My family and I come here all the time. Even though it is an hour drive away for us, it is worth it!! The food is unmatched, staff are ever so friendly and are always happy to see us come back and the atmosphere is always the best. Raju always makes sure that we have the best service and certainly makes the experience :)

What a lovely place for breakfast! The staff were really friendly and the coffee and bacon sandwich was yummy. There's quite a lot of choice in Orpington for breakfast, but I will definitely be going back to The Bakehouse. Great atmosphere and really clean. The coffee was served hot and was very tasty. The prices are really good too!

This restaurant is sadly no more than a takeaway waiting room , delivery riders continually walking in and out past our table , i had to get up and look for the waiter several times whilst in the corner a lady was biting her nails , in another corner i could here a couple swearing ,

A lovely, quiet country park near Orpington with walking trails perfect for children of all ages. The Green Roof Cafe serves good food and drinks throughout the day and the staff have always been great each time I have been in. The park has a mixture of open areas with picnic tables, or grassy banks that are perfect for enjoying the sunshine. There are ponds, chalk fields, an arboretum and lots of deciduous woodland to walk through. Perfect place to lose yourself for a few hours.

Restaurant was half empty and very understaffed. A lad aged about 12 working as a waiter. Service was terrible. Food was average, served up with a real lack of presentation and was very basic. Seems they have rebranded but the menu is pretty much the same and food quality just as lacking as before. I had the lamb sheesh which was five small cubes of lamb with a load of chips. Mistakes were going on all over the place and this place will not last if they carry on like that. Felt sorry for the staff, obviously a family business but need more help and a much better chef and quality of food.

enjoyed a table for one, accustomed by great service. portion size was a little less than expected as the prices did not reflect this. Overall very nice and would recommend to anyone visiting in the area

Sunday Roast was disappointing I'm sorry to say. Wasn't roast chicken, just an overcooked chicken breast and potatoes were not even freshly prepped, probably frozen and heated up in the oven. Perfectly nice place for a drink but the kitchen is key to those wanting a proper traditional Sunday Roast.....

We had 2 mains. One steak sandwich and one mac and cheese with bacon. And 3 drinks. The food was nice but very very overpriced for it was. Value for money was really bad. Had much much better food elsewhere and ALOT less expensive drinks elsewhere, too. Service was okay. Staff seemed friendly. The atmosphere was quiet. Very disappointed. Won't ever be returning.

Lovely cream tea but you get 2 scones and 1 clotted cream and charged £1.90 for another pot 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The cafe looks a bit rough, but the food is really delicious and cooked to order. This means it takes a bit longer before it's ready, but it's worth it. The staff is very kind and the prices are very moderate. Plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

Victoria was a great waitress and really attentive. She made the meal even more enjoyable

Great farm shop really good butchers in there too with lovely meats nice cafe too

Nice sunny day so thought we’d take family to this pub and enjoy the garden. Really struggled to get pushchair through front door and young grumpy miserable barman was no help. Had nice drink after navigating way to garden BUT hang on, two pints of lager and a wine £26!!!! Are you serious!! Because of ridiculous cost and super-grumpy unmotivated barman, we will not be returning .
