The food came really quick. All the machines were working great, everything was easy and accessible. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, including one called Erica. Erica was very thoughtful and bubbly, and made our lunch much better.

Not just another nandos. Very professional and friendly staff served by who I believe was the shift manager Kini hope I got her name, correct excellent service and people skills.

The customer service was amazing. Manuel was really friendly at the till area, he was very kind and helpful. Attu was very good at costumer service and asked us if we anything and everything OK. Overall a very good experience

The service was exceptional! Manu was incredibly helpful, and Russel ensured our food and orders were perfect. Irini welcomed us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. Kudos to Deep, Pradeep, and Pier for the amazing food. Special thanks to Omar for his kindness and assistance. A fantastic experience all around!

People were vaping inside on table 11. Thankfully the lady serving the section told them to stop. Maybe it should be made clear that vaping indoors is not allowed? The food was amazing, my daughter, niece and nephew enjoyed it! Thank you.

Delicious food, always my favourite place to go out for dinner. The grilled peri-peri chicken was amazing as always, the halloumi sticks are a great starter as well. Manu and Irini were very helpful getting the nine of us a table and sang Happy Birthday. The chicken is Halal

Very cosy atmosphere, we had a nice window seat upstairs. Welcoming and highly attentive service from our two servers Manu and Attu. Paired with the consistently good food it made for a lovely evening with the family. Would definitely return.

The girl at the front was new and clueless, someone had to help her at the till and she got my order completely wrong. So dissapointing as on the receipt the wrong order was noted down. Please train your staff because this was extremely annoying as someone who loves to come to this nandos often with family. The wifi was also down which led me to order at the till, if your wifi was working i wouldve had my order correct and not been confronted with this issue in the first place

I recently dined at Nando's and had a fantastic experience. Alaan was a standout, providing great entertainment and jokes that really made the meal enjoyable. Oana and Ericka were also wonderful, engaging in friendly conversation and making me feel welcome. The food was delicious and served promptly by Alaan. Overall, Alaan, Oana, and Ericka made my visit exceptional. Highly recommend!

Good food, great customer service, Attu(trainee) was awesome, always around with a beautiful smile. Enjoyed our dinner.

We had an amazing time at Nando’s. We come to Nando’s quite frequently but one of the waitresses Attu was so attentive and she made our time at Nando’s really special!

Great tasting food, and the both the person who showed us in and the man at the till were excellent, particularly as they immediately asked about allergies, and the man behind the desk took that information and showed me each component of the dish, making me mentally comfortable to eat. Food was relatively fast and delicious. Much better managed than the South Harrow branch in my honest opinion, and the venue itself is more nicer

This Nando’s is one of our repeat haunts when we’re in Harrow - and it’s halal so a bonus! We ordered our meals via the web app which was convenient. The table service was efficient (despite it being fairly busy) and the staff were attentive to my friend’s request for extra marinade on her chicken. The only thing that negatively impacted my experience was this: when I was at the counter to place a separate takeaway order there was one server at the till; a couple behind me then cut the queue and rushed past me to the counter when they saw another till cashier appear, and the original server told his colleague that he would be the only one taking orders (which was fine) but then proceeded to start helping the couple who’d cut in front of me and ignored that I’d been standing in front waiting to be served. I spoke up to remind him that I’d been waiting in line first, but I shouldn’t have had to do that frankly. That’s the reason I’ve given one less star.

Wow, this is the first time I try this place and I thought it was like others, but it turns out that they can't be on the same page. Should I start about the deliciousness of their food (and sauces) or the beauty of the decor?deserves all the fame. The chicken is halal. I've asked them.

Really bad service. Ordered online inside the restaurant on the QR code as per the instructions of the staff and the order didn’t even go through apparently despite me receiving a confirmation email. Waited 30 minutes with no staff asking any questions until I followed up with it. Staff clearly asleep during their shifts.

Chicken was delicious as always, grilled tasty flavour. One of the things we really like about going to Nando's is we don't deal with the 12.5% service charge that all the restaurants are adding to the bill, well done Nando's 💕

Nice halal Nando’s in a good location at the centre of Harrow. Service was very nice and was asked multiple times if we need anything. Was provided with extra sauce, cutlery and cups when requested. We enjoyed the fino pitta, and the new flavour wild herb. Will definitely be back.

