We loved the service today from our favourite Keira genuinely knowledgeable and passionate about her job with great food and drinks recommendations throughout our stay .

Keira was so attentive with a fabulous personality. We were having a girlie brunch and she ensured we enjoyed our time here, thank you ever so much for your service and making sure the drinks were constantly flowing! ❤️

We had a great time at Turtle Bay enjoying a bottomless brunch on a Thursday. Food was really nice, drinks kept flowing and restaurant was not too busy. I would highly recommend trying it. Big shout out to Kiera who really looked after us. Marked down a star as before Kiera took over we ordered some drinks that never arrived and a 2nd order of same cocktail tasted nothing like the first same ones we ordered and was not nice either...

Our server Charlotte was so kind and helpful, we had a meal mixed up but she sorted it straight away and reassured us it would be rectified. Food was good and drinks were lovely. Music was quite loud was really difficult to chat between the table of 5.

Sam was amazing yesterday! He came from another branch in Coventry and he was so attentive and friendly!
