The food is always on point at this branch, and as expected, it was spot on earlier this week when I went. But what really impressed me was the staff and the service here. They were so attentive, pro-active, accommodating and genuine. I truly did receive better and more personalised service here than I do at most sit down restaurants (including ones that charge for service!). What was even more impressive is that the whole team seemed to share the same enthusiasm and approach to service, which made you feel welcomed by everyone. I felt bad that there was no way to leave a tip without cash (I don’t really carry cash these days). I’m not sure who’s driving the focus on service at Nando’s South Harrow, but I’m impressed and this branch will definitely be my preferred location going forward. P.S. A special shout out to Rasheed (I hope that’s the correct name and/or spelling?) - they were our main server and they were awesome!

Well, what can one say apart from Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick. ALL the staff were amazing...esp Nick and the team we were introduced to. Flawless service. Our drinks were being refilled for us. Lovely conversations to check if we were enjoying the food, if there was anything else we needed. I truly believe feltham and hounslow branches could do with a master class from South Harrow. I will be returning. The food was cooked to perfection, and there was no dry grilled chicken here all saucy. Rice was fresh and soft. 11/10. They went over and beyond. Exceptional. These lot need a raise!

I normally like a good nandos, this one however served me stale olives... really stale and refused to give my money back even though they then said they had quite a few complaintsabout them earlier... So why were they still serving them??!!!! My wings were ok but my partners quarter chicken was so small and dry. It was like a poussin. Not impressed at all.

Nando’s in South Harrow is a great spot for delicious chicken at a reasonable price. The food is always cooked to perfection, with the signature Peri-Peri flavours that make it so tasty. Whether you like it mild or extra hot, there’s something for everyone. The service is quick and friendly, and the prices are fair for the quality of food you get. It’s definitely a go-to place if you’re in the mood for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

I always love coming to this specific Nando’s it’s got the nicest grilled chicken in my opinion and the service is above and beyond !! Have not been to Nando's for a while but were very happy that we did. The menu was simplified and much improvement with a good mix of chicken and vegetarian choices. For couples or families, the sharing platters offer the best value for money. There are bottomless options for soft drinks and ice-cream, great in the summer specially if calories are not your immediate concern. Ordering is straight forward via your phone using a QR code or the Nando's app. This reduces the waiting time for food ordering and paying the bills. Just hope that the service charge is included in the payment and it goes to the tips for the staff.

Has a lovely atmosphere when you walk in you feel welcome and every staff member is accommodating for any dietary requirements needed. Wheelchair accessible changing rooms are available on the first floor to make it easier access for parents disabled customers and has plenty of space to move around the restaurant safely

I’ve been ordering Nando’s from Deliveroo which the service has been very fast and prompt Juliana Has been excellent Manager I cannot eat breast meat only soft meat and I give her a call and call can I have two legs? At the same time she throws me in five wings. I currently soft meat not hard meat. She has excellent customer service could see she’s a great potential in Nando’s and an asset to the company. She listens to the client and the customer and provide whatever service that she can accommodate them, she’s a wonderful person. She also answered the phone with a great manner I believe She could bring a lot to Lando. I’ll be an excellent area manager providing your service great one of the best. I’ve been eating in Nando’s for nearly 20 years and I’ve never experience this kind of service. Juliana has provided the most beyond service as a person can think of, I would also leave a review on Deliveroo as I had ordered from Deliveroo Thank you so much and I wish you the very best and success in this company as you are a great acid to this company. I own the largest real estate in the world over 10,000 and I’m a customer who is very fussy but she was very friendly and excellent and provided with my needs thank you very much words cannot say , what experience I had but I know this much I had a wonderful meal and I really enjoyed myself. Food was very good! Could do with slightly more space. Only few situations I encountered were is upon entry, the lady seeing to us seemed quite rushed and stressed (understandable sometimes) and in a separate occasion, feel a lovely member of staff approached us approx 4 or 5 times to ask the same question over. Atmosphere, the place wasn't the most vibrant overall.

The food has always been fresh, hot and on the table in reasonable time. Probably one of the most consistent Nando’s chains out there. The staff are friendly and hospitable. However, the music is kind of loud so it makes it difficult to have conversations with people on your table. Shout out to Sushma for her great smile and positive attitude! Management staff were helpful too.

