The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in St Albans East of England

World class I’ve eaten some fairly serious pizza, the usual heavy hitters from NYC and Naples, this is definitely up there or better in some respects. The pizza base, 0 flop and crispy but tastes magic. Tomato sauce, don’t start… depth of flavour is absolutely unreal and it just doesn’t get boring. Chilli sauce is somewhat unique in texture but it’s the best I’ve had so a must try. Defiantly worth the 2 hour drive 10/10 would smash again

New owners! The pizza is just not the same it’s no where near the quality it used to be with the old owners there were genrous with the cheese and the toppings now it really is just not nice. We need the old owners back.

Why don't they read the instructions I Cleary said no peppers cant eat it or I will end up in hospital tonight

Really disappointing food (pizza)was stone cold and so dry we smothered it in my child’s garlic butter meant for her doh balls. an expensive waste of money for poor quality of food… really gone down hill

Last night I ordered on the pizza go go website. The buy one get one free deal was amazing for two medium sized pizzas. We ordered the flaming torch pizza and vegetarian hot. Both flavours were very tasty and cooked to perfection. My order arrived in 30 minutes. I was happy with their service.

I called the St Albans store to ask for help with ordering. I have the student free personal pizza deal on my app and when I’m trying to order it says coupon is no longer valid. It says it’s valid until the 31st October. I called up the store to ask for help and the man kept on interrupting me. He said he can’t do anything to help and it’s all online and to contact the customer service. I said the customer service line is closed and he told me to try again tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the manager. I tried to explain the issue again and ask for help and the man continued to cut me off, I asked him to let me continue speaking multiple times and he refused, then hung up the phone call on me. I am horrified at the ‘customer service’ from this man who is supposed to be a manager.

I decided to take my children for dinner tonight as an end of year treat. I had collected some Tesco club cards points so we specifically chose Pizza Express in Harpenden to use these in. After downloading them before our visit we showed them to our waitress on paying the bill, who scanned them and said she was sorry they were not working and she would go and get a member of the management team. A VERY rude and abrupt lady came over, aggressively stating we could not use them as we had already clicked on a free side on the app. We were unaware that you could not use both as this has never been a problem in the past in Cannock. I then asked her to remove the free side offer and just use my Tesco points to which she said "No as her system would not allow her to do this". She accused us of trying to re-use the points as they would not scan, something that I would not do and said it was not her problem we had added the free side! I am absolutely disgusted at the way the so called manager spoke to us as a customer and accused us of basically stealing in front of other customers. After a heated debate I asked for another manager to come over (to which she rudely replied she is dealing with another customer). Only when we refused to move until we saw her did she call the other manager over. She straight away removed the free side, as we had asked and applied the vouchers as asked. Why the other manager was unable to do this is beyond me I have never been spoken to like this in a restaurant in Harpenden before and will NEVER visit this branch of Pizza Express again.

Had a delivery tonight , order a deal , I ordered Hawaiian pizza , 2 garlic breads and cokes, c add me on time but the pizza was a margarita, I tan the store to be told because I ordered from the app it was my fault , and was hung up on , ask to speak to manager no help what’s so , will never order from dominos again
