Delivered wrong ice cream. Ice cream looked like it had melted and been refrozen.

Food wasn't nice hit warm and on time

Realmente decepcionado y mal servicio y absolutamente grosero pedimos pizza y el cabello se encontró y llamó para quejarme y al principio me dijeron que iba a obtener un reemplazo y esperé durante una hora y luego llamé y me dijeron que estaba mintiendo. Soy un cliente habitual. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie y no volveré de nuevo.

They offer a good one person deal at a fair price so not much to complain about there,It was also 20 early on a Friday night. Bonus!! It’s a shame the chicken on the BBQ pizza let it down, as it was really dry and over cooked, and there wasn’t much flavour of BBQ at all, and the same with the BBQ wings. Wasn’t sure if that was non spicy wings or BBQ with no flavour?! Would I order from them again, Yes possibly in the hope there are improvement. Thanks.

The pizza arrived so quickly and it was all so tasty!! This is why we've been ordering from here for years now 👍🏼

The bbq wings tastes like normal wings the pizza was not cooked right threw the guy was being rude or over 4p but he still got it never ordering from here again basic shop

Delivery arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected, was a good surprise. Food is very tasty and fresh. Definitely will order again.

I have paid for a chill sauce dips and was provided garlic sauce. I have asked the delivery man and he said the usual next time a free dip. Why would I want a free dip next time when I wanted it for this pizza. Unacceptable!

Order incorrect and incomplete. (Pepsi provided instead of Diet Pepsi, No chicken wings delivered.) Thin crust pizza had a 1/2 inch crust. Poor.

Wings and onion rings were disgusting, they tasted as if the oil had not been changed in ages... grim.

Hot food on time, Delicious Lasagne!

Food arrived swiftly after ordering so cant fault that. Food was ok. Thought id try a different place to what i normally order from and the food didnt meet my expectation. The wings were average at best. Garlic bread was average. The pizza was nice but went cold very quick which then made the cheese hard and in the end i gave up. Overall ok but not for me and i will go back to my local that i use.

These guys never fail to impress me 10/10 everywhere. These guys are legends

Order food at 12.15 finally delivered at 2pm. Food not hot had to reheat. No valid reason for taking so long to deliver. Will not be ordering ever again

Este era mi favorito para llevar a domicilio. Yo uso para pedir una pizza cada viernes y China cada semana. Se detuvieron haciendo China ¡qué lástima! Los precios de la pizza se cayó por debajo de los servicios. La entrega era tarde, estaba aguada y pizza lasaña estaba frío. Entiendo que puede ocurrir, pero la mayoría de veces, así que me aseguré de la folletos menú poner en la papelera, así que no pidas por error!

Ordered at 8.10 for delivery at 9. Then they added 25 minutes. Now it's quarter to 10 and no food yet.

Awful. Firstly my food was late, then it turns out it was an incorrect order. Another over an hour wait for them to send the right pizza, even though it was promised to come in 20 mins, ridiculous! Customer service was appalling on the phone, and the food was lukewarm.

Food was nice. Although, spicy chicken wings weren't spicy. Apart from that, everything was good.

Ordered on a Sunday evening and we have had both better service and Pizza from Pizza Tow - hopefully this was just an off night.

Pizza came really quickly, tasted fairly good. The stuffed crust was a bit too cheesy for me so I probably won't order that next time. Happy to order from them again

Horrible delivery - took over 40 minutes longer than said, and when we called asking they pretended they couldn't hear us on the phone and didn't give responses.

The food was appalling. Other than the fact that the pizza was salty and inedible, the dessert (banoffee pie) was still frozen and smelled bad. Thank you for feeding us, what looked like leftovers from a week ago. I'm not going to order from here again.

Absolutely. Terrible. So I'm often the guy who ignores low star comments and like to get my own opinion, but seriously don't even bother! 1. The pizza is greasy. 2. Pepperoni was a bit off 3. They gave me the wrong ice cream flavour 4. The ice cream was completely thawed out in the middle. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!

I ordered A meal, by delivery. I get called to come down and collect and there was no one.. I called the resturant and told me I ordered by collecting which I did not I had the proof, than after they apologise and told me there will be at my place within 5 minutes ehich they took longer than expected

Food was edible but had no real flavour to it. The prices are not equal to what you are paying for. The chicken on the pizza was in cubes and felt plastic like, the cheese was very lacklustre felt like I was biting into milk. Got wings and wedges as well both were meh. Service was good arrived on time and was hot. Tried and tested wouldn't order again.

Pizza wasn't hot when delivered otherwise it would have been ok the banoffe pie the cream was iced up and didn't taste nice it was horrible . I asked for a 7up and they delivered Pepsi

I never had a poor quality pizza like that. Whole pizzza is in the dust bin. And ready for collection now. Poor taste . Extra salty. It looks like salt was the additional topping . I was surprised after eating just one bite. The worth was £ 20. Pizza quality was £3

I have been ordering since a year and I never had a problem, until the last two orders. The taste of the pizza is really changed. I feel like writing this review so maybe it would help. I will try another time and then if still it doesn't taste the same. I will look for another place.

The pizza was great... but the chips and hot wings were horrible!

Regularly order from this place however today I was appalled by their handling of my complaints in regards to their BBQ wings instead the staff member I spoke to over the phone had simply told me that their food in fact is not made fresh and I should instead take up my complaints with Just Eat and then hung up the phone.

Give me a really bad tummy ache. Not sure the food is the freshest!

I was very disappointed as the food was delivered and they had given me a completely different pizza than the one I had asked for and when I looked back on the menu it seemed to be different to any one on the menu so seems as if they had just chucked lots of ingredients randomly onto the pizza. I was very annoyed as the starters etc were all fine yet this pizza arrived and it wasn't what I had ordered

I absolutely love Pizza Tow! literally some of the best pizza I've ever had. Amazing customer service as well as delicious food. Even the delivery driver was a sweetheart. It's one of those little places you discover and make your usual!

Food was very warm, I would have expected the food to be hot the very least.

Not only was the food delivered late, the quality of the pizza ordered were stale and not up to standard. We ordered the family deal and it was unfortunately disappointing to say the least.

It was good food but wrong toppings

Food was horrible, we ordered a variation of things and everything was stale. Nuggets were like rubber, cake tasted like plastic, chips were like cardboard. Probably won't order from here again.

The vegetarian thin crust crust pizza was so good. It's only worth ordering. The timing was also fine and the food was warm. I give a 10/10.
