We booked this restaurant after a shopping trip to Milton Keynes. I ordered the Calzone and my Mum ordered a Leggera Pizza with goats cheese and spinach. The spinach in both meals was cold, wilted, disgusting and inedible. It made the calzone cold in the centre. The pizza was very doughy and stodgy with very little topping ( other than the inedible spinach!). I complained to the waitress and asked if the spinach was frozen when it was added to the food. She said that she would find out, then didn't, so I asked her again. She didn't bother to come back to the table. Disgusting food and very poor service. I won't be returning to this chain again. Avoid this place!

This is a nicely presented restaurant, food is ok, unfortunately however the service is terrible .... we waited 10 mins to be seen or even acknowledged at front of house and seated despite a large que forming. After being seated it took ~25 mins to be seen for drinks order etc, (had to ask/beg for service), starter to main 50 mins!! remainder of the evening was a struggle to get any attention, staff simply are not interested ... in fact staff are too busy attending to the take-out (Uber Eats etc.) orders, packing Pizza box's, while in-house customers waited. Honestly PREZZO you have other local completion close-by that offer same food and far BETTER service! After MANY loyal years of visiting PREZZO, we will now be going to another local venue in the future!!

Fairly quiet on a Sunday afternoon but we were given tremendous service with regular visits to check everything was ok or needed extra drinks etc. Always a fan of being offered a jug of water unprompted too. Arancini was really tasty and the bruschetta being on a pizza dough was an interesting twist. Wouldn’t normally think of burgers at an Italian but it was comparable to any of the usual burger chains. Ricotta and butternut ravioli was really tasty and the pork & fennel ragu ticked the al forno boxes. Biscoff cheesecake was fantastic though it’s cheating a little by serving banana with it and then claiming it is banoffee!

This will not be the most atmospheric venue you will ever have encountered but stick with it. It certainly won't be the most sophisticated either as, at seven o'clock on the dank September evening that we walked in, two regulars sitting at the bar appeared to be in earnest and intense competition over who could use the eff word most often in any given sentence. However, as they both left soon after we arrived, the expletives dried up leaving us to enjoy a drink at our table in the window and order what the pub is now well known for, namely pizza. And the pizza is first class, a bottle of wine can be had at a reasonable price and certainly better value than ordering by the glass, and the staff do their very best to make you welcome. You order at the bar but the food comes to you. A basic, crisp based pizza with tomato, cheese and pepperoni will set you back £12.50 with an extra pound giving you the likes of extra mushrooms or fresh chilli. You cannot fault the quality or the traditional method of preparation with a large oven set at the rear of the pub. We booked a circular table in the window that looked out over this lovely old market town although being a Thursday we needn't have bothered but come Fridays and the weekend do make a reservation to get a window seat which should keep you far enough away from those blokes who like to throw eff bombs about at each other. And, if you enjoy a very good pizza at a very competitive price, then do go. There is certainly no need to dress up.

Excellent pizzas, I date very large women and I usually order them 2 16” pizzas from here. They always say how good the pizza is. I’m so glad Norfolk pizza helps me look after my women. I don’t know where I’d be without them, probably still a virgin.

worst doner kebab I've ever had, I ordered doner kebab, and a separate portion of chips come to £11 which I thought was quite expensive considering the chips were in a tiny packet and virtually inedible absolutely rock hard I couldn't physically break them down in my mouth and the kebab was all dumped in a tray with my mayo and they put the pita bread on the outside to build my own bloody kebab, so as you can guess got mayo and crap all over my fingers, the pita was also stale and hard. The meat just did not taste right really greasy think I left 3/4 of this, avoid like the plague I wish I'd read the reviews before I went in there first chip shop ever in my life that I've not been able to chew the chips as they were so hard.

Booked for lunch here and were met by a waiter at the door. He was wearing a face mask but when he spoke we couldn’t understand anything he said other than the word “pizza”!! He then started to lead us to a table but we asked him to repeat what he had said. This time we understood “no pizza”. We had to confirm a further two or three times that he meant there was no pizza available, which eventually he did. He spoke so fast and with such a strong accent that it was impossible to tell what he said. He obviously assumed that we didn’t like pizza as he was intent on showing us to our table - wrong! An Italian restaurant that doesn’t have pizza - never heard of this before - useless. Oh, and thanks for sending me and our 4 year in the total wrong direction for your toilet!! Spite or incompetence?! We walked to Bella Italia and understood everything the waitress said and had a great meal including pizza!!!
