Older guy speaking to his colleague in his own language about customers. Needs to remember that people out at the weekend will have alcohol on board and they are your bread and butter. Anti Irish too. Won't be back. Rude and insulting behaviour.

It might be because it was a Sunday night but I was very disappointed with the food. The meat was not freshly cut and was far from hot. The salad seemed old and the presentation of the food was sloppy. The sauces were not homemade. Maybe it would be better if really drunk. I will not be going back

Really fancied a kebab after a few drinks, by the time it arrived I had sobered up and slept! Will never entertain this place ever again! Good night! 😴

Little to no seasoning on the spicy chips I ordered. Would’ve gotten more flavour eating than lain rice than them. Definitely disappointed. Also had pizza from here and that was barely cooked at all. Don’t know why they even serve food

Ordered delivery on uber eats, said 20-40 minutes changed so we came down to the shop and it’s closed! absolutely appalling never using this place again.

AVOID!!! Put an order in through their app, it froze on the processing page and never went through. The money came out of my account and the food never got delivered. I phoned them straight away and they used every excuse from “our phones didn’t work that night”, to “I’ll speak to our web designer to try and get your money back”. Still nothing a week later. Would t recommend to anyone!

Delivery not turned up and wasted my time waiting for nothing

Tried to get a delivery after a long drive and wanted to keep the baby in the warm. 2 hours later it hadn't arrived and when i ring i get appalling service with them telling me that their driver had called at the house. I had been standing outside waiting at the started delivery time and noone showed up. So their driver had clearly lied and the grill bar were not interested in making sure we got our order and were very rude about it. Order was cancelled and we had to go out and pick something up - probably better food than from this place if their attitude to service is anything to go by. Avoid

Pizza was stuck to the box. Poor quality product.

I have rated this one and tonight was one of the worse kebab I have had from here. Not only did what I ordered being a large kebab and chips x 2 but the portion size as like a small and the meat was cold abd mushy but the chips where undercooked and cold. I tried to contact them privately but got no response. I am very disappointed with this takeaway tonight.

Had food plenty of times from these, the last time, wasn’t up to it’s usual standard, but thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt and went and ordered a takeout this evening. I don’t know what’s going on, but clearly not up to the same standards as a year ago, the food arrived on time, great, but all was cold, apart from the chips, the chips were about the only edible thing there, I had a chicken shish wrap, which was soggy and cold, but the worse thing was what was supposed to be a jemmy twitcher which my husband ordered, well, you wouldn’t have given it to your dog! Where was the meat?? Just some lump of mushed up something resembling vomit, no slices of doner meat apart from one slice the size of my fingernail, and what can only be described as mushed up bits of scrag ends. Needless to say, it went in the bin, wasn’t until afterwards, we read some of the other reviews, and most of them didn’t have any positive comments. Anatolia, you have definitely lost our business.

We had good service a year ago but we waited 2 hrs for food tonight it still isn’t here no one is answering the phone- terrible service promised multiple times on the phone it is coming and now the phone doesn’t answer Will never be using again

Ordered a chicken shish wrap with lettuce and onion with burger sauce, I was really enjoying the meal when I bit into a LARGE chicken bone. I sent the takeaway a picture to inform them but I have not been responded to. Absolutely disgusting. Will never use again.

Tiny shop bought nan bread and donner meat was very pale and undercooked. Im sorry to say this will be my 1st and last visit to this horrendous takeaway

Food was average but ok. The staff keep looking at you while talking to each other. It is like they just don't want you there. At least have the decency to just Say it Out or just bad mouth your customers when they have left. This paying customer won't be visiting this premises again.

10mins was like 60mins plus chicken shish was dry and black not good service at all. Very expensive and poor service lack of communication between staff.

