I always like GDK but everytime I gone felt quality of food gone down, Poor quality of food compared to the newly opened GDK, less meat, higher price, and got burnt food, less sauce, they don't follow single recipe, everytime it taste different, before they follow standard recipe but now waste of money after paying £8 for single doner will never recommend anyone for taste less meal.

It was the most disgusting thing ever..waste of money!

German kebab is only the name, I didn't feel the taste of beef because it was cut to the thickness of paper, it seemed like a lot but there was no taste.

I tried several Restaurant in leicester but GDK is completely different. Food is delicious and staff are friendly. Although it looks high pricy but worthy. Will go again.

This order never arrived you send me messages after 3 hours the other wass delivered... I will never order again from you

My food has been touched by the driver

First time ever I’ve seen the chips portion size for small at £2.50 which was same as any McDonald’s French fries. It was so small about 20 chips only, when questioned I was told they weigh it and it’s always 115grams in weight. Looks like I’m never going there again…

The food is good which is the reason i order often , but 4 out of 5 times I have an issues with the order. Missing items , smaller then usual portion, cold food etc . Owner or managment needs too check on their staff if they maintain their standards before they lose custumers

There kebeb was fantastic, service was good as well, this guy was fabulous.

Really annoyed tonight with the delivery from deliveroo ! Missing my signature sauces and literally about 10 chips ! Wrap was amazing as usual but, cold food due to slow delivery driver delivering to someone else before me and then circling around my address for 5 minutes. Resulting in cold food ! No refund offered.

The food was hot and everything was in the order. The quality was good and cannot fault these guys

a kebab the size of a miniature is a joke and the bread of the kebab looked like it was for a kids meal. Ridiculous.

The chicken kcal was mixed doner, none of the boxes were check boxed so were not identifiable without opening individually without going through each kebab. All kebabs and fries were cold and the portion of fries were not fit for anyone over the age of 5 years of age average of 11 fries in each package.

I went in to GDK Leicester tonight as I have many times both in Leicester and in London, so I ordered the quesadilla, in which instead of getting the usual waffle bread, I got a few strips of beef doner in a grilled tortilla. A couple of bites, and it was gone. Before I ate it I pointed to the picture as I told the person taking the order, but she said that that was normal even when I showed that the picture had waffle bread. Not wanting to argue, I left but to be honest, it was disgusting so I went and got a hamburger after I left there. This franchise needs urgent inspection from a mystery shopper.

Leicester GDK has always been the best GDK I have been too so far, ever since it first opened it has always had better quality made food than the others I have visited, the building itself isn't that big but still accessible to all who would like to try the amazing GDK. Highly recommend the OG Kebab or the Donner boxes with fries.

Food was very good. Choose vegeterian option. Was perfectly done and spicy enough. Gentelmen called SHONTUSH was extremly polite and patient. Thank you for beeing so nice SHONTUSH. We will defenily come back.

The portion size you get for the price is shocking, I had a box meal and it was like a kids portion for £10 and dry stale food, very disappointed

I had the chicken donner, bread was nice, a bit small but costs only £7, so nice for lunch time, tiny amount of salad mind and you had to pay extra for chilli sauce, yes you read that right. Tasty food, good dining experience.

I am a chef ,and this is the worst doner place i have ever seen , cheese sauce really small portion for 60p ,brioche bun not fresh ,dry beef doner and the very bad thing is the slice of tomato inside the burger ,they use even the end of the tomato or the left over Really sad

Excellent range of food clean, safe and delicious. Plenty of seating, open kitchen so you can see the chefs making your food, self-Service machines that you can pay with cards, good stuff! Kawsar and the chefs were professional, helpful and friendly. Most of all I felt the restaurant was clean and the service was very quick. Kawsar was approachable and quick to answer people's questions. Thank you very much!

fries not fresh and cold - wasn't expecting warm fries - was there really extra chicken in there? I was hungry so it got eaten. Not the best I have had from this place but not terrible either. not worth £20

Excellent service and tasty food.

Awful! A little portion of chips, Their sandwich was not enough even as a loght meal. Their personel were not welcoming and I even had to grab my empty tray after finishing my meal. You can have a far better donner at other shops with lower price. Awful.

Whenever I'm craving a kebab, I head to GDK in Leicester. Today, Savvas went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I had. I'll definitely be returning soon! 😄

Very tasty, large portions for reasonable price

German doner has been sweeping the UK. Ordered this on delivery. The food was very good. The bread they use is somewhat unique and holds together very well under pressure. Had some deep fried bites which were also good, as were the fries. Salad in the kebab was very fresh and some tasty sauces came with the kebab. One thing I did think was that the prices were a little much for the product but some may disagree with that. The branch is proving to be very popular in the city and looks like it is here to stay. Would maybe order again but there are some decent local kebabs available also.

The food here is always cooked to perfection. The spring rolls are incredible! Especially with their made in store garlic sauce. Definitely worth a visit.

Restaurant did great however we had really long time waiting for a driver.

I had to put this out it's just not acceptable last time I ordered was a year a go and I stopped as order was always meat less and plenty of salads even if you put and pay extra for extra meat today I tried a nother time thinking it will be better but was even worst chicken box with salads come half box when I paid for extra chicken boxes come half full and from that half was half with salads and chips and chicken Other item GO come basically with almost no meat what's so ever and full with salads order for two items cost 30£ from uber I urge you guys don't waist your money for nothing there's is out there so many more better places this was for sure last te we buy here and I'm sure we are not the only ones 🙈😁😁😁😁

Great Value. I ordered a OG Kebab take away. The package is good,have two layers paper and a box,do not need to worry squeezing food. It is a little salty for me, but still tasty.Through it was called germen kebab,the bread is quite different from the ones I ate in Germany.

After long delivery time, I found one out of four kebabs missing the sauce in it, dry more than a sanwich. After contacting the restaurant they offered another kebab if I'll come to collect it in person. I used delivery service for a reason. So disappointing. Do not recommend!
