I have been using snak attack for the last three months and had no problem but tonight 02/10/24 my partner was greeted by a very rude delivery driver I don’t expect to pay delivery charges and be spoken too in a rude manner will not be using again especially when I use them once or twice a week at 40.00 a time

Great food, super fast delivery and much earlier than anticipated. Ordered to Braidhaugh holiday park and the driver was great - called to let us know he was there and then met us halfway down the driveway! Would definitely recommend.

Food not the best. Delivered without kebab sauce, which is essential for the kebab. Pitta bread was stuck to the paper it was wrapped inm Korma was watery and 5/10. Chapati was more like a heated wrap. Not an experience I'll be repeating again.

I ordered a large donner kebab. It was pretty decent. I was a bit miffed though because the guy asked if I wanted chilli sauce or garlic mayonnaise. I said both please and he told me that I’d have to pay extra. That’s pretty Shan. I’ve never heard of another kebab shop that would do that. For this reason I will not return to snack attack in Crieff. I was like ,actually totally raging while I ate my kebab

I love Snakatak, I've been a long time customer of theirs and the food quality is always top notch. However telephone service leaves something to be desired. Hanging up on a customer is un-professional. I hope this is an isolated incident.

Exceptional service - ordered for 22 hens as part of a group staying at Crieff hydro. Pre ordered in the morning and everything came correct and on time! Food was great quality, fresh and went down an absolutely treat with everyone saying how good it was.

I got the beans and cheese baked potato, it had no flavour at all and they put paper under the potato and on top so the cheese stuck to this paper and was just getting mouthfuls of paper in my food, so stupid, stuff from here is usually good tho!

Order arrived very quickly. However, this did lack in some quality. The children's menu pizza was lovely, but wasn't very hot. The chips were chewy, and not even warm. More lukewarm. This was disappointing. Considering they are usually 💯 spot on

No garlic Mayo on wrap when we asked for it. We couldn’t eat it as too spicy. Chicken very tough as well.

We put it a really huge order to be delivered to a group of five families at comrie croft. Delivery was fast, driver was amazing, so friendly, helpful and cheery, delivered right to our tents! Food was great, our of a huge order only one thing was only a wee bit wrong, a pizza instead of ordered calzone. Would definitely use again next time we are camping.

Best food I’ve eaten in a while

The food arrived early which was great. However it was disappointing. Not a salad as advertised. Just cabbage cut up. Very expensive for what it was.

My curry was fine but my (shop bought) nan was put in the bin. It was over done and like cardboard and looked like it was wholemeal. Was supposed to be garlic but couldn't even smell garlic never mind taste it.

I just tried Snackattack for the first time and I was blown away! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. I ordered the King Naan Mixed kebab and it was one of the best I've ever had. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the donner was so flavorful. I also ordered a side of cheesy chips and they were moorish. The delivery driver was also very friendly and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend this takeaway to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal. Placed order about 2pm Ordered it to be collected at 15.20 as it stated I could, however when I turned up the said it wasn't ready and they don't do collection that early. It was near 16.00 before I got my meal to take home. Upon opening it, they'd got it wrong, I ordered chicken tikka biryani and they gave me lamb and chicken. The salad was brown and disgusting, the curry's were bland and flavourless. For £48 I expected more. Very disappointed, will not order from again.

Before i had rude customer service and food was bad but tonight i ordered hoping they will have normal food but that was just discussing!all overcooked,old oil and old!all ensued up in the bin 😭 better order from other companies!

Good was ready over 15 minutes before the time stated it would be ready, when collected food was Luke warm, chips were soggy, and chicken pakora was dry and unedable. I stay 15 minutes away or would have brought it back.

I can't believe how expensive they are as well as the ridiculously high prices at their sweet shop across the road! I had chicken tikka which I didn't enjoy and couldn't finish! I found out it's covered in a paste and cooked in the pizza oven - which explains it - ugh! CHEAP! Definitely NOT traditional and felt totally ripped off! I've asked around and everyone I spoke to prefers elsewhere - especially the Gurkha restaurant/takeaway/delivery - who cooks their food traditionally, properly, and serves excellent portions. And the BEST chicken tikka! Don't bother with Snakatak unless you want to experiment and waste your money.

Food arrived cold and wasn’t great, didn’t enjoy it.

The food was very poor as if no care was taken,. The salad, if that’s was it was was noticeable in its absence and identification drowned in a liquid which I take to have been the sauce! It was thrown in a box with little or no care. Very disappointed in presentation, quality and quantity.

Large 12" Pizza was luke warm and didnt taste like chicken Tikka Madras but all other food was good

Burnt pizza, soggy chips. Walked in and was ignored when I spoke to the person behind the counter who walked away and started making a pizza.

Was inedible the rice was overcooked stodgy on the top watery at the bottom of the plastic container my chicken was still pink in the middle so didn't eat it so I ate nan bread I spoke with snakatak and they were absolutley useless not helpful at all. 30 mons early on delivery so it wasn't cooked fresh as stated it was microwaved and I know this because my friends partner does deliveries for them and witnesses what goes on in that place will never use again

I’ve ordered from Snakatak a few times, while being in Crieff and now out in Madderty. Each time delivery has been so fast, always earlier than time estimated and the delivery drivers have been kind, courteous and go out of there way for you. I have had the grill munch box, the original munch box, prawn pooris, original curry, madras, rogan josh and mixed kebab. Each time the food is delicious, piping hot and the portion size is huge! They don’t skimp at all. They have even given free sides, for example I ordered popadoms and got a free onion chutney. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for the service and quality of food. I will definitely be ordering again, this has become my go to for take away nights!

Third time ordering whilst on nightshift at local care home can honestly say the food is absolutely brilliant it’s fresh and piping hot when arrived. The portions are huge and delivery always prompt Deffo be ordering again

I was passing though so dropped by for some munch, to be fair staff seemed friendly. ordered a small pizza and while waiting had a look here for reviews since i couldn’t find any ratings inside. on a low average rating i didn’t have high hopes, however i had already paid the seemingly high price for what i ordered. chicken on the pizza had as much taste as the box it came in but the sauce on top was actually quite nice so well done on that aspect. The place seems like it was once really good but has lost the motivation to be proud in the food it’s making. They also had a huge menu. If the owner is reading this - I’d suggest a revision of the menu (make it smaller to concentrate more on each item) ,criticism is vital and customers are more likely to write a negative review than positive. Even though the food ended up in the bin just down the street; feeling like i wasted my money, i can still see potential, and if the owner can’t….. then that’s quite sad.

As always the food was hot and delivered early, the only thing I would say is could you perhaps edit the description of the ‘monster burger’ I’m vegetarian and I ordered one with a veg patty not realising it had donner meat on it. I will say though if you’re a meat eater I bet that thing is amazing because there was so much on it