I recently visited Nando's South Harrow and had an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, Sushma greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout our meal. She truly made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Nick, the manager, was equally amazing. He checked in on us to make sure our dining experience was perfect, and his attention to detail was impressive. The food was perfect, with each dish cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was friendly and vibrant, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Everything we tried was absolutely yummy! Highly recommend this Nando's location for an exceptional dining experience. Thank you, Sushma and Nick, for making our visit so memorable! Will definitely recommend and come back.

Quick service, tasty and value for money, was what it was before. I've visited this branch and so many others of Nandos. But the 1/4 piece of chicken I got served on Wednesday 19.6.24, was extremely disappointing. My only mistake is I didn't take a pic of the plate, and I reported it half way through my meal. I ordered a leg piece, 1/4. It was ssoooooo tiny. I still started eating that maybe there is flesh, but most of it was fat and skin. Actual meat was barely anything and I mostly filled myself on chips.and coleslaw. When I reported to manager, he said its the standard size. Well I've eaten a lot of nandos and I know cost cutting means portion sizes have reduced, but this takes the cake. And of course he defended himself and their service saying I should have reported in beginning. Agreed, and hence putting it out here that I couldn't do much, but think twice before ordering a leg piece from Nando south harrow.

I placed a takeaway order at Nandos South Harrow. Part of my order was 10 chicken wings. I specifically requested that the wings were cooked throughly but not burnt. Upon reaching home & looking forward to a meal with my family only to discover that the wings were very under cooked. I rang Nandos & was first asked why didn't you look at your order, I ve never seen anyone open a Nandos takeaway to look at their chicken. Then Nick told me he spoke the order taker who cooked the chicken to order. If he did I wouldn't be on the phone complaining. He the tried to convince me that they use a special grill machine that cooks the chicken perfectly, which of course is a lie.I made it clear that they have a very unhappy customer on the phone but all Nick was able to offer was if returned the chicken he ll have a look the decide. The last thing I wanted to do is to get back in my car & drive 4 miles to argue about chicken wings. It sounds very petty its more the principle. Won't be going there again

I have to say out of all the Nando's I've been to this by far is the best one. It's not just a restaurant it's a family, we come here so regularly all the staff know us and look after us. I've never had an issue and if I did I have full confidence that the staff will look after us. The food is 10/10, and consistent MOST of all the staff. The Manager always takes the time to check in on us, but in such a genuine way, plays with the small one and feels part of the family. I love coming here. I cannot praise the staff enough, they work really hard ❤️❤️❤️

We visited Nandos tonight for dinner. I ordered some wings which unfortunately did not turn out the best, however, a lovely lady called Klaudia came up to us and checked if our food was up to standard. I did mention that everything was fine but the wings. Without further ado, she used her professional and quick witted manner, she went and made sure that my meal was perfect and brought me a fresh batch of wings. I want to thank you for your professionalism, care and attention to detail. Klaudia, you have made my day and I was very moved by your kindness and care. It goes a long way. The desert was delicious and much appreciated help with the desert, too. Klaudia is an asset to this Nandos, the place would certainly not be the same without you! Impeccable service from Jennelle after Nandos South Ruislip, Victoria street, were closed for the day! Dear Nando’s, We were served by the most gracious manager we’ve ever come across, Jennelle, who had to run a busy Friday night restaurant in South Harroe including deliveries with such fine hospitality skills. She lead her staff with a smile on her face and a stride in her step. She single handily managed two busy restaurant orders and I think she deserves a raise and recognition. Jennelle made our evening rememberable by providing excellent service and making sure that all her customers were satisfied and not waiting too long for their orders whilst delivering the usual ‘excellent’ Nandos service. It’s dedicated employees like Jennelle that keep you in business and grow your loyal customers. I don’t usually write reviews but she deserves one and more!

We visited on 10th of March 2024 (mother's day). A big guy, I believe he must be the manager, behaved very badly when I questioned why my food is getting late. I never saw such a staff in my life. He was so rude and stared at me. I'm pretty sure he would had beaten me if I said another word. We waited more than 45mins to get our food. We were initially told it will take about 15mins. Also my children were so hungry. Nandos was not busy when we walked in.