I have been to this place before and it was great. But yesterday OMG, I asked for my wings not to be scored to dark. And they came very dark. Waitress was not nice at all she was yelling at the staff and the staff was throwing things aggressive after she did that. No wonder the place has gone to the dogs if the staff are being treated like one. I told them to take them back because they said they cook all wings this way. They gave us the money back for the wings but then I saw them scrape those same wings back into the chicken heater to be grilled again for another customer. Never again

I'm a Portuguese citizen, and I like to eat at Nando's.. but last time, my wife and I, we ordered an ice cream yoghurt but the machine was broken. They give us a normal one. Nando'S should try to make an extra new recipe and expand the menu.

I was treated in a way as if they were giving me free food out of pity not as if I had paid £50 for a meal a very bad experience I personally do not recommend who does not know how to respect their customers

Absolute rip off. We order rogani naan and cheese naan and it was literally a thick roti. Nowhere near naan or what they show in picture. Complete waste of money, 0 recommendation

Visited this branch of Nandos with a large family group for a family dinner. Firstly, probably the only branch when going as a group who even entertain the conversation to book ahead (big tick) as most of the local and in particular Halal branches do not let you or even give an indication of what time may have more space. The service here from the manager to our server (Mayur) was by far the best we have had in the years of eating at Nando's. Very friendly, very flexible, accommodating and when we did get delays with the food arriving, staff came and updated us and looked after us with some added items. Definitely would go again and hopefully see the same team. Kitchen staff cooking the food doing a great job for sure as everything was very good throughout. Thank you Mayur, you were brilliant and your manager too. Thank you

No 2 Nando’s are the same… Do yourself a favour and avoid this one. It’s hard to rate the food because we never actually got the chance to eat any. 45 mins waiting for our order, only to find out it’s been sat on the kitchen counter for 20 of those mins. Surely the staff thought best to apologise and cook us new plates of food? Nope. Dry, cold, congealed chicken served after 45 mins. No thanks. And just to rub salt into the wounds, they didn’t even comp us the drink we had whilst waiting for the food. Nice one.

One of the better Nando's franchises, where Customer Service and Food Quality is important to the team. This was reflected on my recent visit, where we were looked after by Mihaela. She was very friendly and welcoming and prompt in her interactions with us. Our order was delivered promptly and the chicken was cooked properly.

Overall good service, it was very busy when ordering food but the queue went down after 15-20min. Food was delicious as always and this Nandos is halal. Only issue is no parking Infront of the restaurant because it's on the high street, upstairs looked very decorative but didn't want to wait any longer for food so I sat right next to the kitchen. It was a bit hot until the window was open and the fresh air came in and after extra hot peri peri sauce hitting me I needed some air. Enjoyed very much, will revisit again when I go around harrow.

I only ever tend to write reviews if the food/service was super good or terrible. Tonight the service was brilliant, all the staff were genuinely nice and smiley, yet not over baring. My mum said she’d had the best chicken livers she’s ever had from Nando’s yet. Great service and great food! I hadn’t gone to this Nando’s in a long while because the food used to be bad and the service not so great… but tonight changed my mind! The place was also clean and tidy. Thank you :)

At Nando, Nandina added to our dining experience. She was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious, every time. Nandina's awesome service really made the whole meal extra special. In a world where service with a smile is hard to come by, she stood out with a great attitude. I was at this restaurant with my wife and we ordered as a starters we had sweet potatoes and the sauce came like empty not even half. And i asked one guy to fill it he called the manager Short slim blonde women , who was the rudeness person i have ever seen her communication was like she hasn’t been even to primary school. Told me to pay 1£ to fill it otherwise thats the standard cup sauce . Told her you need to correct your communication skills and talk to people nicely. Told me to leave the restaurant and proceeded the refund . Took the untouched food and throw it in the rubbish bins 0 respect.

You can never go wrong with a cheeky Nando's. I went for the chicken thighs with a coleslaw and chips. I don't think I will get that again as I prefer the half chicken personally. Flavour wise Nando's is so unique and distinctive and you simply can't go wrong with a health grilled chicken. The atmosphere was good and the staff were very friendly. Overall a good restaurant but parking can be hard to find

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A very worthy 5 star review with special mention to Manuel and Felipe. We came here after a local activity to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. The service was amazing, everyone was really accommodating and the staff even gathered around to sing happy birthday along with her friends. The food was excellent, one of best tasting nandos. Everything came quickly and together and feeds off the fire! Thank you to everyone for making it a great day!

tbis was my first ever time trying Nando’s and honestly im disappointed. i ordered the sunset chicken burger and as I took my first bite it was raw. I further inspected the burger and all throughout it was pink. I was hesitant on telling the manager but when I did he simply said “I promise it’s cooked.” And when my cousin asked if he could remake it he said it was “cooked so no need to”. I normally don’t write reviews how ever this was my first experience of something like this.
