Posiblemente el peor restaurante en el que he estado. Reservado utilizando mi cena de lujo para dos vales - costando £ 69 y se le dio a elegir entre dos platos de un menú muy muy limitado con un costo de £ 25 por persona. Las opciones de menú fueron vergonzosas - mains - una ensalada vegetariana, pescado con papas fritas o milanesa de pollo con ensalada. Opté por el pollo y era básicamente un nugget de pollo grande. Insípido y grasiento. Un restaurante italiano sin pizza o pasta disponible? Y no, no puedes cambiar por eso. El restaurante estaba en un hotel, la comida nada como las imágenes del sitio web - ciertamente no el cóctel de moda de lujo y el bar de martini que implica. No hay ambiente, pocos clientes y no hay un restaurante de cualquier herencia italiana que pueda ver. El abandono de la cocina. No hay cerveza de barril disponible. ¡Y la comida de lujo viene con agua! Así que compra un vale y luego pide desde un menú que cuesta menos que el total del vale... pide desde un menú de basura. Prefiero ir a Pizza Hut. AVOID

Fantástica comida y un gran ambiente. Nos han escuchado algunas veces y cada vez la comida es excelente, y el personal es extremadamente servicial y amable. recomiendo el Kebab Mixto o el Pollo Capadocia

Booked afternoon tea here for myself and over 20 guests for my milestone birthday having read a review that rated this venue as providing a good experience, however, I did not receive the same treatment which ruined my birthday event. Waitress Olivia advised that my entire birthday party was only allowed the vegetarian option of food (sandwiches) even though I myself am not vegetarian and neither were all my friends/family/guests. This vegetarian option turned out to be very basic consisting of a few stale sandwiches and fairy cakes. When these sandwiches arrived, there was no finesse or presentation - the whole thing was very slap dash – looked rushed. In addition to which the teas and coffees were brought out a good 15 minutes prior to the arrival of the stale sandwiches so all hot drinks were cold by the time the basic vegetarian option on sandwiches arrived. There was no pastries. This was the worst afternoon tea I have ever experienced, I felt totally humiliated in front of my guests and it totally ruined my birthday event. But hey ho, I was advised there was a wedding reception taking place at the same time and the kitchen were busy with the wedding parties' event which the hotel clearly prioritised over my birthday party, and this showed in volumes! I most certainly would never recommend.

Visited here on Friday evening and it totally exceeded my expectations. Could not fault the service we received at all, everybody serving was super friendly and professional. Took the time to go through appropriate dishes for my allergies too. The brown butter yoghurt was absolutely sublime we ordered two portions! All of the food was gorgeous and I would recommend to anybody. Really lovely atmosphere and I loved the decor in the restaurant. Thanks for making my friends birthday dinner so fab!

I visited Fletcher’s for lunch with family at the weekend. The setting is so perfect and there’s so much to love. However, the food is very average, the menu hasn’t really changed for years (why can’t there be more imaginative salads offered?? The ones on the menu have literally been the same ever since they opened, it seems) and the service - although there are some really friendly and helpful people - was spoiled by the rudeness of the manager and an even poorer response from the team when I complained. I’ve honestly given up on the place. Based on the price of the mediocre food and the 5* experience they promise to deliver, but very rarely do, each time we’re disappointed. I really wouldn’t recommend. Such a pity, I wish they’d focus on getting the service right and improve the range and quality of food.

Pequeño bar, ligeramente áspero alrededor de los bordes, atento personal de camareros, pero la comida era cara y mediocre. Para esa cantidad de dinero que esperarías de buena calidad, no lo era. Hubo un olor tenue de algo desagradable e incienso ardiendo en la barra para enmascararlo supongo. No volveremos.

Lovely little restaurant Outstanding staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent overall a great experience.

Be warned when ordering donor meat and chips. They’ll fill the box with 70% salad and 30% Meat and chips. I complained and he said that’s the portion ratio they give. Eventually he felt by giving me a free bottle of Ayran I would just keep quiet. Will never visit again

Tuvimos a nuestros hijos 18 cumpleaños Celebración en No 1 Dovehouse el sábado por la noche, y qué noche. Katie y Dave fueron tan complacientes, desde mi consulta inicial, a mis constantes mensajes preguntando diferentes cosas como, ¿podemos tocar nuestra propia música (sí) , ¿tiene una pantalla que podamos reproducir una presentación de diapositivas de mi hijo a lo largo de los años (sí) , ¿puedo traer mis propias decoraciones (sí) nada fue demasiado problema. Es un lugar fantástico, con un toque tan personal. En la noche las chicas Amy y Jodie eran increíbles, y tan agradable. Amy incluso envió a su pareja a casa para que sus altavoces reprodujeran nuestra música ya que nuestros teléfonos no eran compatibles. La zona exterior estaba completamente cubierta y asegurada para que los niños y adolescentes pudieran estar allí. Incluso había una vieja máquina recreativa para mantener a los niños entretenidos. Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar para fiestas privadas, y eventos sociales, toda la experiencia fue fantástica. Definitivamente seremos clientes habituales aquí, y como propietario de otro negocio local, recomendaré el número 1 a todos mis clientes. Gracias a todos ustedes Emma - Party Party

Lack of ‘please’ and ‘thank you’. Shame businesses can’t teach young people customer service skills. Two coffees nearly £8. Not unusual but tasted awful. Not a fussy coffee drinker but this was bad. Mentioned to staff. No reaction. Won’t be going back.

Llegué a Mjolk a las 3 pm un domingo. Y no podías comer NADA. Ni siquiera del menú. Acaban de decir que se han acabado. Muy pobre ya que no cierra hasta las 5. 30 pm. Normalmente me gusta mucho Mjolk y sus bollos de canela, la ubicación es genial, pero hoy muy decepcionado.

I ordered a ploughman’s with a side of fries & my partner ordered a lasagne, you would think that it would be difficult to serve up a poor ploughman’s.. but not here .. pickled onions 🧅 that were rotten and well past a use by date, the most basic of iceberg lettuce with a piece of chopped pepper, brown apple slices & some other awful tasting looking picked white cabbage 👎 chips that were full of black eyes, the only saving grace was the ham, The lasagne had been clearly been made some days previous and was just over cooked & subsequently reheated a few times to end up dry with chewy Pasta 👎 seriously these are Not difficult meals to turn out! Incredibly poor & just goes to reiterate why sometimes you are better off with a restaurant chain - don’t wast your money on food here - awful 👎

Popped in for a coffee whilst waiting for my wife, ordered a cheese and ham toastie and was not disappointed! Highly recommended if you like a toastie like me!
