Awesome time Ash is a legend and she made our evening fantastic!!

Ashley was really helpful and great service and recommendations! Loved it, really nice service from Ji and Catherine. Very friendly. Also man like Rhodri sorted us out with the drinks. Ask for the secret menu!

Chain restaurants can vary in both food and service, the Northampton Turtle bay obviously has good management as both the food and service are fantastic. We went for Ackee salt fish rolls followed by Jerk Chicken and the Ox cheek stew with rice and peas. All the food was perfectly seasoned and the spice levels were nicely zingy, we will definitely visit again.

Lovely staff, welcoming and attentive. Really recommend trying it, good food choice for vegetarian 😋

Had a great afternoon drinking through the cocktails at Northamptons turtle bay. Rufaro was a fantastic waitress helping us get through the menu! Have been here many times before and will be here many times again!

Lovely food, great drink selection and bottomless brunch drinks kept a coming!! Highly recommend and ask for Rufaro, as she will make sure your cocktails are topped up.

Food was ok/good. Price was good (once they fixed the bill) service had issues. Initially they already had a tab open for our table, so they had to go away to fix that. For the drinks order, they failed to mention that the 2 for one on cocktails was on the same drink only (admittedly, this was on the menu, but wasn't mentioned when they told us about it or took the order) so we ended up with twice the drinks we were expecting. They had already run out of some food menu items (at about 5:30) The final bill was then wrong - they had double charged us for the cocktails. Food was generally good though, ribs were excellently cooked, goat curry was tasty. But be warned that there can be quite a range of spicyness that isn't clear on the menu. Dessert (ginger pudding thing) was very good (I did have to scrape something off the spoon I got with it first though....) Cocktails were good, and pretty cheap (once not double charged!)

Haven’t been turtle bay in ages and it honestly a good time, had the vegan burger which didn’t take long to come and Kiera, made us both feel very welcome, very polite and conducted herself well.

Rufaro was an amazing waitress at turtle bay Northampton! She has been my server once before and she has always been on point! Both times were a bottomless brunch and serving drinks and food within good time. Thank you Rufaro.

My son and I hade a lovely meal and Ash, our waitress was absolutely fantastic. She let us enjoy our meal without hovering but was always there when we needed something. It was as if she knew. On another point, thank you so much for not having the music so loud. Milton Keynes is so loud that you can’t have a conversation. This made our meal so much more enjoyable.

Louis did a fantastic job serving us and the food was top notch.

Great birthday meal out! Food was ok (jerk chicken had soft skin which wasn't nice) cocktails as usual were lovely. Our server was Ash and she was excellent, couldn't have asked for a better server! She was really attentive despite the restaurant being busy, came and checked on us before her break, made sure we had drinks and got our food- absolutely brilliant!

We was served by Ash, in the Northampton branch ans she was honestly a delight. She recommended our now favourite cocktail, she was attentive and had a lovely bubbly personality I did even say to my partner how lovely she was, an assistant to your branch. We had garlic pit prawns and dumplings, the prawns as usual were lovely but the dumplings....felt like they were missing an ingredient very doughy and soft like they wernt even fried, abit of a disappointment from the usual standard.
