Great service fab food. The service is exactly what you would expect and it has improved in the last years post COVID. Excellent

Absolutely disgusting service! The manager was so rude and acting like she’s doing everyone a favour by doing her job!!! Was served cold chicken and the ‘manager’ was not apologetic but acted like she’s doing ME A FAVOUR. When I am the one being served inedible. I have no idea how that woman still has her job

I indulged a fantastic meal which included: the Fino Pitta burger (featuring the limited-edition Fanta flavour, chose to go with chicken thighs instead of breast), paired with sweet potato wedges, coleslaw, and perfectly toasted garlic bread. The coleslaw was a bit too tangy for my taste, but everything else was spot on. Service was excellent, and the quiet midday atmosphere made for a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommend!

The world’s best Nando’s. A big shout out to manager Charlotte who has provided the best level of customer service I have ever experienced. Food is sublime and arrived on time and cooked to perfection. Staff also served with a smile and were so welcoming and professional. Definitely the best Nando’s I’ve ever been to. Already can’t wait to come back!

I was seated immediately, at the speed of light, I could see the gamma rays passing me by. In the blink of an eye I got me food and at first sniff I howled at the full moon. When my Fino pitta hit my tongue my taste buds burst (in a good way). The peri peri flavour dance tantalisingly on my tongue and I then did a little wiggle. The nandos team were extra hot and definitely set my nandos experience on fire #itwaslit🔥. After a harrowing experience at nandos Uxbridge this is what I needed to revitalise my love for a cheeky nandos

Excellent service and food! Everything was fresh and delicious, with a lovely warm atmosphere. The manager was particularly attentive, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy!

All parts of the chicken are reliably tasty, the mac and cheese is delicious and the variety of sauces are bound to satisf everyone. Our server Emanuel was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was comfortable too

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Amazing Food and Friendly Service!” I had an excellent experience at Nando’s! The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The PERi-PERi chicken was tender and juicy, and the sides were fresh and tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive Erica and Charlotte are wonderful making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for more!

It's Nandos...it does exactly what it says on the tin. A smaller branch but there is also seating upstairs. The staff are friendly.

Me and my friend came to this restaurant for a catch up, however the people at front of house were very rude.They were talking negatively about customers as they were leaving and also customers calling in and enquiring about this restaurant. I don’t have anything bad too say about the food and wait time but the front of house people were ridiculously rude and will never come back here!

Nando's at the Harrow Station Road is an okay place to dine. The choice of seasonings is great however the food itself is a bit dry. The staff can do better as the customer service here is almost non-existent. I'd like to have my order taken as opposed to putting my card details on the website and ordering using my phone.

Obviously not my first time at nandos but found the experience very unremarkable. The meal took a long time to come out and by the time it did just found chicken pitta quite bland despite ordering hot, even with the additional sauces. Nandos has gone downhill in recent years with high prices and average foods, would rather get some random off brand than nandos.

Received yesterday's tasteless chicken, dry chips, limp broccoli and slimy coleslaw. Won't be surprised if I fall sick. Opt for the St George's Nandos if you can (it wasn't available for delivery on this occasion), much better food there.
