Pedido Pizza nunca se entregó , trate de ponerse en servicio al cliente , no hay suerte el personal es grosero y no hay apoyo en absoluto, trató de llamar tantas veces no hay respuesta no pedir nunca,

Food was ordered at 9:15 didn’t arrive until 23:25, called a few times to ask where it was, phone operator just said the driver couldn’t find us but he would be 10 minutes, 30 minutes passed still no food. Called again manager answered said sorry he said no one answered the door but we have ring doorbell and no one came to deliver any food, he said sorry I will send him back can I have your postcode. Food eventually arrived stone cold and of poor quality, ordered loaded fries all they was were chips cheese and mushrooms, pizza wasn’t cooked properly, and covered in grease. Order from here regularly but will not be again after today’s performance.

Have always used this branch to order delivery tried to place an order and apparently they are unable to do half and half which apparently is their company policy - since when has this changed??!! The manager was so rude also and unhelpful like they don’t want business!! Called Barkingside instead who were much more helpful and able to fulfil my order although have to collect from them as they can’t deliver to me because it is on Gants Hills patch so annoying!!!

Whilst thinking about the positives for my review I could only think of one and that had nothing to do with the food or some as items were missing) it was that the food arrived pretty quickly but was cold so wasn’t kept warm on the journey. The pizza arrived all squashed to one side of the box as if the box hadn’t been laid flat in the delivery car. The pizzas were extremely salty and so chewy that we couldn’t eat the crusts. The potato wedges were bland and soggy and the chicken wings were over cooked almost if the verge of being burnt. 1 item was missing from the order so I called straight away and was told it would be 5-10 minutes as they’d send the driving back to us. 1 hr later and still no sign of the missing item so we called again to be told it was too late for them to get it delivered to us.

Ordered from these tonight, the food was an hour late, cold. I have called for a replacement as I will not be eating that. Potato wedges had been cooked with chicken which had found its way into my serving. The kebab meat was tough and looked part cooked and no salad.Edit: having looked into this takeaway more they have a 2 star fsa rating and I can understand why. Avoid if you want good food.

Poor management of service from Kennington. Ordered Pizza online and they quickly took our money. When we called, the manager Madhu flippantly told us two hours for delivery making that 11pm or 4 days for our money back. We had to collect and do our own delivery. Deception and daylight robbery from the website. If they can’t deliver they should mark the site as collection only so as not be conned out of money. Annoyingly when I arrived there were 20 to 30 delivery bikes on site and only one customer in the shop. It baffles me that our order should take two hours? This is the second time this has happened and we are still waiting for our money back from the first time. Madhu, manager is not just a title it is a responsibility to manage the service provided in order to satisfy customers. FAIL!

Had good reviews but couldn’t be further from the truth, so so greasy on both pizzas, absolutely awful, wouldn’t be ordering again ..

Be careful when you order from Lewes Dominos... Apparently they are not allowed to open your gate to deliver a pizza I ordered The app said delivered I waited 10 min Was told my doorbell didn't work and they were on their way back I waited on the pavement For another 15 min And called again Was told he should be with me 10 min later he arrived I asked why he said bell didn't work Apparently he couldn't open my gate !!!!! I called for refund for stone cold pizzas They said they'd deliver again Pointless - it was in microwave ALSO TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN GATES ... I await the promised discount (they can't refund the £40) next time I order You couldn’t make this crap up!.

Had trouble paying, so food was cold. And more expensive than the menu!!! They weren't very sympathetic!!

Asked for Calzone. Pepperoni, ham, spicey meat with cheese on the inside and outside. They even convinced me to get 12' instead 10'. I get home and open the box to find cold square chunks that looked like leftovers from a pizza.

We have been using Cheese (it seems that the final "e" is part of it) for very many years. For a long time, their legendary 20" pizzas were £10 but they have recently started to go up in price. Whatever the price was, has always been clear in the past. We tried to order online today but were unable to do so because when we put our postcode into their website it only showed the first half of the list of possible addresses. Ours would be in the second half. We phoned them instead. The website had made us expect our pizza to cost about £16. The chap on the phone said it would be about £14. The chap who delivered it charged us about £18. This is no good at all. The pizza itself though was really, really nice and very, very big. We will use them again but they really need to get both their website and their pricing together.

The food was lovely.cooperative staff.Manager was very kind person.Sometimes i order for delivery they send me in time and fresh and hot pizza.Their pizza is the one thing that i will never get tired of.its a balance of salty and savory,with just the right amount of tanginess from the sauce.the crust is crispy on the outside.yet chewy and flavourful on the inside.

This is my local Pizza Hut Delivery. It was closed for a while and then when it reopened, it's like they shoved a bunch of kids into the branch who do not know what they're doing, have never had a single lesson in customer services and, simply put, do not give a crap about their customers. Since they have reopened after COVID, I have purchased from them about 7 times and every single time there ahs been issues. Every time I have been gracious, understanding, explained to them how they could improve, explained, kindly what has gone wrong and how they can rectify it, the issues stem from waiting 90 minutes for pizzas to be delivered to wrong orders, to a mixture of both, not informing me of when they had certain in branch offers making me pay full price when I could have saved £5-10 just because I ask for that offer. They are shockingly non-proactive. One time, they had run out of deep pan bases, so they just decided that thin crust would do. So after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for my cold pizza, it was the wrong order. In that instance, the customer services guy gave me £10 on tab for next time I called. So when I used it and order a deep pan, I was sent a thin crust again. Today, I called in my order and went to collect it. They told me to come in 20 minutes, I came after 30 to give them more time. But it is my belief that they hadn't even put the pizzas in the oven yet. The guy at the counter assured me it would be another 10 minutes. I argued with him for about 10, then at the end he tells me it will still be another 10 minutes. So all in all, it still took my pizzas an hour to be prepared, even though I turned up to collect them. They did not offer anything for the poor service, neither did they recommend an offer which would have meant I 'd have received the pizzas I actually wanted plus a £5 back. Because they have 0 proactivity, they don't care about the customer, they barely know their own menu, they don't have any training and they are severely short staffed. Pizza Hut should ashamed. Whether they are incompetent or whether they are short staffed, I have been going to this Pizza Hut since it opened - I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DEALING WITH THEM LEAVES ME RILED UP WITH MY BLOOD BOILING. NEVER AGAIN - PIZZA HUT HAVE LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY.

Waited over an hour and a half for a disgusting raw pizza the staff said it should have been cooked than put the phone down.
