Amazing food. Fast efficient, service and delivery. The food arrived boiling hot which was excellent. Lovely delivery lady too, polite and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed all dishes. Thank you for a delicious meal.

I've been to Turtle Bay several times, with friends, work colleagues and with my husband. Every time, the food here has been amazing: tasty, hot, colourful... you can tell the chefs have fun creating the dishes. The Happy hour deals are great, with fantastic cocktails on offer, my latest favourite was the Coconut espresso Martini (I had 4!). The last time I went, I had the delicious Seafood Soul bowl (amazing flavours) and the shared the sweetcorn fritters (spicy!). Price wise is good too, not too expensive, especially if you make the most of the Happy hour..unless you drink so many cocktails you forget about the upcoming bill...Also, service has also been great: friendly and happy staff. I've taken 1 star because I always feel the music and noisy is quite high and therefore, I have to shout to talk! The Decor and lights make the place upbeat and fun!!

They have relocated, but me being me I typed it into google maps and it still shows they’re at Derngate which they’re not, they have moved to Wellingborough Road next to Sainsbury’s (it does state on their website. I rang them and told them the situation, they were completely understanding. We were greeted by a friendly server, she was casual and professional and made us feel at ease. We had two cocktails and both were espresso martinis and they were spot on. A minor criticism, we were seated by the window which was fine for both of us, but the table was a quite wobbly. But that didn’t ruin our evening together. The menu had so many good choices, they all sounded so appealing and you can tell it’s made with fresh ingredients. We tried 8 of the main dishes out of 14 to chose from, one word for all of them: Fautless. We tried the two of the desserts as well and what I can say they hit it out of the park. We’ve tried plenty of churros in our life and they were top notch. The waitress who was serving us (big shout out to her for amazing service, lady with big earring and upper lip piercing) she checked back on our main food which is a bug bear of mine. Towards the end of the evening, the music did get a bit loud, I suppose the evening was turning to night, but that didn’t bother us as our meal was coming to the end. The decor is a mix of everything, but not a select style as such but it’s got a nice ambience and friendly vibe. Song choices were good too. I can’t wait to come back.

Great place and atmosphere and friendly staff and grest food and strongntasty hapoy hour 2 for 1 cocktails. Would come again but area outside a bit rough. Food good quality but woshed there was bigger portions

Always come here for soup. Nowhere sells soup like Caribbean Jerk. Delicious every time.

First time calling. Spoke to a lady and stated home delivery please. She responded very rudely and abrupt I was shocked!!! She stated We only deliver in NN2 we have no driver!!! . Ok where is your customer service skills ?She should have responded a bit more politely . First time calling and straight away wrong impression. Won’t be ordering from here again. Good luck with business if that’s how you greet customers. Bad day or not sometime we have to keep it together.

Delicious food, excellent service. Our first time here and we will definitely return. A good menu, excellent food. We all really enjoyed it.
