Domino's Pizza in Perth & Kinross

The pizza is as expected, but in store (Perth), they don't accept cash payments. Annoying. Also as always in store its like the crystal maze trying to work out if your selected offers give the best price.

We recently ordered from Domino's in Perth. Service was excellent and pizzas were delicious. Manager was so helpful!

Im sold on dominos perth and I didnt even have a pizza yet. A very nice person was delivering to my neighbour and offered to carry my very heavy shopping trolley up too. Bless him bless you - so very kind and very much appreciated .... 53 steps and me old ....

Ordered for delivery 12 45 to 1300 at 11.00 called at 13,15 as tracker says being prepared eventually call got answered was told everyone has Ordered for same time there's 16 in front of you plus 6 mins cooking allow 40 mins no apology or offer of a side or discount eventually showed up at 14.00 after tracking delivery Said 7mins then down to 4 then back at 7 for a £65 order poor experience

Domino's is a pretty decent store with some good stuff, but you'll always want to make sure you check deals beforehand so you can try to save the most cash. In most cases, they have single deals, pickups for 2+ or occasional %money off deals for big orders, so you save a decent bit in addition to the food being good.

Pizza taste is good. Dine in facility not available in this store. If you order pizza for delivery, they will take above one hour time and they will handover only cold pizza which is not tasty to eat. Advisable to order pizza if your place is nearby and that to collection only.

Overflowing with grease, the imitation pepperoni is like crispy dust in my mouth and the dough is simply tasteless. I don’t understand how some people pay so much for this subpar American excuse for pizza. It’s better than Papa Jones but still worthless.

I always eat dominoes but this one was just not good I'm afraid. The base wasn't cooked so I binned it.

I ordered a pizza and when I tried to talk to the stuff they just ignored me with AirPods in I asked if it would be possible to get food in the next 10min so I ordered a small margarita pizza and in the end I didn’t manage to get it had to just leave the food I was told the pizza would be ready in 8min and it wasn’t ready in 20min

Great pizza, great service, great speed always a reliable choice

Ordered a delivery and it was cancelled as staff couldn’t be bothered making it. Tried to say all drivers off sick (the one who delivered to my friend shouldn’t have been handling food whilst sick then - since she got a delivery). Will maybe let environmental health in Perth know that goes on if sick staff are handling food. Offered a taxi to collect and told no machines going away off. Won’t be bothering with Domino’s again. Other options in town are better priced where the staff are not as lazy.

Zero out of ten for customer relations. Eight out of ten for quality of pizzas.

Utterly repulsive! £18 for the most disgusting food I have ever consumed in my entire life! In fact, most of it went in the bin because it was so inedible. This is without a doubt the worst takeaway I have ever had in my entire life. You would be far better buying a £5 pizza from Asda and heating it in an oven.

You have tasty pizzas but you dont know how to slice equally

Always great, I did try a Papa john's out of curiosity but it was terrible. I've just had my old favourite from Dominoes and you guys win hands down. Two tasty hot delicious pizzas and two happy guys.

Underwhelmed the first time round, didn’t seem fresh or piping hot. Second time plucked for the return a the double decadence and it was bone dry. Not sure if their motivation might be off cos that branch isn’t really that busy, but should be markedly better with the prices they charge.

We just order a large loaded supreme on a gluten free base costing $30.00. What we got was a medium with bugger all topping. Since when has a medium become large and toppings become less? Never again better off with an independent pizza shop.

We ordered from this dominos and collected the food. The wait time was not too bad, but it was a lot longer than we were told. Once we got the pizza and opened it, we saw that it was full of grease all over the cheese and it got all over our fingers. Also it didn't taste like a dominos pizza and the cheese was quite tasteless. It was very disappointing and not like what we usually get at Inverness Academy Street dominos, it is a lot better and not dripping in grease. We also had a bit of an upset stomach afterwords. Avoid!

If you love undercooked wedges and overpriced and underwhelming pizza, this is the place for you!

