Local Nando’s for us, the service and food is always exceptional. We were served by Philipe today, who was very welcoming and had such a positive energy - thank you so much Philipe 👍🏻

Local Nandos, best one alongside baker street Nandos. Quality has always been good. Always perfectly cooked, fresh and warm. Fast service.

A wonderful thanks to Atu+Mai for the great customer service that was delivered. The food was fresh and well prepared they makes the atmosphere felt positive and my little one enjoyed the food too. My family and I will visit again.

Food arrived freezing cold. Advised Manager we were disappointed and unsatisfied with the food and wouldn't be returning. The Manager shruĝged her shoulders and said okay. Made no attempt to apologise or make any gesture of customer service or satisfaction. The restaurant was not very busy clearly Nando,s can afford to lose customers.

The service is so good here, the staff are all really friendly and accommodating. It was busy but our food came promptly. The food was cooked well, honestly couldn’t fault it. One of the best Nando’s I have been to, I usually go to the one in St George’s but would recommend this one as it is overall a lot better.

This is my local Nando’s and it never disappoints!! Today I came with my team (around 10 of us) and was served by Rhys who was so so lovely, accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was fab as well and came super quick. I’ve visited all three Nando’s branches in Harrow, and Station Road stands out with that extra wow factor. The staff here are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. As a fussy eater who likes to customise how my food is cooked, I really appreciate that they get it right the first time—unlike at other locations, where I often have to send my food back for extra grilling. A special shoutout to Charlotte and her team for not only running a smooth operation but also giving back to the community. Their support of local charities and efforts to provide food to those on low incomes are inspiring. I’ve seen firsthand how this kind of outreach uplifts people and makes them feel valued. Charlotte is hands-on, always engaging warmly with customers, and clearly leads by example. Irena also deserves recognition for her exceptional service—she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Frankly…. Well done to the whole team!! This branch truly sets the standard.

I requested to add mayo in my chicken wrap and they said no. Then I said I always get this at the restaurant they said they’re not allowed to do that. I’ve been going to Nandos for a decade and I have the same order all the time but for some reason when I requested it the same for my delivery order at the Harrow Station Rd branch they were saying “NO”. Giving me a very hard time on the phone when it’s a simple request. The service over the phone was awful.

We had amazing service from Atanun and Rhys today! Guys thank you so much for making our dinner experience the best one. Rhys helped us move to a more accommodating table as my grandma needed to sit in a place with better accessibility and Atanun helped my mum with her excellent menu recommendations as she's a vegetarian. I ordered the half chicken with medium spice, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The peri-peri sauce options are a highlight, allowing diners to customize their heat levels. The sides were equally impressive; the spicy rice and garlic bread complemented the chicken beautifully. Service was prompt and friendly, with staff members eager to help with menu recommendations. However, I did notice a slight delay in getting our drinks, which was a minor hiccup in an otherwise smooth experience. The only reason I’m giving Nando's four stars instead of five is the pricing. While the food quality is excellent, it can be a bit on the higher side for what you get, especially for sides. A few more options at a lower price point would be appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Nando's for anyone looking for a flavorful meal in a lively setting. I will definitely be returning for more of that delicious chicken!

My visit to Nando’s on Station Road was made exceptional by Charlotte, whose warm and attentive service elevated the entire experience. From the friendly greeting to her genuine care in ensuring everything was perfect, Charlotte went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The food, as always, was delicious and served hot, but it was her professionalism and positive attitude that truly stood out. Her dedication to great service made my meal all the more enjoyable, and I highly recommend visiting this Nando’s for both the fantastic food and Charlotte’s outstanding hospitality.

I indulged a fantastic meal which included: the Fino Pitta burger (featuring the limited-edition Fanta flavour, chose to go with chicken thighs instead of breast), paired with sweet potato wedges, coleslaw, and perfectly toasted garlic bread. The coleslaw was a bit too tangy for my taste, but everything else was spot on. Service was excellent, and the quiet midday atmosphere made for a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommend!

Was served cold chicken and the ‘manager’ was not apologetic but acted like she’s doing ME A FAVOUR. When I am the one being served inedible. I have no idea how that woman still has her job

The world’s best Nando’s. A big shout out to manager Charlotte who has provided the best level of customer service I have ever experienced. Nikita was such a lovely server!

I was seated immediately, at the speed of light, I could see the gamma rays passing me by. In the blink of an eye I got me food and at first sniff I howled at the full moon. When my Fino pitta hit my tongue my taste buds burst (in a good way). The peri peri flavour dance tantalisingly on my tongue and I then did a little wiggle. The nandos team were extra hot and definitely set my nandos experience on fire #itwaslit🔥. After a harrowing experience at nandos Uxbridge this is what I needed to revitalise my love for a cheeky nandos