I have just order from Anatolia’s I’m absolutely disgusted with there service Anatolia Piz Za have served me rock hard chips that have clearly been there all day I also orderd three cans of coke cola from them and they gave me Pepsi I then rung them as I haven’t touched and won’t touch the rest of my food, and asked for my money back they then said the driver is on the way to refund the cash I then received a call saying the driver has gone home and he will collect it tomorrow morning and check the food absolutely disgusted with all of it the service the quality of the food i hope u feel ashamed keep ur £18 pound use it hire a better chef and maybe some lessons on customer service will never be ordering from there again 🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢 appalling service the food was stone cold I advise everyone to stay away from there

Ordered a mixed donor & chips & found the meat & chips well overcooked Was so hungry so forced it down me pretty much This was one of the worst kebabs I have ever had considering I’ve been too so many around the country. Please avoid this establishment & try a better alternative in Barnstaple 😡

I placed an order and in that order I had paid for 2 bottles of 1.5 litres of Pepsi and I only received 1 of them and I have tried phoning the restaurant 20 times and it has kept cutting me off. 😡😡😡😡

Ordered 3 pizzas. Took the money and ignored us totally. Meanwhile a delivery was unloaded. Socks and pants pulled up. Whilst constantly moving stock. Our take away took 45minutes and. Twice I had to. Remind them where was our food! We got totally ignored. However not once did they wash their hands. Having watched and witnessed them with their hands in their shoes, wiping their noses, running their fingers through their hair then putting their hands in the Bag of grated cheese to put. On a customer's Chips nearly made me Sick! I told the. Member of staff. He should think about their Hygiene and wash their hands. How this takeaway has a 5 score on the door surprises me! Shocking🤮

Deeeelicious, it took some time to get but it's because they are swamped, lost of goodies and they were all crispy. The pizza leftovers tasted great the next morning.

Ordered couple of weeks ago from just eat and when the food arrived it was cold and the chips were rubbery. Also had the wrong sauce on meal to what I had asked for. I rang and spoke to staff member who said that they could do me another meal to which I replied no thank you has been put off meal now. He said that the manager was not there but would tell him. Well havent heard from them yet. wont waste my money again.

Delivered after almost 2 hours, Southern fried chicken with no coating and dripping in fat and the chicken was grey, chips cold and soggy, when I phoned to complain I was past between 4 people. Shocking, the rest of the food for the family was thrown In the bin. Absolutely disgusting, how these lot are in business I will never know.

Its hard to enjoy food when it takes 2 and a half hours to be delivered, and then when it does get delivered (at 11:20pm) it is missing half of the order (but complete with one random unordered 7-up). We rang 7 times and got one answer where we just got laughed at for 10 minutes before finally agreeing to drop off the missing food in “half an hour”. At 12:15am all the lights in the house were off, as everyone else in the house was asleep. Yet the delivery guy thought it necessary to bang the door as hard and rudely as possible, and then again a minute later twice as loud, and revved his engine as he drove away. He delivered the missing food which was unfortunately soggy too. We ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and were then annoyed that the delivery driver slated where we live but let it slide. However this time is an utter joke. Wont bother again.

Worst takeaway ever!!!!!!! 1 1/2 hrs for delivery 5 minutes up the road and conveniently had just left when I phoned. Gravy came out of the container in one lump like jelly, Large kebab didn't cover the bottom of the container even with the salad included and only contained 5 pieces of chicken, even got the drinks order wrong delivering one that wasn't even on the menu.

Would not recommend!! Absolutely disgusting! Food had clearly been reheated and still arrived cold! Wasn’t edible! Chips were soggy, deflated and like rubber, burger was also like rubber and cold!

Been here numerous times and the new manager is great. I came here last Saturday and could clearly see that orders were coming in fast but they still made my food fast and with care. The food is great and is probably the best out of the 4 kebab houses in town.

Had a fantastic takeaway from here. When in barnstaple Its my go to place after a night out..great service and friendly staff..brilliant

Untill recently they were very tasty. On the last order though the donner was mixed with fried chicken with loads of skin. Fries were biter and mushrooms discusting. Will not be ordering again

Arrived on time that's the only positive. Very disappointed in the food it was cold when delivered. The pizza wasn't very nice at all. The topping fell off the burnt base.

Had a delivery to the hotel we were staying at which is located 1 mile away. Ordered 3 simple meals all with fries after a I hour and 15 minute wait unfortunately the order was completely incorrect! I rang and the lady was apologetic and said they will try again plus would throw in 3 pieces of cake? Ok so another hour later delivery arrived again alas only one portion of fries and the fried chicken was so unbelievably dry we couldn't eat it. So in summary 2 hours 30 minutes wait for incorrect order(twice) from a takeaway a mile away, shame really was looking forward to our meal all day, however I will say the lady on the phone sounded nice was extremely apologetic just got order wrong twice

Although the food was fairly good I am very disappointed because on top of the 1 hour and 30 minute delivery time it was a further 20 minutes late and when it did finally arrive it was missing a bottle of Pepsi I ordered.

