Pizza Max in Barnsley

Ordered from these tonight, the food was an hour late, cold. I have called for a replacement as I will not be eating that. Potato wedges had been cooked with chicken which had found its way into my serving. The kebab meat was tough and looked part cooked and no salad.Edit: having looked into this takeaway more they have a 2 star fsa rating and I can understand why. Avoid if you want good food.

Used to order form here quite a lot a few years back but definitely gone way down hill. Not had food from pizza max for a while and was just passing with a friend so we nipped in as we were hungry. I ordered a kebab rap, the kebab was very bitty/gristly and didn't have much taste, the rap was soggy and doughy, was all stuck to the paper it was wrapped it. Had about 2 bites and threw it. Waist of money.

La pizza y pan de ajo fue de nuevo calentado después de previamente preparadas, ya que no el sabor debido a la textura seca. El kebab de carne parecía sentado en una nevera de noche y los. Esta fue una oportunidad de segundo orden como una semana antes de que yo pedí unos fajitas que era asquerosa y complicado porque utiliza braising calentado en un bistec de microondas. Massive range of cuisines - and we samples most of them, the MixedMaxKebab was a meat lovers delight and very generous in helping size, the burgers were proper meaty too really pleased with them. Scampi was succulent and good quality, and curly fries really were a hit with the Boy. The kids meals have an option to add a drink and kinder egg to them which was a total hit for the five year old boy and he loved his share of the meal and demolished an entire side of onion rings himself as well. Now on to the negatives - The delivery was slighlty late - by about 20 mins - didn't matter to us as was just part of a night in but was part of reason for only 4 stars Other reason was the pizza style garlic bread which while very garlicy was more than a little dry. The Calazone was crammed full of very tasty filling but the base itself was very soggy and even the boy commented on it. Overall a very positive experience very happy with most of what we orders plenty of flavour and choice and quality for the most part BUT based on our own experience and the reviews of others it does sound like there is a problem with the pizza side of the menu so will probably avoid these elements moving forwards.

Had a large chicken kebab in naan tasted nice enough but couldn't believe how little chicken they put in it

Normalmente no escribo malas críticas pero que creo que es necesario. Pedimos desde aquí varias veces antes y siempre ha sido muy contentos con el servicio y la comida. Sin embargo, esta vez no nos impresionó mucho la comida. Mis amigos y yo somos todos los vegetarianos y ordenados todos los productos vegetales. Pedimos un taco de vegetales que en el menú mencionado no carne en la opción de verduras. Pero tenían 2 carne opciones por encima del cual no pedimos. Ponen algún tipo de carne (pollo o cordero) en nuestro taco vegetal. Que estamos muy decepcionados. No volvería allí de nuevo.

Pedimos desde aquí y nos llevó casi una hora y media en llegar. El menú dijo gratis pan de ajo cuando tienes que pasar 15 libras pero cuando usted compra, tienes que pasar 20 libras. La comida era como si hubiese sido calentado. La barbacoa pizza de pollo que pedimos tenía 3 bits scabby de pollo en salsa barbacoa y no en todos. ¿Tengo que decir más. Probablemente la peor tienda de pizza en la zona de Barnsley

We always order from this place and it never let's us down. Best donner ever and the best butter chicken and garlic naan. If you want a great takeaway this is the place

First time used this take away, ordered chicken kebab was not asked any questions about size sauces etc and a thin and crispy pizza when it arrived the pizza was like rubber obviously reheated, small amount of chicken in the kebab , phoned them to complain but nothing offered to appease offered a discount on next visit but there certainly wont be one do not use would be my advise.
