Although a limited menu it is a great stop. Nice cheeses, meats and other things with a Spanish twist. A small variety of deli items to go, as well. Great, friendly staff, too!

Nos topamos con Kate’s por pura casualidad y estamos contentos de haber entrado. Té y pasteles para nosotros. El té era claramente un producto de calidad y no los barridos de pisos que se obtienen en algunos lugares. Los pasteles iban a morirse. Mi favorita fue la esponja Victoria hecha con fresas de verdad. Las bayas estaban maduras y sabrosas. Mi bollo de zarza, que había sido calentado, era encantador y mi pareja disfrutó mucho de su queso y bollo de cebollino y muffin de arándano. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar y hará un punto para volver cuando vuelva en Edimburgo.

Popped in for some food and coffee. We had the sausage roll and the Cornish pastie with chorizo. The food hit the spot it was lovely and warm and the coffee was excellent. Place was very busy and managed to get table inside. Also had a lovely rhubarb slice of cake which was just yummy.

Entró en Picnics Takeaway para un almuerzo rápido, eligió su envoltura de pollo picante, el marido tenía pollo picante en baguette. Ambos estaban rellenos de deliciosa pechuga de pollo, a la parrilla con especias, ensalada fresca, queso, salsa de chile. Muy lleno, excelente relación calidad-precio y un servicio amable.

Vi esta tienda al final de la caminata hasta el asiento de Arthur y estoy genuinamente sorprendido de lo bueno que es el sabor del té con leche estilo hong kong. No demasiado dulce y tiene un sabor a té sabroso. El té de arándano tenía toneladas de arándano y es absolutamente refrescante después de un largo paseo. Sin duda recomendaría un compañero hong konger o cualquiera que necesite una buena bebida a este lugar.

Buen pub. Se estableció el distanciamiento social y el sistema unidireccional. Buena selección de cervezas y rones. Servicio muy amable.

Had our wedding reception here and highly recommend it. Great venue and fab staff. We were married in Greece a few weeks ago and they had our wedding pics running on a tv screen and projector in main hall which was a really nice touch. Canapes were arranged for beginning of the night and a buffet later on with good selection of food.

One of the best meals out I’ve had in a while. We had a few things to share, my stand out dishes were htipiti, prawn saganaki starters and slow cooked lamb main. Lovely service and very grateful it’s dog friendly too. Thanks.

One of my favourite coffee shops in Edinburgh until it stopped opening at the times advertised. I made a special journey from the city centre in the autumn, and a family member did so on my recommendation today, only to find the place closed. A really disappointing standard of customer service from a café which was otherwise great.

Lovely Turkish restaurant. Beautiful decor and a good lunch menu. Very quiet so atmosphere not as good as I'm sure it would be at night. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Este es un encantador bar tradicional, situado en el lado sur de Edimburgo. Es un hito de Edimburgo para los verdaderos ales. No se sirve comida aquí, que es genial (no huele a comida). El personal experimentado es excelente. Shirley & Malcolm son estrellas. También es posible reservar mesas. Como está justo enfrente del restaurante chino Kwok, es muy conveniente. Un gran pub local. Estuve aquí para el té de la tarde. Y el lugar en sí es encantador. Los sándwiches eran tan frescos y abundantes. Todos los pasteles son caseros y bollos, incluso la mermelada es casera.