We came to South Harrow Nando’s and were blown away by the outstanding service provided by Nick who was the general manager on shift. I have never seen someone so positive and passionate about the service they are providing! Nick built rapport with every table and would help take sauce bottles away, refill drinks, ask if they would like dessert etc which made a huge difference to the quality of experience. He even went out of his way to make sure we still had hot food to eat when my partner ran out to move the car and then came over and recommended a special sauce that just brought our dinner to the next level. Above all it’s rare to meet someone in this industry who genuinely cares and I was so impressed to see how he lead by example, I can see why he has achieved the role he has!

Nick is doing a fabulous job keeping the store in shape. We often visit , today we even enjoyed our Free full whole chicken based on the rewards that Nando’s offer . We’ve had a sample of something new as well , it was refreshing to see they are looking for feedback on new dishes . The food arrived quick , it was hot it was fresh it was exactly what we ordered and we even had some frozen yogurt ! What’s not to like ! Get in for lunch or dinner when you are next around !

Met up with some friends at Nando’s South Harrow at 7pm, ordering started off with there’s a 40min wait for chicken…..question why has Nando got no chicken ready( that’s all they serve isn’t it), anyway as i was having a catch up with friends, 40min wait was manageable, placed my order at 7.33pm and sat back down…..we got chatting and thought waited for our food to arrive, after 45 mins the 5 of us managed to catch up and we realised our food had not arrived. So we waited, during this waiting time not one member of staff came over to ask if we had ordered or if we were okay or needed anything. We’ve now been waiting an hour and we still had not received our food, so I went up to ask what was going on, spoke to the Manager Alma who seemed out of her depth, and flustered, she stated the system bumped our order, which I couldn’t understand why, people who came in after us were eating at this point which she couldn’t explain, one of her staff members stated they were waiting for wings, but that’s was only a fraction of the order, it appeared they had some sort of mix up and at some point our food must have gone to table 6 when we were table 16, so table 6 probably returned the food as it was not what they ordered. While talking to the manager another member of staff had brought over one of the meals with cold chips and proceeded to argue with my friend when she asked for the chips to be replaced…so rude. In the meantime I was still talking to the manager who just kept saying i understand your frustration, but not making any ahead way to resolving the current issue…we finally get our food almost and an hour an a half late with no apology. It was absolute chaos in the cooking area, I am sure if the system bumps an order you still have the paper receipts to fulfil your customer orders, it appeared that there was no issues with the online orders as they were flying out the door. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in a restaurant as I did on 26th January, once your seated the staff have no interest in serving you, they have plenty of time to stand around and chat and for the amount of staff standing around the food area I couldn’t comprehend how they messed up our order so badly, so 2 were eating so their food didn’t get cold while the other 3 were still waiting. The icing on the cake at the end of the evening is there were 3 of us who waited over an hour and 15 mins for our meals, so when we were leaving we spoke to Alma again, who proceeded to state I understand your frustration again, and the offered a gift card to 1 of the 3 but not the other 2. How do you make an offer 1 o a party and not the other 2 who were also impacted and were the last to receive their food. Nando’s head office needs to do branch reviews and assess their managers and their need for customer service training. Absolute shocking service in all areas, will not be visiting that branch again.

Its been 2 years i am visiting this branch but recently been six month from now their services are not as same as those were used to be….they do not care their customers complains abt food or services or late serving ……. Ordering from phone specially a big order make customer service ppl confused and they will bring ur order in ages like they dont believe u can order that much and its happend to me almost every 2 out of 3 times ………..nandos is famously for their customer services and they are lacking in it now……..well for food i would give them 3 out 5 bcz they serve u cold and always have issues with the stcoks.

