Awful. Sell a lot of chicken items but asked for chicken nuggets and pieces of fried chicken but neither were cooked / ready and said would be at least 10 minutes. Was a busy evening and could not believe they didn’t have core items ready. Others were still waiting for pieces of chicken and were not happy! Ordered chicken strips and we too spicy to feed to my children.

I had a chicken curry and my wife had pork chop suey, both terrible. I couldn't eat the chicken as it definitely wasn't chicken, more like a reformed jelly version. I know that there's a trend to not use 100% chicken but really, this was as bad as I've had. My wife said the pork wasn't much better in her chop suey, very fatty. We had chicken balls too which were definitely better quality meat but a little doughy but ok after 2 mins in the air fryer. The sauces were also ok. I wish I'd taken pics of the chicken but I had already binned it. Never again.

The food here is alright. I've had their chicken and lamb shish kebabs. But would be nicer if the chips arrived more crispy, just a tad on the side of starting to get soggy. I'll most likely order from here if it has the £7 off promo from Deliveroo.

Came here for the first time and was very impressed as food was fresh and service was good! I have eaten at other locations before but every time has been a normal experience however this one was great, very helpful staff helped and recommended me to new items to try in the menu which were really enjoyed. Will defiantly be coming again!

I received great customer care over the phone. However, when my meat feast pizza arrived the toppings were great but the pizza itself the dough was not quite cooked it was wet and squishy and not crispy at all. The dough/bread was simply not cooked enough and it was sickening and hard to chew and swallow but the meat toppings and cheese was lovely. Overall not happy. I just don’t get why you couldn’t cook it properly ? It’s your damn job!

Within 17 mins of putting the phone down, my food arrived. Hot and tasty.

I haven't been to a Pizza Express for years. I was very impressed with the service, which was very friendly and the food was lovely. Not too expensive. A good evening out.

It was very busy when we ate there yesterday lunchtime, however the waiter who served us Adam, was really good. He was quick with everything, very friendly and checked on us, even though you could see he was rushed off his feet. The food was good too.

I ordered just after 7pm Nd said 25-35 minutes then chaged to 9pm. not impressed will not order pizza express again

I edited this review so many times and because of that i decided for 3 stars. You never know what youll get. Sometimes the food is absolutely fantastic for a great price, on other days youll get a really dry burger that tastes like its been reheated in a microwave about three times at least. Its cheap and when its good its fantastic. Its a shame its such a roulette with pizza city as it put me off when im about to order food.

Was totally awful. Also complained to just eat and was told my account would be credited. Only for me to go to use just eat again and find that they didn't bother crediting my account at all.

Sibling has just ordered from here we ordered 2 folded garlic breads and they have came completely raw! Cheese hasn’t even melted and cold inside we’ve ordered multiple times because we love the garlic breads this is just clearly a rushed order but still very disappointing

Placed 2 orders over a period of 2 days. 1st one requested and paid for cheese on chips with the parmo, no cheese on the chips. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, night 2. ordered 2 large portions of cheesy chips and received plain chips… small portion… didn’t want to call up as other reviews state that they are rude and disrespectful to customers. (I have anxiety) safe to say they just lost a regular which is unfortunate
