We went in there on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed loads of good £5 cocktails. Beautiful decor and friendly staff.

Worst Nando’s in Leicester! Number of times they got my order wrong, chicken burnt, gave extremely tiny wings, via Deliveroo! Today went inside to order half chicken which comes with a thigh and breast - as per menu! They refused it, as my son only eats thigh, they said no one is taking the breast pieces! How ridiculous because no one’s taking it, I have to! I left after fasting all day, no apology from them!

Food inedible, we ordered sourdough bread with olive oil and balsamic as nibbles. We were given garlic bread, when we asked if we could just have what we ordered we were treated like we had two heads. My husband and so had burgers, which were ok but my chicken with balsamic glaze was appalling. The chicken was burnt and the glaze was bitter. When I said I couldn’t eat it, they offered to cook me a new one, which I declined. Then after they spoke to the chef, he said that is how it is supposed to be cooked. The dado rail was filthy and the fire safety certificate was thick with dust. It was unsurprising that takeaways were being delivered to the hotel every few minutes. Avoid at all costs.
