1 Star - Extremely Disappointed I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Papa John’s in Swinton, Manchester. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and made no effort to be helpful or polite. I came in expecting decent service, but instead was met with attitude and disrespect. This location clearly doesn’t value its customers. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place until they learn how to treat people with basic courtesy.

i was up this end visiting my mum i visited this place and had chicken n chips the chicken was lovely better than kfc just melted of the bone and the fries were lovely golden n crunchy ,i decided get my tea the night after and got a Donner chips n cheese tortilla wrap OMDays was lovely proper tasty just melted in me mouth 10/10 i will Deffo be ordering again when down next YUMMY ....😋

Fantastic service and food. Always greeted with a smile and a friendly face, I’ve never had a bad meal from here and I’ve been using this place for at least 12 months. I wouldn’t use anywhere else now.

My issue is with delivery driver hostile aggressive against my partner after hes been slamming on our back gate disturbing neighbours im outraised for him to accuse of us as treating him as a slalve!!!!!!! what the hell we just looking forward to a treat hes being paid to deliver food not our fault its VE Day no respect 😢
