Amazing pizza very lovely and tasty amazing staff very highly recommend

Went for lunch deal, and pizza was cold (still delicious, but cold), so not very happy about that. Usually would give 5 stars to crazy pedros, but it was not a good day today

Visited here with my husband for a buffet lunch. The service was fantastic, the manager was very friendly and greeted us with a huge smile!! He came over after 5 mins to check everything was ok with the buffet also. One of the best pizza huts weve been to. Food was also lovely and would visit again!

Good Quality food and excellent

Unreal food, unreal service - absolutely top notch. Kebab was well seasoned with fresh lettuce in a gorgeous pitta folded into a very appealing wrap. Would highly recommend to those fancying a bite after a few drinks. Couldn’t not visit and try out one of the best pizzas in Manchester, fantastic toppings plenty of cheese and beautiful hand crafted sauce. Ask for Gordon - top work guys, would definitely come again.

Went in with the intention of getting something to eat I was only sat there 10 minutes and looking at the menu when one of the staff came over with a reserved sign and said can I just put this on the table and said it was reserved in one hours time. Needless to say I didn’t order anything and neither did the others I was with we wasn’t going to be rushed into eating. The staff are very arrogant in this Wetherspoons and they need a good manager to supervise them also the wine glasses are not very clean they are full of finger prints. When did Wetherspoons let you reserve tables?

Estuve en Ramona el viernes por la noche con mi hermano y 20 amigos para celebrar su salida de copas antes de ir a Australia durante 2 años. Desafortunadamente, temprano en la noche accidentalmente me topé con un servidor llamado Alice. Me disculpé y volví a mi mesa para que los porteros vinieran y me pidieran que me fuera. En completa confusión le pregunté por el razonamiento y dijeron que había sido verbal y físicamente abusivo con un miembro del personal. Cuando se le pidió que hablara con el miembro del personal que hizo la acusación llamó a Alice. Luego salió y me llamó c***t. El gerente no conversaría por más tiempo y no revisaría el CCTV. Nos encantó Ramona y hemos sido un montón, pero nunca volveremos.

Awful service.. , my daughter is currently waiting for a take away to be delivered that she ordered over 2 hours ago.. 😡 She calls up to ask where it is and gets a grumpy man on the other end saying its on it’s way!! Nah.. Don’t bother, they not concerned about their customers or how they even speak to them.. Only put one star as I had to to get review posted!

La comida era genial, grandes bebidas frías, lugar limpio y muy amable y acogedor propietario y trabajadores. Sin duda volvería. también el precio para lo que pedimos era fantástico

Lovely food never had a problem

Mr T's was a recommendation. Decided to take my 13 year old son and my 19 year old niece one evening. As soon as we walked in I was already wishing I hadn't bothered, the tables were filthy, bits of food all over the floor and a horrible stench around the place. That wasnt even the worse part, under one of the tables there was a cockroach!!!