Needed some sustenance but didn't fancy a meal in the hotel's restaurant - bosh, ordered online, collected in person. Met with a smile, everything on order & correct, great price and usual Domino's quality - so no complaints at all. Thanks, you helped a tired traveller out (570+ miles driven that day).

I ordered a large pizza and box of cookies online to collect. I waited in the nearby car park until it said my food was ready. Went in the shop at 17:05 and was told it would only be a couple of minutes which at the time seemed okay. 45 minutes later, still no sign of food. At least 15 other people who came in after got their order before I did. They asked me 4 times what my order was. Didn’t get even get much of an apology either! Absolute waste of my time! Won’t be back, ever!

I order from time to time while at work, to get it delivered for when I am home and the customer service over the phone anyway was amazing. They are great and getting an order out for me just for finishing work. Can't recall whom I spoke to over phone but thank you.

Placed order for collection. Was texted to come and collect. On arrival Massive delay to order, zero communication or apology. Still don’t know what the issues where but they were still taking phone orders and essentially ignoring the que of people in the street.

Visited at the weekend after rewind festival and the guy behind the counter was knowledgable, friendly and we had a great take away experience. Will Definately be back next tine we are in Perth.

Tuvimos una media y media pizza y un lado de tiras de pollo con salsa de ajo.Fácil de ordenar desde la aplicación. El tiempo de entrega fue rápido.Un poco caro pero encantador y como dice el dicho: obtienes lo que pagas.Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

The pizza could do with some more cheese. However the satff is very polite and helpful, may be one can tell them in advace that whereas you like to watch your weight, a pizza without cheese should better not be eaten at all !

Lovely pizzas during the day £5.99 for a large.. Not so lovely in the evening when the large is £13.99

Collected an order which I was kept updated about the whole time so I could collect as soon as it was ready so it was piping hot, tasted delicious and plenty toppings

Nipped in for a quick bite to eat, was very happy with the overall experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful and pizzas were tasty as always. Shame they didn't have a better seating area though, they do have 3 stools and a table top but this was used by other customers as a waiting area until their orders were ready to collect.

The place is bloody awful, they can't make pizza it's actually hilarious as its what they are suppose to do, you can find better pizza on any corner in Perth. Go to Duo instead and eat real pizza, not this ruskoline covered crap with fake meat. Total rip off for what you get, delivery drivers are muppets as well. Bunch of wet wipes

Terrible service. Ordered 2 hours in advance and had texts to say order was ready for collection. Went to collect and was told it would be 10 mins longer. Went back after 10 mins to be told it hadn’t gone in the oven yet and would be another 30 mins. Went to pizza shop along the road and got delicious pizzas within 5 mins as couldn’t wait any longer.

Not great pizza fan but there is something about a dominos that is special. Easy to order . Highly recommend.

Never again.We had been out and decided to order in for a pizza.We ordered from Wydle Green or should that be rip of merchants.£25 for 2 pizza and wedges.After an hour they arrived shouldn't have bothered the pizza Marggarti and Pepperoni were both cold and tasteless.So if you want to pay £25 for the wedges this is the place.The evenning out was good the takeaway wasnt

Dominos as a whole is brilliant, this store however can be at times a bit hit or a miss. if you order regular then expect things not to turn up even things like extra dips etc. or the pizza can be flung together and for the price its not really acceptable. but their customer service is brilliant and any complaint is quickly resolved to make sure you keep coming back.

Yo uso dominos en Perth todo el tiempo, mejor pizza alrededor nada como la basura thease lugares india intentar vender! Yo viaje a 28 millas de actally conseguir mi dominos y vale la pena! No es la pizza trago más en el mundo, pero yo prefiero que como cuando voy a la tienda no hay una carga de los adictos y las personas pobres esperando alrededor. Ordered Pizza and sides on a Saturday night at 6pm for delivery as soon as possible. Had to ring them up to see where the order was, they explained they were very busy. It eventually arrived at 7.30pm. Hot and fresh but way too long to wait for pizza.

