The waitress Tiana was amazing, communicative, and had amazing customer service, however, don’t go for bottomless brunch when it’s busy as the service will be slow

Our waitress was great, really nice person however the frequency of which drinks were brought round weren’t fitting of bottomless brunch and cut off was not 2 hours, we were told to make our last order approximately 15 mins before actual time was up. Would not recommend unless a small group on a non-busy day.

As a Trinidadian I was so excited to see Trini foods on the menu however the doubles needs to be thinner it’s too thick otherwise everything was good and the waiter Ash was lovely and beautiful

I have thought for a few days before posting this review after my visit on Saturday with friends. I have visited Turtle Bay Northampton on various occasions over the years and absolutely love it ! The service is always outstanding, fabulous atmosphere, cocktails and food amazing, it’s just an all round great place. We visited on Saturday and were served by a lady called Sophia, she explained the bottomless brunch options then told us its best for us all to have the same cocktail’s as it’s quicker, this has never been an issue before. I asked her what the cocktail was that the table next to us had, the response was ‘what about it’. This was on top of the general service with an attitude she provided. My friend asked it we had time for one more cocktail and she said you can have 2 more, placed a card on the table and said ‘if you give me a review’ she then went and got us a cocktail. One of our group did a review. Sophia came back to the table, placed her hands in her hips and asked if we had done the review, we said one of us had. She said, you can’t have the other cocktail until you have all done the reviews. We declined, paid the bill and left. As I mentioned previously, I love this place and we all enjoyed the rest of the visit. We may have caught Sophia on a bad day who knows.

Food was horrendous. I ordered jerk wings only and my partner ordered ribs with rice and peas. Both dishes was disgusting. I’ve never tasted jerk like that chicken seasoned with just thyme and pepper . And the ribs were badly seasoned that I spat out the first bite. The drinks are the only thing worthy of human consumption. I highly recommended they take basic cooking skills because a simple onion and garlic marinade would make a difference to the food.
