza Hut. I ordered online and waited a staggering two hours for a delivery that never arrived! Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they either didn’t answer the phone or rudely hung up on me. They took my money without providing any explanation or apology, leaving us with no food on our night shift. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially from an international brand like Pizza Hut. I will never order from them again. Avoid this place at all costs!
