I have visited this venue twice a month or so for about three years. On every occasion the food has been super. However, for the first time ever, today I was let down. Soggy, off-white fish and at least half of the chips were inedible. Very disappointing. Certainly bad value at £40 or so. I'm wondering if there was a new chef working there today.

We went to Nando’s for lunch during a shopping trip in St George’s and Harrow. It was absolutely delicious, the Whole Chicken was delicious, tender and was cooked beautifully. The Chips were delicious and even better than other branches. The Mash was nice as well. The service was fantastic, the staff were polite and the service was really quick despite that the restaurant was super busy,I was expecting the service to be slow but the food turned out to come quickly. The restaurant was super busy,in fact so busy that there was a constant queue for ordering food and grabbing a table. There was a queue formed every 5 minutes. Fortunately if you are not able to get in there is plenty of choice for restaurants including Mcdonalds,Prezzo and Kokoro. There are restaurants in the St Anne’s Shopping centre and the High Street. Or there are 2 other Nando’s restaurants in Harrow. 1 in the High Street area and the other in South Harrow. The decor is nice,I love the paintings and the illustrations between the booths. I also like the backs to the seats where you wait for a table. The toilets are very clean too and nicely decorated. There is a padlock on the toilets but the good thing is that you can just open the door. Towards the end of the restaurant near where Mooboo is,I love the view outside the window. I would highly recommend the Nando’s in Harrow St George’s.

Visited this branch with my mother and two children and had a very pleasant experience. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. My son has a severe food allergy so eating out, at times, can be stressful, however, this was not the case at Nando's South Harrow. The manager, Klaudia, was thoughtful, considerate and very professional when taking my order, and I was left reassured that the correct allergen information had been shared with me. We were alo served by Rashid, who along with Klaudia and the rest of the Nando's team, made our dining experience a very enjoyable experience. Thank you to the Nando's S. Harrow team - we look forward to our next visit!

My husband ordered a burger. It came with a small amount of chips in an enamel mug. The chips were flabby, brown and virtually cold. The most shocking was his burger. It looked very unappetising, with melted cheese cemented to the top. It was so bad that my husband struggled to eat half of it, and only because he was hungry. For all intents and purposes, it looks either reheated or left under one of those restaurant counter heaters used to keep food hot. My shakshuka was fine. How difficult can it be to get a burger right?

Lived not far from this place for awhile but never been tempted to give it a shot. But having eaten recently at another Romanian place we both agreed to have some authentic food once again. Cheap decor, inside and outside seating (just two tables looking into a busy street). Shop next door by the look if it belongs to the same pace, so food is expected to be fresh. Waiting staff are all Romanian and do not speak much English. Manners would also do with some improving. You can't order from the table, but need to go to the counter and pay prior. Food is tasty and fresh looking. Very cheap. Some beer and wine available but that's it.