Food here is awesome, make a mean wrap and the special burger is to die for.

Curry sauce isn't even sauce it looks more like lumpy vomit, takes an hour or longer to deliver to our house which is a 5 minute drive away and the in-store staff really need to tell drivers any instructions relevant for delivery as the lack of communication causes too many issues!!

A good take away, my wife had a pizza & I had a chicken wrap. Hit & we'll cooked. Only down side was it took well over an hour to deliver. We ordered through the just eat app which said it would be 45 mins but in the end it was far longer, we tried to ring the rake away but it was always engaged, lucky for them as we were going to cancel the order. Food was good but delivery time terrible.

I absolutely love there pizza's 🍕, i have never had a problem with them until tonight, my stuffed crust was burnt black, so i phoned up n they said they would do me another one. Im still waiting for the replacement. But it was nice to be offered it. As said no problems at all before, neva eva over done or burt before today

Spoke with someone on the phone after ordering as they said they had to replace some items on our order and that it would be with us in 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later I spoke with them again and he said that it would be 5 minutes. We then had our food delivered around 45 minutes after that. Food was okay at best.

We were staying in a holiday cottage locally and ordered 3 pizzas through JustEat. They arrived quicker than expected, and the driver rang me beforehand to check the address. The pizzas were piping hot and really delicious, and we were also given a complimentary bottle of Pepsi!

fast becoming our favourite kebab shop to order from after being loyal to a rival takeaway for years. great food great customer service., and great delivery times. only thing I'd change is that the sauces and salad were boxed separately 👍🏼 thanks guys

My food arrive cold and my doner meat was very dry and chewy my chips were soggy and my chicken was over cooked I actually threw all of in the bin very disappointed and a complete waste of money 😞

Never arrived so can't comment on food quality! Originally 45-60 minutes delivery time. Got a text to say there was a 20 minute delay. After 20 minutes still nothing, so checked the app which said food had been delivered. Phoned the take-out directly and was abruptly told it was on its way. Another 20 minutes, still nothing so phoned again and spoke to someone else who said it "should" be on its way. 10 minutes later this guy phoned me back and said that the delivery driver with our food had been "pulled over" so in fact our food wasn't going to arrive. Over two hours waiting for nothing. Now waiting on a refund. If you're too busy, short staffed and can't cope - say so and decline the order so that the customer has a chance to order somewhere else.

Horrible. Asked for them not to overlook the garlic bread it was burnt and dry like cardboard the spicy chips was dry and tasteless they went in the bin. Delivery was 20 mins early shame it went in the bin

very disappointed, decided to go for a chicken fillet burger & a pizza instead of our usual donner meat, food was cold as it was taken to the wrong estate, despite ordering from them regularly including yesterday. feel really let down by them

firstly was given an hour delivery time which we understand as places can be busy but now it's an hour late so we've been waiting 2 hours for our food. it's still not even here yet. we rang the restaurant about half hour ago and was told it would just be a couple more minutes but still no sign of our food. no fault of just eat this is purely the restaurant. I've ordered loads of times before and am extremely disappointed as a local customer that this has happened.

Unfortunately this will be our last time ordering here, our last two orders have been wrong and on this occasion the food was 45mins late, when it was 10mins late I rang the store and was told there had been a problem and it'd be with us in 10, 20mins later I rang back again to be told it was out for delivery, however it was still 15mins before we got our food. Real shame as we have ordered from here on several occasions and until recently have had good views but it seems to have good down hill recently.

delivery was on time , but messed up asked for chilli sauce on side not on top and they put it all over it and had chilli on the side of my other order which I did t even ask for . usually good food just was not the best meal and not great chicken .

I'd definitely retract my last review after talking to the owner. my one bad experience with them and that was only because the owner was away and had no control over his temp worker. food was amazing as usual and given extra due to my last order. he definitely looks after his regulars

food took an hour even though it takes five minutes to cook and when it finally did get here my chips were stinking cold and hard, my pizza had to go in the microwave and some of the orders were wrong. not very highly rated in my books will not be coming back until I'm smashed next Friday