I am writing this with such disappointment that the meatilicious pizza has been removed from your menu! As a result of your devastating decision to remove it, you will lose plenty loyal customers like myself! I suggest you add this back to the menu, as I am a big fan of the heavenly pizza known as the meatilicious! I wont be ordering a domino's any time soon. I ordered two pizza and by he time they arrived they where stone cold.

I live in Medway & received a leaflet through my door advertising dominos, of course.The day I got the leaflet, was the day I attempted to place a order, therefore it was a very recent leaflet.I wanted to order a Large cheese & tomato pizza, regular crust no extras. Once placed, I asked to confirm the price was £11.99 as seen on the very up to date leaflet. I got told that it was actually £12.99. I said that this can't be as the leaflet says other wise and I know it is only a £1.00, but the attitude was disgusting. They asked if I wished to still place my order and I said no because this is false advertisement and abuse of the trade descriptions act.Guess what? That £1.00, lost them a £54.00 order which I placed at a lesser known pizza company. That £11.99 was just the first pizza I wanted to order, I still had 3 more to go as well as sides & drinks. Too bad eh?Don't waste your phone bill.

E' stato un esperimento anche se di necessità dettato. Alla fine, non si è rivelata come una cosa terribile, è solo una pizza fatta con una farina che presumo anche in parte di grano duro e che comunque rimane abbastanza sottile e croccante come piace a quelli che non conoscono la vera pizza. Gli ingredienti sono abbastanza privi di sapore, poi ci sono le spezie che recuperano un po'. Tutto sommato, accettabile.

Have used this Dominos quite a lot over the years normally for delivery to my work place in Perth. Always get what I want when I want it. Pizza is always hot and tasty. Dominos is expensive however

I placed my order online and went to the store 15 minutes later to collect. When I got there my name was up on the screen with the order status as Ready. The guy behind the counter said it would just be a couple more minutes.The same guy them asked me 10 minutes later what my name was and said we have no orders for that name as it had gone from the screen. I explained that he did and he then went onto the computer and found it. It would just be a few more minutes.After 45 minutes and several conversations about my order just being a few more minutes I told the guy to cancel my order and went to Pizza Hut.Needless to say I won't be back.

Yes, if you don't use a deal Dominos' can be expensive. But they serve up very reliable pizza every time. A big bonus is that the telephone manner of staff is always very friendly, so if the app isn't working a phone call isn't a scary experience!

Ffirst visit to Dominos. Dont know what people I had spoken to were raving about. It was just like any other pizza.

We pick up pizza from Dominos only when we have the discount vouchers to warrant it, Fast food it is. Genuine pizza it is not, ideal food for teenagers. We will no doubt be back.

I only ever buy dominos when i have a 50% off voucher code as the prices are sooo expensive! Chicken strippers and wedges combo for start was lovely! Large Half Meator & Half Texas BBQ pizza was also lovely and 8 MINI pancakes for desert! And when they say MINI pancakes they are VERY MINI like the size of a £2 coin so not worth the money!

good regular menu changes to offer variety & special deals, sometimes a little bit dry as overcooking, can lack in moisture, home delivery a bit slow, but always arrive piping hot!

My partner and i decided to take advantage off the bogof tuesday deal. We ordered our pizzas at 8.30pm and were told 20 minutes the lady in charge immediately changed this too 40 minutes. We were happy to wait so went to tescos and went to the pub for a drink. After 40 minutes i went for our pizzas and was told it would be a further 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes i asked what was going on and was told it would be a further 7 minutes. At this point i reminded them i had been waiting almost an hour. The lady in charge now gave me a full refund plus a voucher for a free pizza another night. When my pizzas finally arrived i got another pizza voucher. The overall outcome was ok as 2 pizzas money back plus 2 free pizzss is value for money but it should never get to that stage. If you can't meet the orders then stop taking orders !!!!!!
