Me and my kids had an incredible experience at Nando's, thanks to Zahra's exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and guided me through the menu with great enthusiasm. Zahra's attentiveness ensured that my order was perfect, and she checked in regularly to make sure I was enjoying my meal. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care made my visit memorable. Service, delivery, taste were spot. Attu, the waitress was equally professional, friendly with a warm smile and very good.

Me and my friend came to this restaurant for a catch up, however the people at front of house were very rude.They were talking negatively about customers as they were leaving and also customers calling in and enquiring about this restaurant. I don’t have anything bad too say about the food and wait time but the front of house people were ridiculously rude and will never come back here!

Nando's at the Harrow Station Road is an okay place to dine. The choice of seasonings is great however the food itself is a bit dry. The staff can do better as the customer service here is almost non-existent. I'd like to have my order taken as opposed to putting my card details on the website and ordering using my phone.

Obviously not my first time at nandos but found the experience very unremarkable. The meal took a long time to come out and by the time it did just found chicken pitta quite bland despite ordering hot, even with the additional sauces. Nandos has gone downhill in recent years with high prices and average foods, would rather get some random off brand than nandos.

Good food, prices have increased a lot for chicken, music very loud.

Received yesterday's tasteless chicken, dry chips, limp broccoli and slimy coleslaw. Won't be surprised if I fall sick. Opt for the St George's Nandos if you can (it wasn't available for delivery on this occasion), much better food there.

Nando’s Harrow is my go to retreat, as the service is sublime thanks to Manuel who is a star member of the staff. He always takes care of our family and is extremely efficient. Well done to team Nando’s Harrow

When it's not busy it's got great food. When it's very busy, as it often is, the food quality dips a bit but still good.

My experience here was amazing I loved the food and the atmosphere. A waiter named Alan was also very polite and had amazing customer service, made everything 10x better!!

Was in a few weeks ago wife had a veggie burger with cheese and pinapple asked for it to be plane with no sauces mayo or anything just as it is . Due to a citrus allergy as their mayo etc contains citrus. They bought it out with the mayo / coleslaw. Told a member of staff . They returned it back a few moments later and all they did was just scrape the coleslaw/ mayo off the pita . Glad we had an epipen with us

Had a really lovely time at Harrow Nando’s. Mal, miso and all the staff were lovely. Food was delicious and arrived on time. They’ve nailed the food and the customer service. The only thing this restaurant needs to do is pay attention to the music volume which was unbearably loud and the toilet which was quite dirty. So not fully a five star. Next time I visit which is next month, I’d like to see that this restaurant has listened to this feedback and taken action.

You can’t go wrong with nandos can you.. the new management and staff are great! Big thanks to Manu for welcoming us with such great hospitality and took good care of us. Will be visiting again soon!!

Not just another nandos. Very professional and friendly staff served by who I believe was the shift manager Kini hope I got her name, correct excellent service and people skills.

The food came really quick. All the machines were working great, everything was easy and accessible. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, including one called Erica. Erica was very thoughtful and bubbly, and made our lunch much better.

The customer service was amazing. Manuel was really friendly at the till area, he was very kind and helpful. Attu was very good at costumer service and asked us if we anything and everything OK. Overall a very good experience

People were vaping inside on table 11. Thankfully the lady serving the section told them to stop. Maybe it should be made clear that vaping indoors is not allowed? The food was amazing, my daughter, niece and nephew enjoyed it! Thank you.

Very cosy atmosphere, we had a nice window seat upstairs. Welcoming and highly attentive service from our two servers Manu and Attu. Paired with the consistently good food it made for a lovely evening with the family. Would definitely return.

Delicious food, always my favourite place to go out for dinner. The grilled peri-peri chicken was amazing as always, the halloumi sticks are a great starter as well. Manu and Irini were very helpful getting the nine of us a table and sang Happy Birthday. The chicken is Halal

We were defo one of the last customers and she accommodated us SO well like I can’t explain how that was the definition of above and beyond. The girl at the front was new and clueless, someone had to help her at the till and she got my order completely wrong. So dissapointing as on the receipt the wrong order was noted down. Please train your staff because this was extremely annoying as someone who loves to come to this nandos often with family. The wifi was also down which led me to order at the till, if your wifi was working i wouldve had my order correct and not been confronted with this issue in the first place

I recently dined at Nando's and had a fantastic experience. Alaan was a standout, providing great entertainment and jokes that really made the meal enjoyable. Oana and Ericka were also wonderful, engaging in friendly conversation and making me feel welcome. The food was delicious and served promptly by Alaan. Overall, Alaan, Oana, and Ericka made my visit exceptional. Highly recommend!

