Fireaway Pizza in Maidstone

So rude! Food came completely messed up all toppings off the pizza and all over the box the cookie came straight from a freezer you couldn’t even bite into it! I spoke to the driver and said I’m not taking it due to the state of the food and he said to contact Deliveroo for a refund after contacting Deliveroo they called the restaurant and the restaurant lies and says my order has been fulfilled so no food and £20 down. Scammers

he dough is light and crispy, with fresh, quality ingredients that really bring out the flavour. The pasta is cooked to perfection, with rich, flavourful sauces that complement the fresh ingredients.Perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends!Highly recommend if you're after authentic Italian food!

The first time we tried Fireaway and I had the pesto pizza. The pesto and olives went well together and with the wonderful thin, crisp base. Four stars as I paid the extra for mushrooms but these were sparse. I would use Fireaway again however.

Loved everything we tried. The pizza’s have that authentic Italian pizza taste. Everything was fresh and made in front of you. The milkshakes and gelato space rocks were amazing as well. Definitely going back.

Ordered a delivery pizza. Pepperoni. Came half burnt and just about edible. Won't be ordering again.

3 pizzas for £25 sounds amazing in this day and age, unfortunately its stops there.. it is rude to even call a pizza 🤬 This has to be the worst upset to an Italian dish than using ketchup as a dipping side, unfortunately in this case that would have at least added some flavour. I have had a better taste from a frozen Chicago town “yes, times were hard and they were on offer”. Is it me or has food prices gone crazy and quality gone down……

Absolutely delicious pizza. I had the Amalfi. My wife had the BBQ Boss. They did a little pizza for our son. We had chicken strippers and milkshakes that were amazing. Great value for money and fresh ingredients. Found my favourite place, best pizza in Maidstone.

Excellent tasting Pizza at a very reasonable price ,cooked while you wait, good selection of drinks including wine, good place for a family meal.

I love Fireaway - these Pizza’s! Strictly using fresh real food / ingredients and daily prepared dough which gives an authentic Italian pizza taste - made in a stone fired oven.! You never have to wait too long… You will not regret ordering from here! The salads, sides and desserts are delicious too! Nice - family friendly style place!

We had takeaway pizza from fireaway this week and we were so impressed. The pizzas have proper thin and crispy, stone baked dough. There’s load of choice for toppings as well as making your own. We also had the garlic and Parmesan chicken wings which were a highlight for me. They’re really crisp and the flavours are obviously fresh. Definitely not the kind out of a vac pack that you often find elsewhere! The guy that delivered our pizza was also so friendly and polite, couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely recommend trying fireaway, it will be our go to from now on.

Received the discount flyer and decided to give this place a go and we’re pleased we did! The pizzas are super tasty and are pretty close to what we eat in Italy! Will definitely order again.

I recently ordered a dinner from this place and I was nicely surprised with my choices. I would say they are large portions, so you could order even one portion for 2 ppl. I tried pizza with ham and pineapple, chocolate milkshake and Calzone with pepperoni & cheese. Fair pizza topping with good quality cheese and tomato sauce, dough inside was just fine with no obtrusive yeast smell. Milkshake had a real nice flavour profile. I would defo order again.

You can build your own pizzas and calzones, so I did and OMG The best Calzone I have ever had. Bellisimo. I went for the Amalfi calzone but added sundried tomatoes and onions to it.

We like the food. The pizza isn't soggy or dry and tastes nice without leaving a greasy taste.

Pizza base was really good, ingredients could be better quality, and very very very disappointed with chicken wings. On the picture looks nice and crispy, I wouldn’t mind if they would be frozen and deep fry. But it was just pieces of fresh small chicken wings with skin and spices. Maybe will order pizza again but nothing else.

Fireaway maidstone is by far the most amazing pizza restaurant I’ve been to. I spent nearly a whole month coming back every night for the amazing food and service. I’m always made to feel welcome and will enjoy it again and again for times to come 100/10

Stopped in with my partner for a day out in Maidstone as we're new to the area, had the Pestuno and the Amalfi pizzas, absolutely excellent! Great service, very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Will definitely be coming back in future.

2 pizzas arrived within 20 minutes of order but somehow still managed to be cold. Cheese had that ‘yesterdays’ pizza look and feel and didn’t recover when re-heated. Not an order I will repeat. 2 stars for getting the order fast and correct ( no mistakes).

Would rate is 0 if i could. Placed an order via fire away pizza app at 22:17 order number 3711216 and told delivery time would be 22:50, order never arrived and when trying to communicate with the restaurant there was no answer what so ever. Absolutely shocking, why let people order if you have no intentions of delivering the food? Will never be ordering from here again!

New pizza in Maidstone. Service was friendly but slow despite being the only one in the restaurant. Pizzas were ok, good dough, well cooked but the ingredients don't look like they are sourced from the best providers. milkshake was definitely not the best. Go to five guys for a milkshake, because it is better and just next door. Will come back if I am starving

Lovely fresh pizza's. Unfortunately uber eats messed up our order but I phoned direct to fireaway and they kindly sorted it out even though it wasnt their fault and we had our new order swiftly on it's way. Would definitely recommend giving them a go, we will order again but will go direct.

We tried Fireaway Maidstone for the first time yesterday. We went for the deal of 3 Pizzas and a side (haloumi salad) to be delivered. Order came at exactly the time requested which was great and the pizzas were really hot and tasty. Would recommend. The only reason not 5 stars was that the choice of pizzas from signature range was not that many. Will definitely have again.

Great value, large selection and very quick at order. My experience there was just awesome, very friendly staff and I love their crust & toppings (crust is perfect and different 10/10 👍👍👍).

I'm genuinely, really disappointed with Fireaway. They promised so much, shaking up the usual, greasy grub scene in Maidstone. The pizzas themselves are okay. That's it. £14 for a pizza the size of a small plate, a few specks of topping and cold delivery. I had high hopes for a new "designer" (their words, not mine) pizza. I got a "Meh" Pizza and was left hungry and unsatisfied.

Dough is so fresh 🍕, sauces are prepared on daily basis . Quality of pizza is excellent👍 . I had chocolate space rock and it was divine 🙌

Best pizza place in Maidstone. The store is gorgeous with absolutely friendly staff and all the ingredients laid out in front of you. It’s so good to finally have a REAL pizza shop in Maidstone and I couldn’t ask for more. Great prices, great taste and a great experience. Will definitely be a regular thing from this pizza punk 🤙🏻

My favourite is the Custom Pizza, Burner style with crispy onions. Love the fresh daily dough with hand made tomato sauce... yum 😋. The pistachio space rock ice cream is best I’ve ever tasted and I’ve had a lot! Friendly staff and excellent service.

Good quality ingredients. One particularly helpful and friendly member of staff. Food was brought out to my vehicle, which was a nice touch. My only issues were that the pizza was slightly undercooked. Minimum flop but no crunch. The name of the pizza that I had, "meathead", I found to be off putting. Meat lovers or the like is a tried and tested name for a similar pizza. Also, it's not hard to make and package a garlic mayo, so when i opened the box to find the sort of sauce you would get from a kebab shop, I was somewhat disappointed. Overall, a good start to an emerging business. Perhaps more training and/or practice with their oven and more attention to detail could really push them forwards. Customer service not to be faulted at all. I have visual and hearing impairments and the lady working there was more than accommodating. I would recommend this place happily :)
