This place has massively gone downhill. We sat and waited over 20 minutes. No one came over to even take a drink order. It was not even busy! There was a party of 10 in which I could see the food waiting on the pass for over 10 minutes. We walked out . The worst customer service ever!. This could be a great place with the right management and staff. Whoever owns this needs to WAKE UP

The food and drinks were lovely and speedy service. Our waitress Aleks was so very friendly and chatty, definitely made our trip.

Aleks was a lovely server. She was detailed when we asked for recommendations on drinks and very attentive. For a group with dietary preferences we definitely left happy and pleased with the food options.

Went on Thursday for a little drink out with my Sister was served by the lovely Louis who was very cute and made me feel very welcomed and Made sure that we had a very nice time I was the guy with blue hair thank you for making us feel welcome x

we couldn't decide where to go to eat for our day out in Northampton, but we eventually landed on the Turtle Bay in the area! It was my first time there as I'm new to the country, and everything was brilliant. Aimee was our server and she was incredibly lovely and lively! the food and drinks were very worthwhile, and the energy and atmosphere provided will keep us coming back! I loved Aimee and we are hoping to see her again! Thank yous and shout outs to the whole staff!!! 5 stars for Aimee

Great service from Marc today and I have to say, I think the Mango paloma is my new favourite , amazing drinks , wonderful food and service with a smile !!

Ordered the vegetarian platter and a vegan entree, as well as a chicken burger for my partner. Drinks were good, music was not too loud and the lighting was perfect. I was a little worried about my social battery after a long day of walking around the town center, but Aimee made us feel extremely welcomed and was very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, hot and flavourful as well as nicely presented. I haven't eaten this cuisine before, so I can't talk for the chain's authenticity but ultimately it was very delicious and served in a timely fashion. Thank you to all the staff and especially Aimee for a wonderful experience today. Will likely return next time we are in the area.

We had a date night tonight, and our servers were Marc and Keira and they were incredible, made sure we were well looked after throughout our entire stay, the food was delicious , drinks were perfectly selected for us and the service was bar none the best we've ever had . Thank you !!!

Me and my partner very much enjoyed the whole experience! This wasn’t our first time and definitely won’t be our last! The drink was amazing and service was fantastic! Such welcoming staff! Booked for bottomless brunch. Food was delicious (the item I wanted wasn't available hence 4*, but what I got was not disappointing). Sophia, was very attentive, ahead of the game, never left looking around to order, brilliant service!! (I promise no bribes were offered for this review) 😉

Rufaro was lovely, funny and very attentive when we were finishing our drinks. She was always ready to get us the next ones! The atmosphere gets a mark down for the girl who was sick next to us and the fact it took a good 5 minutes or so to get it cleaned up but other than that we had a great time 🙂

Sopjia at Morthampton served us for an e tire 2 hours of botyomless brunch. She was fantastic. She kept the drinks flowing constantly amd dhe wad very friendly and funny. Will definitely come back again.

Really great meal with delcious food this afternoon at turtle bay, our server Marc checked in with us constantly and we had a wonderful time, great atmosphere , and delicious food, the drinks looked incredible, I couldn't fault the service at all despite the restaurant being quiet today we never felt rushed

Nikita was lovely. Thank you for serving me. Only issue was that smoke from people sitting outside the venue (at the Turtle Bay tables) was coming inside and made the inside smell of smoke. I had Trini prawn curry and it was delicious. I would have eaten 2.

Our server Sophia was amazing and recommended us the best food and drinks that they offer. Overall had an amazing time.

Really disappointed with our most recent visit here. Service was abysmal, our drinks arrived after finishing starters. Salad was a lot of packaged stuff thrown together to look ok but without any care or thought for taste. Curry and chicken were still good but the overall experience was anything but good. Soul food that's lost its soul, we won't be going back to this Turtle Bay.