Good food, great customer service, Attu(trainee) was awesome, always around with a beautiful smile. Enjoyed our dinner.

We had an amazing time at Nando’s. We come to Nando’s quite frequently but one of the waitresses Attu was so attentive and she made our time at Nando’s really special!

Great tasting food, and the both the person who showed us in and the man at the till were excellent, particularly as they immediately asked about allergies, and the man behind the desk took that information and showed me each component of the dish, making me mentally comfortable to eat. Food was relatively fast and delicious. Much better managed than the South Harrow branch in my honest opinion, and the venue itself is more nicer

This Nando’s is one of our repeat haunts when we’re in Harrow - and it’s halal so a bonus! We ordered our meals via the web app which was convenient. The table service was efficient (despite it being fairly busy) and the staff were attentive to my friend’s request for extra marinade on her chicken. The only thing that negatively impacted my experience was this: when I was at the counter to place a separate takeaway order there was one server at the till; a couple behind me then cut the queue and rushed past me to the counter when they saw another till cashier appear, and the original server told his colleague that he would be the only one taking orders (which was fine) but then proceeded to start helping the couple who’d cut in front of me and ignored that I’d been standing in front waiting to be served. I spoke up to remind him that I’d been waiting in line first, but I shouldn’t have had to do that frankly. That’s the reason I’ve given one less star.

Wow, this is the first time I try this place and I thought it was like others, but it turns out that they can't be on the same page. Should I start about the deliciousness of their food (and sauces) or the beauty of the decor?deserves all the fame. The chicken is halal. I've asked them.

Really bad service. Ordered online inside the restaurant on the QR code as per the instructions of the staff and the order didn’t even go through apparently despite me receiving a confirmation email. Waited 30 minutes with no staff asking any questions until I followed up with it. Staff clearly asleep during their shifts.

Nice halal Nando’s in a good location at the centre of Harrow. Service was very nice and was asked multiple times if we need anything. Was provided with extra sauce, cutlery and cups when requested. We enjoyed the fino pitta, and the new flavour wild herb. Will definitely be back.

I have been to this place before and it was great. But yesterday OMG, I asked for my wings not to be scored to dark. And they came very dark. Waitress was not nice at all she was yelling at the staff and the staff was throwing things aggressive after she did that. No wonder the place has gone to the dogs if the staff are being treated like one. I told them to take them back because they said they cook all wings this way. They gave us the money back for the wings but then I saw them scrape those same wings back into the chicken heater to be grilled again for another customer. Never again

I'm a Portuguese citizen, and I like to eat at Nando's.. but last time, my wife and I, we ordered an ice cream yoghurt but the machine was broken. They give us a normal one. Nando'S should try to make an extra new recipe and expand the menu.

I was treated in a way as if they were giving me free food out of pity not as if I had paid £50 for a meal a very bad experience I personally do not recommend who does not know how to respect their customers

We have been served by Mal, he was polite and friendly. Served with a smile and respect. He gave us the choices if sauces unlike the Nandos St George's Harrow. Would like to give him a special thanks, because he deserves it.

Absolute rip off. We order rogani naan and cheese naan and it was literally a thick roti. Nowhere near naan or what they show in picture. Complete waste of money, 0 recommendation

Visited this branch of Nandos with a large family group for a family dinner. Firstly, probably the only branch when going as a group who even entertain the conversation to book ahead (big tick) as most of the local and in particular Halal branches do not let you or even give an indication of what time may have more space. The service here from the manager to our server (Mayur) was by far the best we have had in the years of eating at Nando's. Very friendly, very flexible, accommodating and when we did get delays with the food arriving, staff came and updated us and looked after us with some added items. Definitely would go again and hopefully see the same team. Kitchen staff cooking the food doing a great job for sure as everything was very good throughout. Thank you Mayur, you were brilliant and your manager too. Thank you

No 2 Nando’s are the same… Do yourself a favour and avoid this one. It’s hard to rate the food because we never actually got the chance to eat any. 45 mins waiting for our order, only to find out it’s been sat on the kitchen counter for 20 of those mins. Surely the staff thought best to apologise and cook us new plates of food? Nope. Dry, cold, congealed chicken served after 45 mins. No thanks. And just to rub salt into the wounds, they didn’t even comp us the drink we had whilst waiting for the food. Nice one.
