Domino's Pizza in Camden

Poor management of service from Kennington. Ordered Pizza online and they quickly took our money. When we called, the manager Madhu flippantly told us two hours for delivery making that 11pm or 4 days for our money back. We had to collect and do our own delivery. Deception and daylight robbery from the website. If they can’t deliver they should mark the site as collection only so as not be conned out of money. Annoyingly when I arrived there were 20 to 30 delivery bikes on site and only one customer in the shop. It baffles me that our order should take two hours? This is the second time this has happened and we are still waiting for our money back from the first time. Madhu, manager is not just a title it is a responsibility to manage the service provided in order to satisfy customers. FAIL!

Él muy grosero me dijo que me alejara de él y se fue del edificio dejando las pizzas en el piso. Nunca tuve un problema con dominó antes, pero después de este número nunca volveré a comprarles. Nos sentimos vulnerables con esta situación covid y muchos negocios están cerrando debido a la situación actual y estamos dando negocios a estas empresas y se limitaron a no apreciar a sus clientes en absoluto y brindarle una experiencia de cliente terrible. Nunca más.

Visitamos después de una noche y preguntamos qué opciones tenían para vegan. La señora que servía no sabía a qué me refería y luego trató de venderme vegetariana. Le dije que no, que soy vegano y un colega suyo se acercó y me dijo que no hiciéramos nada vegano y nos fuimos. Consiga con el programa Dominos, una opción simple no es mucho pedir.

The location of this place is most ideal - next to the underground of chalk Farm - quick take away and home delivery is answer to a hungry person without frill . There is no seating but the meal is great pizza take always .

Friendly staff, speedy service, great range of toppings and crusts and pizza that is well worth waiting 10 minutes for.

If you are hungry and close to this Domino's Pizza,you'd better go somewhere else.I paid too much for a tiny,uneatable pizza and when I asked informations about some ingredients,nobody knew about them and they just laughed at me as if I told something stupid...and they rushed me to choose unless it wasn't busy at all.

I popped in to this Domino's pizza at around midnight on saturday and i was amazed at how rude the staff was! i had to stand at the desk for 20 minutes before one of them even acknowledged me! there were about 5 of them and there were many occasions where they came up to the counter and didn't even look at me. anyway, i ordered the chicken bbq pizza and once i had left, opened it to see that there was BEEF on the pizza. i do not eat beef or any red meats. i was highly disappointed with this.

Grumpy staff that do not have time to listen to you or don't want to listen to you! Delivery drivers hang around waiting for a tip. Pizza overprice sparse toppings and no taste. Dough disgusting. Guess what it has been a couple of years since we had these Pizzas and that will be the last.

I love pizza, but don't understand why Domino's is so popular... it is just bread! It needs more sauce, and more cheese. And my preference is for less spongy bread.
