Nando's Harrow St George in Harrow

The chicken was very dry and cold, I’ve told the waiter about it and he didn’t had any opinion or reaction.

I went in and saw the Caesar salad was back on the menu so ordered that for myself .When it came it just looked like lots of leaves .It didn’t match the description and it’s totally different to the one that used to be served before covid .Here’s the description on the Nandos menu “ Crunchy lettuce and Nando’s pulled chicken in a creamy, garlicky sauce. Tossed with spring onions, lightly salted pitta croutons and grated Grana Padano cheese, with a drizzle of Lemon & Herb PERi-PERi” what I received was a pile of leaves some flat croutons and the most minute bit of grated cheese no dressing and a bit of cold nasty looking chicken .The server that I called across called the manager Dominic and when we tried to explain he went straight into “you know better “ and obviously I do !!! I explained very politely that this is not like it used to be or even acceptable as a Caesar salad in any shape or form He atleast admitted there was no dressing and went off in a huff spoke to the people in the kitchen and then we saw him bin it .He never came back to apologise but another manger called Bart came and was very understanding and polite and listed to us without any judgement .He said he would credit my credit card but it would take Atleast 5 days which I think is really awful and Nandos need to sort this out immediately.The rest of the food that came was as tasty as aways .I hope Dominic gets a lesson on being polite from Bart and Nandos sends him for some courses in learning good manners !!!!

Love this Nando’s and I’ve been to loads all over the country. They make the chicken wings perfect. Often other Nando’s feel like they rush the marinade but this is always spot on. Plus lovely service from Insi. Thank you.

Food was slow to come out, we had to chase the last part of our order which was a full 30 Minutes after the first main arrived

I have been an ardent fan of Nando’s food for years but recently I have had a few very disappointing visits. I think today was my last visit. I ordered a glass of white wine and after payment I was told that it was not available and there was no other choice within white wine. I was made to chose my last best choice, red wine. Then my main comes before my starter and when I made a fuss that I would like my starter and main brought to me in the correct order, the staff was very rude and condescending. The pita was underdone and my chicken was not nice at all. Very disappointing dinner!!!

nowNEW Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a Vegan Intimidator meal, got given actual chicken. Asked kindly for my meal to be remade and was served an empty tortilla wrap with a piece of lettuce and non-vegan mayo. The manager Maddy told me she got my order wrong because she’d witnessed a suicide which clearly didn’t make me want to eat my half empty and incorrect meal. Was a huge mess, nobody apologised, nobody refunded me and nobody has responded to my email or calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never ever forgive the abysmal company for breaking my morals and making me accidentally eat meat and showing ZERO remorse.

I recently visited nandos St George's after a long time and was pleased with the service i received. I had a nice young man named Jayden consistently check to see if we were enjoying our food and if we needed any drinks etc. Very pleased witht eh great customer service and will be back again very soon 👍🏾

Normally always good food, can be tricky getting up and down with kids if busy. We ordered as per usual and sadly they forgot to bring the food for one child. Even after we mentioned it they delivered very late and forgot again. Our 7 year old spent most of the meal watching us eat and she would not eat our food as wanted to wait and eat her own. She is autistic which ruined the meal. No pens or drawing stuff for kids was offered in any Way. Worst Nando experience we have had. The waitress who ordered was fab. The one who delivered the food hardly spoke English and was terrible. No apologies in forgetting food and causing all the stress. It was not busy, so no real reason to say she was super busy etc.

Well known chain. Provide very good chiken dishes. Ideal for families seeking a quick bites. Ideally located within a big shopping centre with easy access and safe parking

Yummy as always but seems like staff have been told to put less peri salt on the chips as I've had to ask extra a number of times. Shame about the levy charge even though I had Coke Zero, hence the 3*. Maybe the person taking the order should ask the customer if we are ordering Coke or Diet Coke/Coke Zero as you end up paying additional 20p for every normal Coke ordered.

Kids love it we love it. My kids have allergies, Nando's is perfect, they have a bible, review everything for you. Go see for yourselves. Lovely food and services always with a smile, Would recommend for anytime of the day or night.