Been going to Nando’s for as long as I remember, but the experience I had today was completely appalling !! Firstly I was informed I cannot place an order at the till as I have the Nando’s app so i went on the app to place my order after placing the order I realised I had made a mistake on the online order through the Nando’s app and immediately I went to the counter for assistance as to how we can work this out, to my surprise I was informed by a staff member named (NIk) that nothing can be done and “ it is what it is “ I found this experience incredibly insulting as the member of staff named above assumed it was to do with money for which I wanted to make a change in my order !!! I would like to request the concerned department at Nando’s to kindly get back to me with an appropriate explanation as to why I was not allowed to edit or change my order while I was at your restaurant. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Terrible experience twice! Never again. Food is overpriced, small portions and the wait is sooooooo long. First time waited nearly 40 mins for chicken and veg. Second time ordered just desserts and they took ages too. Service is very slow, clearly understaffing issues and they’re not proactive I had to go and ask few times before getting food ready. And after all that when I saw the portions I felt ripped off. For my kids I ordered a more expensive choice realised it’s a tiny piece of chicken breast cut in 4, a small portion of chips and one sweetcorn. For myself arrived a tiny piece of chicken breast, a tiny side salad and a handful of broccoli: I left hungry… (paid nearly £30 for that meal) I could see some of the staff clearly were trying their best and rush through orders but clearly they need to get more staff as it’s not nice for a customer to be left alone and waiting ages without any news. Won’t go Nando’s again, overrated chain of restaurants, there are other places who does decent chicken with better portions and better prices!

Been to nandos more times then i can possibly count, but never have i ever had an experience like this. Nick was absolutely amazing, he is probably the nicest person i have ever come across. he was so attentive and can not stress enough how lovely he was. the food was really good as well, but the team just made everything so much nicer. Very professional and friendly staff who welcomed us with enthusiasm and offers of latest menu items. Food service was prompt and staff checked on us a couple of times during dining to make sure everything was ok. All was topped off by a cheery and positive 'goodbye'. One point for improvement however, will be to freshen up the smell of the seating area near the toilets- quite musty and strong trace of industrial cleaning chemicals. Barring that, will definitely recommend this Nandos branch for the staff service.

There was a really nice waitress that was so friendly, accommodating and she really made our dining experience 1st, class , the chicken was perfectly grilled , there was 10 of us and everybody ate well and enjoyed a great time and don't get started on the beautifully layered cheesecake 😋😋😋😋👌

Hats off to you guys. I've been going to Nandos for over 10 years and never have I ever had a chicken this juicy from Nandos. Sagar and Harsh, absolute killers on the grill!! Not only the food but superb Customer Service like I've never seen before. You can tell there's been a change of management. You could feel the positive vibe of the team. I would have never expected this from a chain. Keep it up guys, seriously well done.

I went on Friday night and they said it was a 25 minute wait due to a backlog in the kitchen, this was fine. I have a crutch as I’ve injured my ankle and tables became empty as people left but they left us waiting at the front. It wasn’t until we went and asked to be sat down that they seated us, not impressed. The staff were overwhelmed, not attentive and the food was cold! I’m surprised as when I’ve been in the past it’s been much better.

Haven’t been to this Nando’s years and years. Much improved, the waiters all attentive and very helpful. Best service by a long shot. Atmosphere was family orientated in this evening I went and very pleasant. No rowdy kids/teenagers. Food very good... I got meal platter and don’t like fact they removed the drinks in this meal.

Arrived @ 21:40 told not allowed to eat in as closed at 10pm. Asked for takeaway, literally everything we asked for wasn’t available. Manager was extremely rude with it. Then by the time we had got home, the food was diabolical, and was subsequently thrown away. This particular Nando’s needs a visit from head office. Very problematic part of the chain unfortunately.

Most rude manager ever. I have been coming to this Nando’s since last 14 years and today the manager was extremely mean with outrageous attitude. There were two empty tables but still asked us to wait . Didn’t even greet nicely at all. Upon asking will it actually take u 10 mins to clean a table he refused to serve us and said u can go and eat at any other place. He decided it literally in 30 seconds that he wouldn’t serve me while I had children with me. He had no courtesy and had an intimidating attitude rather I would say an attacking attitude. I been coming to this place since years and staff and service had always been top notch. Today the service from welcome till refusal was really disappointing .

I had a delicious cod in batter and chips. The fish was tasty and the chips were served freshly cooked so nice and hot. My mother had the grilled skate and chips plus a nice salad. She absolutely loved her meal but couldn’t finish all the chips. We both had a shandy to drink seeing as it was such a hot summer’s day. So all-in-all a great lunch. Staff were very friendly and service was good. It’s a shame I live abroad otherwise I would definitely come to Sea Pebbles more often!
