This is a cute little shop with exhibition and tasting. Staff were lovely and the chocolate is very rich. We had a motorhome and had to park in the next street but this was a lovely little find

I was visiting a friend in Pitlochry and after lunch suggested a drive out of the town. We arrived at Grandtully and decided to call into The Highland Chocolatier - it was a long time since either of us had been there. We received a lovely natural welcome from Elliot and that set the tone for a visit we will warmly remember. I ordered the white raspberry hot chocolate and was delighted with it! We greatly enjoyed looking at the shop and were very impressed by the range of chocolates and 0original cards and gifts on sale. We'll not only remember the visit ... but recommend a visit to others ... and of course, return. And this positive review all began because of Elliot's welcome - thanks to him and all the staff. Best wishes for the summer season!

As we were in the area and had previously seen the sign for the Highland Chocolatier, we decided to stop off this time and have a look round. What a fantastic place it is- anyone who loves chocolate should visit. There's a display telling all about chocolate and the history of it. Then into the shop. What a selection of different flavours of chocolate. You are spoilt for choice. We eventually decided on a bar of milk chocolate with strawberry. Then we went into the small chocolate lounge for a drink. What a selection of chocolate based drinks! We eventually decided on a hot white chocolate with raspberry flavouring and a hot milk chocolate with salted caramel. Both were delicious. There are also guided chocolate tastings available. There is a small car park at the rear of the building for customers.

Lovely place to visit with a fabulous wee coffee shop. Extremely helpful and friendly staff who go out there way to help. Chocolate is expensive but very nice. Would defo recommend as a visit. Enjoy a cuppa and a scone in the cafe.

My review's title says it all - Iain Burnett's chocolate is sublime. My wife and I had the chocolate taster, which came with a guided tour. The chocolaterie, gift shop and café are just brilliant, and supported by a dedicated team. I'd be happy to travel all the way back to Grandtully just for a visit to this amazing place!

Went here for wander round shop & ended up getting hot drinks in cafe. We had the hot drink with chocolate pairing. Was soooo good! It was that good we had to go to the shop to buy the truffles that we'd had as pairing choice. The staff are incredible, so lovely, knowledgeable & friendly. Even though we hadn't booked, we didn't have to wait & they were so kind explaining different options to us!

Having been before, we were determined to include a stop on our return journey from Pitlochry. The hot ganache in an espresso cup is such a treat. The staff were incredibly welcoming and informative and we came home with a small selection of their fantastic chocolates. Definitely gone to heaven !

We went for a tasting experience. What an informative treat this was. Everything explained in detail. Chocolates were first class. 5 given for tasting. Had lovely coffee afterwards then visited the gift shop. Very unusual gifts. Not seen in other similar gift shops. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. A great experience

Dropped in to browse & ended up visiting twice & spending an amount of money on chocolate that I would never imagine doing. The shop is beautiful, the chocolates look amazing (haven’t tasted them yet) & the staff were lovely. Nice gifts & a coffee shop too which we didn’t get the chance to try out. Highly recommend a visit here just to see the range of chocolates made on site.

It looked so pretty from the outside that we just had to stop and go in - and we weren't disappointed. It's difficult to articulate how utterly amazing the produce is and the workmanship that goes into making these divine and decadent chocolates. It was so amazing that we made 3 trips inside 48 hours. Special mentions must go to Elliott and Macauley, whose knowledge, not just about the chocolates, but also the local area and things to do and see were fantastic - thanks guys. We really appreciated your time. Luckily they have an online presence so we don't have to keep making the 6 hour round trip!

Had high expectations for our coffee and scone as we have been here previously. However this was not the case. Service was slow. When our order arrived the taste pairing chocolate never appeared . Scone was satisfactory at best. Could have been supplied by Tedco. Ganache good. Coffee good. Would I go again? Probably not.

