This restaurant offers an ideal atmosphere when it is not busy as it is a relatively smaller restaurant. Experienced wonderful service from staff as usual when visiting Nandos restaurants. In particular, I appreciate the service received from Atu, who served the food.

Ordered chicken which showed pink meat and when my daughter peeled back some skin there was a purple, wet jiggly mushy part. Unfortunately, after having eaten some…and a few hours later became ill leading to severe nausea. This is ongoing at the time of writing. She wanted me to post this. My daughter is 14, and traumatised by this. Do better Nando’s, this is unacceptable…and to be honest, quite shocking and scary!

Absolutely disgusting service! The manager was so rude and acting like she’s doing everyone a favour by doing her job!!! Was served cold chicken and the ‘manager’ was not apologetic but acted like she’s doing ME A FAVOUR. When I am the one being served inedible. I have no idea how that woman still has her job

I indulged a fantastic meal which included: the Fino Pitta burger (featuring the limited-edition Fanta flavour, chose to go with chicken thighs instead of breast), paired with sweet potato wedges, coleslaw, and perfectly toasted garlic bread. The coleslaw was a bit too tangy for my taste, but everything else was spot on. Service was excellent, and the quiet midday atmosphere made for a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommend!

The world’s best Nando’s. A big shout out to manager Charlotte who has provided the best level of customer service I have ever experienced. Food is sublime and arrived on time and cooked to perfection. Staff also served with a smile and were so welcoming and professional. Definitely the best Nando’s I’ve ever been to. Already can’t wait to come back!

I was seated immediately, at the speed of light, I could see the gamma rays passing me by. In the blink of an eye I got me food and at first sniff I howled at the full moon. When my Fino pitta hit my tongue my taste buds burst (in a good way). The peri peri flavour dance tantalisingly on my tongue and I then did a little wiggle. The nandos team were extra hot and definitely set my nandos experience on fire #itwaslit🔥. After a harrowing experience at nandos Uxbridge this is what I needed to revitalise my love for a cheeky nandos

Quite frankly I’ve never been so disappointed with a Nando’s! It started when the wrong starter was bought over, it was actually 2 tables away, they then took it away and took it to the right table which personally was a hygiene issue, I could’ve sneezed on it and the people who ate it would never of known! When our starters were finally bought 1 of them was cold, 1 one of them had blatantly been sitting on the side because it was freezing, when the mains came out, the rice was cold and hard, the wrap was barely lukewarm, the only reason I ate some of it was because I was absolutely starving! During the wait for the main I could see someone with a name similar to Georgia or something along them lines cuddling another member of staff which is quite frankly unprofessional! I also noticed that a ‘fire exit’ was completely blocked with a shutter down over it and no way of immediately opening it in an emergency and just to top it all off there was a freezing cold air con unit just right of our heads making our food even colder than it already was. What a complete let down!

The PERi-PERi chicken was tender and juicy, and the sides were fresh and tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive Erica and Charlotte are wonderful making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal. It's Nandos...it does exactly what it says on the tin. A smaller branch but there is also seating upstairs. The staff are friendly.
