Came here for the first time and I was not dissapointed. Was amazing food and amazing service, great sized portions at a great price. Very nice and polite people and a very clean and homely area to eat in would highly recommend, was a great place especially for a local. Will definently be back again.

Stumbled across this wee gem via Google maps - and what a find! Delicious food (we had the hot salmon with salad - best salmon I've ever tasted) and excellent coffee. Personal service, nothing was too much bother. We will be back! Next time we'll book a table though, as we may not be as lucky as we were today. Highly recommended 👏

Elsie and her team are brilliant, efficient and friendly. Typical wee cafe , breakfast rolls, chips , homemade soup salad rolls , baguettes and wraps etc . Decent coffee and best cup of tea around. Very reasonably priced !!! Sit in or takeaway . Parking available in front or carpark a few yards away . Worth a drop in .

I cannot beleive the stunning decor or selection of drinks my self and my wife attended and were blown away with the cocktails and gins, the decor is stunning you fell that your in the merchant city in town and prices are very reasonable. 5 stars highly recommended 👌

Tucked away on Orbiston Street (behind Windmillhill Street) this is a cafe you could easily miss but well it's worth seeking it out. Parking is available and there's an outside seating area for those sunny Motherwell days. Run by Hope United Church, this welcoming, family friendly cafe space serves excellent freshly prepared food (paninis, wraps, baked potatoes, Scottish breakfasts, home made soup) and some of the best coffee in Motherwell. The only downside is... it's currently only open on Fridays and Saturdays. A great spot for an end of week treat.

Our daughter's purchased an afternoon tea delivery today for us,and it was excellent,the food was fresh with a mixture of mini pie,wraps ,rolls ,quiche ,side salad and delicious pastries.The food was excellent. It's been a while since I've managed to pay a visit to the resturant ,and with the present lockdown due to coviid 19, I thought it would be even longer but this delivery was a pleasant surprise ,and I will back visiting as with my wife and granddaughter Emma who loves lo cal kitchen as soon as their able to open again after the lockdown .

I visited this cafe with my Granddaughter who is 10 and loves to try different places to eat. We were shopping and fancied some lunch so popped in here. This place has an extensive menu so we had fun deciding what to have. She had a chicken caesar salad panini. She gave it 5 stars! We had delicious milkshakes, mine was apparently the first of toffee popcorn and it was delicious. Bit pricey for a cafe but reflects the quality of the food. Portions are big and all very well cooked and presented. Attentive staff too. Would highly recommend.

Had voucher for afternoon tea for 4 cafe said cannot book table as they closing Saturday 29 th March ,so takeaway ordered !shocked they charging 10 pounds for takeaway trays !after all they would have to set table supply tea and clear up if we had dined!!!

Always good cooked well un place every morning fir breakfast 😋

Cant really comment on the food or staff because we only lasted 6 or 7 minutes and the whole duration of that time, a dog constantly barked for no reason with the owners acting as if nothing was happening. We could not sit through a whole breakfast listening to that.

Had a lovely day at WMF, the staff are always so lovely, and in particular the professional and friendly Emily( Titanic Rose) as she was her double! We started with the pate, which I so believe is the best and have raved about it for years, no one makes pate like Dalziel and have kept to the same recipe, no messing with a winner. 🏆 I followed with the prawn tacos, huge prawns, but could have had a little more flavour, perhaps a wee zingy dressing on the side with lime, garlic and chives. My bestie had the haggis bonbons, which she said were tasty. We had an extremely good value for money bottle of Pinot and Chardonnay. It’s always a good day there as it’s our local, nice vibe. Overall very pleased with our visit and all the staff could not do enough for us with extra ice, water and fresh wine glasses. Emily was a saint with all our fussy demands. Wrap was really nice. Chicken tikka wrap is more like a tandoori wrap. Would definitely get that again. Chips very very mediocre and the coleslaw is literally abt 2 tablespoons worth. I’ve had better for less. Quite pricy for what it was!