We did the Chocolate Tasting Flight - Dark & Fruits, there was an audio tour with this voiced by Iain Burnett which was very interesting. From this you can tell that chocolate is his passion. The chocolates at the tasting, which also had audio explaining the chocolates to you, were delicious. We decided to stay and have a hot chocolate and cake forewords, the homemade cinnamon sponge was amazing. I did ask for the recipe but the staff declined.. 🤭🤭. Would recommend.

Easily found on the road from the A9 towards Aberfeldy. The display of luxury chocolates is an unusual discovery in an area better known for shortbread and biscuits in tartan tins. The chocolates are exceptionally fine.

We were travelling towards Glasgow when my wife noticed a sign for Iain Burnett Chocolatier. It was a good time for a break, so off we went. The store is absolutely beautiful. We picked up a number of different chocolate offerings. While the chocolate is expensive, it is certainly worth the price.

The whole experience is beautiful! The smell of chocolate as you arrive, browsing the shop and then exploring the chocolate in the shop is all so lovely! The coffee in the cafe was delicious and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, wish I lived closer!

Loved the atmosphere in this lovingly decorated cafe and showroom. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely polite and friendly.

My wife insisted on stopping here ( as I had visited the nearby Aberfeldy distillery). There is a little display concerning the history of chocolate and how it is produced. You can see the chocolates being made by hand.

Wir haben hier Kuchen gegessen und Schokolade bzw. Tee getrunken. Der Kuchen war richtig mächtig und fast schon „zu“ schokoladig, aber lecker. Die heiße Schokolade und der Tee waren auch gut. Beim Tee muss man allerdings darauf achten, dass es keinen Beutel gibt, sondern lose Blätter in der Kanne. Da ist der Tee für Personen vom Kontinent sehr schnell zu stark und zu bitter.

There are few good places to stop in this drive was plan your journey around a shop here . We had to try there award winning hot chocolate , and it was delicious. good parking, chocolate gift shop . good service and friendly staff . Chocolate shop is premium prices.

Of interest to see some of the intricate chocolate fabrications, and well-prepared hot chocolate, and probably well-sourced ingredients........but somewhat overpriced in shop and cafe, perhaps relying on marketing .... just felt to be style over substance, and not really VFM. List of upmarket clients is quite impressive, and the experience might suit true chocoholics, but not as a passing stop while touring.

Delicious! Absolutely stunning chocolate treats available in this cafe. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a really tempting menu. Each product is beautifully prepared and presented. Very relaxing atmosphere. If you like chocolate, then you’ll love this.

We stumbled across this little gem while traversing country roads. The place is beautifully decorated and there is a delightful ambience. Service was excellent from friendly, polite, knowledgeable staff. Both the coffee and hot chocolate were excellent, as was the savoury muffin. The cheese scone was also very good. The chocolates/truffles are expensive, which was not a surprise, however when we convert the pounds into our Australian dollars we found them almost prohibitively expensive and out of our price range. We splashed out and bought four little pieces of fudge to try, and they were excellent. I wish we could have afforded more!

I had visited previously and really enjoyed it so popped in with my mum whilst on a day out. We both had the luxury hot chocolate and it was so yummy we couldn't eat a slice of cake it was so rich. Lovely quaint place with such beautifully designed chocolate. A few goodies came home with us, why not!

An indulgent mid afternoon refreshment stop, hot chocolate and cake of the highest quality, the luxury white hot chocolate is spectacularly tasty according to my partner.

We have visited the Highland Chocolatier on a number of a occasions now. It is a very nice stop off for tea,coffee and scones,lovely cakes etc, Impecable service in the quirkily decorated cafe. Comfortable seating too. For disabled wheelchair customers there is a chair assist for the couple of steps down to the cafe. You can also access from the car park at the rear. The gift shop has quality gifts and cards. The chocolate shop is a haven for chocolate lovers and plenty of variety. There is an outdoor seating area for when the weather is good. You can also book a chocolate tour too.

This is a beautiful shop. The chocolates are luxurious and nicely packaged so are expensive. They make a perfect special gift though. There is also a nice gift shop with a good selection of cards. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.
