Nando's in Harrow

One of the worst Nando’s we have been to. It took ages to find a table to start with then a long queue to order the food. We ordered chips and a drink with one of the meals. It came without chips. When we questioned it they demanded to see our receipt which we couldn’t find. They had run out of knives, I was told by one waitress that they were being washed. I explained after a while that my food was going cold. The waitress seemed to get annoyed by my statement. A rude manager came out telling me that they were busy and I will need to wait. I asked her how on earth can a restaurant run out of knives???? Like Pizza Hut running out of dough! I used a fork to butter my bread roll. A few minutes later the manager Maddie came over and dumped 3 knives on the table, walking away like a spoilt child without saying a word. The men’s toilet door was jammed closed so we had to use the disabled toilet as the ladies toilet was out of action. We had wished we had never walked in. Staff were running around like headless chickens not knowing what was going on. A waitress found a copy of our bill and showed that we had not ordered chips. I was stood next to my daughter when she did. It was too late by then as we had almost finished. I hope no one else has to experience this. Maddie you desperately need training in customer management.

Being a regular a Nando’s, Came for a late lunch and ordered a Mediterranean chicken salad. I got the smallest pieces of chicken, not flamed grilled as you would expect,but boiled chicken with a lot of sauce. I tasted and it wasn’t good. The response to my dislike wasn’t great. I know the rest of the menu is better. However I believe the chicken on these salads is very poor. So definite need for improvement from head office, for this offering. They used to do a salad with watermelon and feta cheese, that was good.

Excellent customer service especially from Erika and Omar. They helped me out whenever I needed anything. And the chicken was cooked really well Highly recommended.

The best spot to spend time with your family. Staffs are really friendly specially (Sparkle) who has an amazing way of communicating with the customers. I absolutely loved it.

This is worse restaurant I have been in my life dirty table ,cold food , dirty catering , don’t waste ur time and money with this disgusting restaurant , if there’s 0 star I’ll put it , it’s not worth a penny not a pound

The manager of this restaurant (tall fella with glasses) was outstanding really helpful and made us feel extremely comfortable
