My wife and I visited Donna’s Harbour Cafe, Shore Road, Perth for the first time on Wednesday the 30th of October 2024. We were greeted by the very friendly Donna (the owner) and we all enjoyed a bit of banter. There was so much choice of food that it was hard to decide what to order, but I chose a Frankfurter in a Bun with plenty of Fried Onions and my wife had the awesome homemade Macaroni and Cheese with a generous portion of chips. Our meals were well cooked and very tasty for a reasonable price and served with a lovely smile. This Cafe is very clean and the tables are nicely set out. The Harbour Cafe has a great atmosphere to dine in because it’s relaxed and informal with free parking available. My wife and I would highly recommend Donna’s Harbour Cafe. We will certainly return at some future date. Mike & Liz Dear (Aberdeen).

Tranquil place with popular cafe on the station. So good. We had banoffee cake and lumberjack cake and was blown away. So do not miss this gem of a place. The drive there is fabulous. May see stags and birds of prey on the way. Staff were great too ! You’ll need to be able to take the step over the bridge to the platform! Sorry no cake pics

I arrived in Pitlochry to take part in the Etape and realised my bike had a severe issue. Kevin could not have been more helpful and sorted the bike and then spent 5 minutes making sure my set up was good and then another 10 giving me advice on new bike options for the future. Amazing service. 5 stars!

Amazing ice cream. I just think the employees should control the queues better by filtering them faster. People arrive at the counter thinking everything has whisky and it’s not. I had the whisky ones and were delicious. But the queue is long and didn’t have time for toilet during my stop with the coaches.

This is my favourite place to visit. Amazing selection of crafts, very helpful advice if needed, and a wonderful coffee shop. The cakes are homemade and delicious. They serve homemade soups too . The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a perfect place to visit. I regularly go with my husband and he enjoys a lovely coffee and cake while I take time to browse. It's lovely to sit outside in the warmer days. They are also very dog friendly which is a huge bonus. Worth a visit for anyone who likes crafting or just enjoys a lovely coffee shop with a warm and friendly atmosphere .

We stopped here for dessert. Everyone was very nice. There was a lot of chocolate selection. The little case for the chocolate bonbons were delightful. The marzipan was one of my favorites. Also, there are chocolate covered whole strawberries, which was so interesting and unique.

Gluten Free Friendly. As a recently diagnosed ceoliac this beautiful and quirky wee cafe was outstanding. The selection of food was refreshing as I an usually give one option and even then it's usually that awful gluten free bread. I had an egg mayo brioche roll and a honey almond slice with cappuccino. Would defo recommend it and I will return here. Thank you x

The Inn at Loch Tummel had been recommended to us, and as we were passing yesterday we thought it would be nice to have lunch. When we saw the prices we wished we had kept driving! My husband wanted to leave there and then, but because I believed that the Inn had received rave reviews we decided to stay, what a mistake. I'm not sure when my fish had been cooked, but I would hazard a guess sometime yesterday morning and reheated to order, my daughter said her pasta was overcooked and the sauce was completely tasteless! On top of this the Inn has a 12.5% service charge, what a nerve! We should have complained at the time, but we didn't want to make a fuss, so we paid up and left never ever to return! Having read previous reviews it makes me wonder if there are two different Inns, as lots of people have had a similiar experience to ours, and then there are reviews which say that the food is excellent, although I do note that most reviewers are shocked at the prices. My advice is don't go unless you want to spend a lot of money for food that is edible at best.
