Average food - would not recommend

Visited at lunch time. Greeted by friendly staff who seated us very quickly. Drinks order taken and menu provided. Drinks arrived quickly and order taken. Table and cutlery very clean. Nicely decorated bright environment. Food arrived…what can I say ..beautifully presented, and delicious. I had teriyaki beef stir fry, my other half steak pie. We then moved on to dessert, again delicious. I have to say the staff checked regularly that our food was ok and that we didn’t need anything. Will definitely be back. I am advised that the pint of heavy was top class, sadly I was driving so no alcohol for me.

Store does not open on time, not very reliable!

Esto es para su restaurante Camden. En más de una ocasión han llegado alimentos con artículos desaparecidos. Además, no se moleste en pedir una porción grande, es lo mismo que lo normal solo cobra más. Muy perezoso

Muy buen ambiente y comida, la sopa de pollo era saludable y enorme. El plato de pollo era delicioso y buena relación calidad-precio. Desearíamos haber intentado más, pero fue tan llenísimo. La salchicha de pollo de los niños y la comida de patatas fritas estaba sobre salada, pero buena relación calidad-precio sobre todo. Genial ver bebidas importadas como la Cola Inca. El servicio era bueno y el personal era amable. Inicialmente no pudieron encontrar nuestra reserva, pero pronto nos encontraron una mesa. El personal fue amable y me dejó quitar las sobras. Estaré de visita de nuevo.

The food was the worst food I ever eaten . Rice was dry stale and half cooked . Goat curry was old (had a funny smell of fish ) and on top of everything the delivery was 1 hour late . Do not order from this place .

Fui a la pila para una noche de trabajo. Decidí ir al Santo Pato por comida. Pedir era un proceso simple, decidí obtener las papas fritas cargadas de pato, tardaron unos 10 minutos en cocinarse. Estaban en general bastante sabroso el pato estaba un poco seco, pero las salsas ayudaron a la comida. El tamaño de la porción estaba bien y es un buen relleno cuando se bebe en la pila.

Absolute terrible I ordered a baguette which was rock solid stale. The bacon was hard and cold the sausage wasn’t cooked thru properly and cold the hash brown was soaked tasted like washing up liquid.

Best pasty ever. No joke. Wish I’d had a large but they ran out. Probably a good thing from a belly perspective.

The burgers are better than 5 guys!! Just incredible value!

I've no desire to hammer a restaurant for a single bad experience but from other recent reviews it seems we are not the only ones to suffer. I only wished I'd seen these reviews; I'd looked on Google where they are much more favourable (though, with hindsight, a recent 5-star review there now reads suspiciously). We booked for 8 people at 5.30pm, allowing plenty of time to relax before an 8pm show at the O2. I received an online confirmation, from Rico Sabor/Maracuya. When we arrived, the restaurant had no record of our booking. The explanation was something about 'two websites', which we didn't understand. No matter - the place wasn't busy. Our drinks order came relatively quickly, though one drink was incorrect. Again, no matter. We had booked expecting a Spanish restaurant, and we wanted to avoid the generic chains inside the O2. The menus offered were Spanish, Latino and... Ukrainian. Not what we'd anticipated. Again, no matter. We ordered 8 mains and a couple of side dishes from the Spanish/Latino selection. By 7pm no food had emerged. A couple of other tables arriving after us appeared to have received part of their orders. At 7.10pm, our first dish arrived - and it was wrong. A very harassed staff member promised 'five minutes'. By 7.20pm, two other main dishes and one side had emerged, of which another one was wrong. There was no sign at all of the other six main dishes. At 7.30pm, we abandoned, to join the queue at the O2 and grab something to eat inside. The staff member who spoke to us had passable English. None of the others appeared to speak more than basic English. Again, that's no problem providing they can take and execute a food order. One insisted they were 'very busy' - which was simply untrue. Another table abandoned as we had. Speaking to them outside, their experience was identical to ours. We suspect there is some sort of change of ownership going on here and a repositioning, perhaps to a fully Ukrainian restaurant. However, the Rico Sabor site is still taking bookings (is this the 'two websites' business?). This is a prime location and rent can't be cheap. If our experience is anything to go by, they simply won't survive. But unless they seriously up their game, they don't really deserve to.

Lovely burgers and great customer service. Replaced a spilled drink without requesting. Polite staff clean calm environment. Lovely apple caramel fritter and hot chocolate

Really would recommend! Lovely staff, lovely place proper carribain vibe. Reviews are full of rubbish. Food was 10/10.

El bar en sí está situado frente al Banco de Inglaterra, y es en sí mismo un establecimiento muy bien vestido. Actualmente anuncian el 50 por ciento de las bebidas y el 2 por 1 en cócteles, que es lo que nos trajo a mí y a mi amigo aquí en este día en particular. El personal amable nos recibió y pedimos 3 madris a cobrar más de £ 20 hasta que señalamos su trato, a lo que redujeron el costo a £ 13 libras no el 50 por ciento como se anuncia. Siguiente 3 no hay números Luego pedimos a un Madrid y a un desesperado que se les pidiera 13 libras de nuevo tuvimos que señalar el trato y lo cambió a 10 y dijo oh perdón tienes razón pero el desesperado no estaba en el trato, a lo que mi amigo tuvo que señalar que estaba claramente establecido en el trato - de nuevo se reunió con euth disculpas y luego el trato fue concedido No puedo evitar pensar que esto es una estratagema para von people. Introduzca a la gente en el establecimiento y luego confíe en que la gente no conozca los tratos o que la gente se avergüence de señalar los errores. Aprecio que es una oferta increíble, pero no si el personal lo está ignorando A PROPÓSITO
